Both protagonists were human who were reincarnated as monsters in another world with their human memories intact. 

Both Isekai with consumed creatures giving abilities to MC 

Both protagonists reincarnated as monster in another world (fantasy world) as monsters, and have to survive on these worlds. 

Same type or reincarnation princible. Both end up as Monsters that gain skills and levels rapidly and quickly become very powerful. Tho big differences is that where as Re:Monster it feels very unearned most of the time. In this manga the MC actually feels like she has to struggle for every fight despite all the skills she gains. 

Both MC's are reincarnated as weak creatures in a video game-like world and gradually evolve through leveling up acquiring new skills and abilities. 

The protagonists are reincarnated into a fantasy world as a monster. Each story focuses heavily on the characters leveling up, and the respective powers that the characters gain in different evolutionary stages. Both characters are able to choose which evolutionary path they will take. 

Both becomes a monster. Both uses evolution and skill system. 

The two stories have a similar theme behind it, as it deals with reincarnation. Though the unfortunate main characters came from a different background. The one in "Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken" spawns as a more interesting being! One which caught me by a surprise and might too tickle your fancy. As in Re:monster protagonist starts off with something more humanoid. Still keep in mind that the two inhabit a fantasy setting. What is also similar is that the two protagonist shares a common goal of achieve success, and survival. Most importantly they both have a slightly similar skill which is the core of their driven success! read more

MC gets killed and reincarnates in a fantasy world as a monster, he has an ability which allows him to absorb his enemy's flesh and obtain new skills. In both the MC starts out with goblins and slowly takes in other people/monsters as he gains more power. 

These series are both set in an alternate universe where the protagonist is born as a low-level mob. They both have a mix of serious, yet comedic approach at exploring the world, as well as becoming stronger and leading a civilization.

That's the same kind of story, both of protagnist dies and begin a new life in a new fantastic world with an other form, with almost the same power and the same kind of evolution. 

An RPG plot manga where the main character is betrayed for some reason forcing him to start from zero.As the story goes he starts to level up and gain new abilities in order to archieve his objectives. 

Both similar in regards that they have a game-like feel to them or have some sort of connection to gaming.  

1) Both of the story's protagonist is either summoned or reincarnated to another medieval fantasy world where heroes, gods, monsters, etc exist, where they are forced to start from the scratch. 2) Both of the story's protagonist is able to make use of surrounding items and monsters to increase their powers with also some slightly similar game-like features to it. 3) Both of the story's protagonist is some sort of an anti hero with their own sets moral code such as protecting people who are their ally or of benefit to them and destroying enemies without mercy and also being cynical, calculating yet cool. 4) Both of the story's protagonist is able to built and rise their own army to power from scratch. 5) Both of the story's protagonist likes compounding, crafting and making things. Both feature the main character being reborn, expect in Re:Monster hes a goblin and hes asending to the top of the food chain of monsters. The protagonist of Re:Monster gains abilities by eating pretty much anything so if that sounds appealing then try it! Though Re:Monster takes like a month to update so its a big minus. 

- both MC's are reincarnated into a fantasy world with magic and a rank system (Re:monster is a more seinen world though) - both MC's brought unique techniques or skills from their previous world

Both stories revolve around a character who goes to an alternate, fantasy world and becomes someone of incomparable strength. In Re: Monster, the main character retains memories of his past, and thus, he is smarter than the rest of the goblins, while still having his special ability to envelope the strengths and abilities of the food/items/people he consumes. On the other hand, in World Customize Creator, the main character is given the special ability of customizing things to his pleasing. Ultimately, both characters greatly impact and change the world around them. 

Both main characters have turned into a monster and cannot return to their human physique anymore. They're stuck in a different world, and have become villain bosses to the world they're in right now.

Similar story lines. In RE Monster, it is a goblin trying to rank up. Over here it is a skeleton trying to rank up. Overall, it is a good manga.
