No problem man, I only found it last month myself :P. I binge read it over the course of a week and I really like how the plot progresses over a long period of time.

Yes, it takes a while to actually start (as it starts off rather random and episodic) his powers are something with sound and a certain radius enabling him to move in certain frequences or sth like that, that's what the wikia says ;) It gets better with minimum holders disappearing and the actual villain (Moral) appearing. I think the second season has a more solid plot but I don't remember when it starts picking up the pace. Minimums are explained in the second season too though Nice is a pretty random guy in my opinion I don't get his personality ;)

The first arc of SAO II was decent. That arc with Excalibur and whatnot though... it's like the writers went on vacation or something. It's the purest fluff I've ever seen. Then I heard about the ending and... felt like saving bandwidth.

Come to think of it, Log Horizon 2nd Season has a similar sort of pattern. It starts pretty good and then has this goofy fluff arc, but in the last few episodes gets good again. The next season for SAO actually looks promising too though so I'll end up finishing it.

I'm gonna assume you dropped it at chapter 6? The story does definitely get better. It picks up more and more as other groups are expanded upon and new characters are introduced. You'll see all the groups have their quirks and all the characters have their own stories. They are all significant and play a role in the story. The character interactions are also very good (romances bloom, hatreds arise, friendships are forged, etc.) I could probably go on and on fanboying about how good the story gets, but I really think my explanations wouldn't even do it justice. Simply put, the story is pretty good and just keeps on getting better as you go along. As for the art, I think it only bothered me for the first ten chapters or so. Looking back, its obviously not the greatest, but I was so hooked on the story that I really never noticed the art. In its defense the art is over 10 years old and does get better as you progress.

Took a look at your list and saw you dropped Negima pretty early too. In the beginning its just a subpar harem with some action but it becomes a pretty good action story supported by a harem. I really enjoyed it and would recommend picking it back up.

(I swear I answer a lot quicker normally) and I'm so happy you liked it, Kiseijuu is amazing after all! Also I've re-read that post and you said: about hamatora: "the issue is one that can be found in this one is one that can be foudn in every super power " or sth like that, what'd you mean? :) Personally I liked the question is asks about equality even though it starts off pretty episodic :)
