What are some basic facts about yourself? Without anything too revealing?

Here are some basic facts about me.

I am a middle aged man. A millenial i.e. born after 1980.

I have autism. So I have troubles with social interactions. I have a hard time talking with people face-to-face. I prefer chatting with people via text messages online. I have the same problem as Komi-san in Komi Cannot Communicate i.e. I am too embarassed to talk with people face-to-face. I am very silent and isolated IRL.

I spend most of my time watching anime on my laptop. I watch anime whenever I am bored. Which is what I am doing RIGHT NOW.

I am addicted to cute and sexy anime girls. All I think about is anime girls. Like Hatsune Miku, Tohka Yatogami, the Hyperdimension Neptunia girls, etc.

I don't play PC games (or video games in general) because I suck at playing video games. I use my laptop, tablet and computer to watch anime. And very little else.

I have PTSD, autism and other serious psychological disorders/illnesses. Making me incapable of working. I wanna work. But I cannot because of my severe psychological illnesses. I get ~1000 dollars per month of disability income from the Canadian government. I live with my dad and mom. I have a sister who lives on her own because she isn't psychologically disabled.

I like hentai and porn. I am a big fan of porn. I am a big pervert.

I look forward to your replies ;)

I'm 31 and from Austria

I'm watching anime since I'm ca. 6 yo and read manga since I'm ca. 9 yo. Media in general is my huge special interest and I'm pissed and feel pretty stressed, if I have to go two, three days without consuming media or being able to write myself.

Audhd here too, overall I like myself and those traits except for the poor coordination and the sensory overstimulation sometimes, but then I just look for some quite corner to get some peace. Otherwise I get quite the headache

I've always been the weird one in my childhood and had some similar friends lol.

Playing DnD since a few years with close friend circle and partner

I've been writing almost 30 k since January (and ca. 20 k in world building textes) for my new fantasy story. Also 15 k for fanfiction.
I want to translate them, but I'm overall too lazy and like writing in my mother tongue too much.

Also I got into medical herbs, some related (and unrelated) history and pharmacy since then. :D

I had to quit my biology study, because I have a coordination disorder and health issues related with my eyes and couldn't work in the lab.
Also I can't drive because of that.

Changed to computer science and got a few interesting / nice part time jobs inbetween. My favorite was teaching a little group of refugee children.

Love to cook and also bake sometimes

I have two cats, two half coonie boys from a shelter

Love the dark academia and similar fashion styles and already put some clothes together for it

Did some cosplay, but it's not worth the effort and money putting in everytime tbh. I like looking at cosplays at cons tho

I am just an ordinary girl born in 2004 ^.^

I like cats, anime, casual non-competitive game, and cooking.

I have an older brother, I can be quite clingy to him.

I hope later you will be able to communicate better OP...

Let's see.

I'm from 1992, so more of a late millenial.

I've been watching anime since I was about 15. Aside from that I really like video games too but I'm more of an RPG/Nintendo fan so usually no multiplayer. As for game series I really like, the main ones are Pokémon, Touhou, Zelda, Kirby and Xenoblade. I'm also a big fan of the Tales of games.

I have a big figure collection, the majority of them being from the Touhou Project, which I've had a bit of an obsession of since I was a teen. I'm trying to get at least one figure of every character that has one, a goal I've almost reached. I have other figures too.

Aside from anime/games I'm really into science, particularly paleontology and astronomy. With the former being an obsession since as long as I can remember. It started as the typical interest in dinosaurs most kids have but kept expanding.

I've been working as a nurse since 2016, been working for the same hospital ever since.

I also have two cats, three chickens and a turtle.

I'm 36 from England

I had a pretty complicated childhood-teenhood, that even now causes me issues as it never got resolved (as far as I know?) and probably never will be. But I get on with things, as it at least is more settled and "normal than it was years ago, but that has left me with major trust issues.
Despite this though I think I'm pretty friendly (moreso online) and I think I've got a decent sense of humour and don't mind poking fun at myself.

I was born very premature and unwell because of organophosphate poisoning - which weakened my muscles and led to many issues involving my frame and energy levels. I got a little better & stronger after my parents found people/places that would help us (because 3 of my family members suffered from the same illnesses as myself), but I'll never be 100%, and still get soreness and tiredness because of it.

I'm mostly a loner, haven't had any friends for a decade+ and have always been closest to my immediate family. My parents both passed away, but still have my 2 older sisters & my niece and nephew that I'm close to.

Other than Animanga, I love Pro Wrestling, Steam Locomotives/Trains, Dinosaurs, Books, Cooking & collecting certain items.

I have many comfort items, and the main ones are Waifus, Steam Locomotives and Dinosaurs. Just seeing these things makes me happy, and many such items fill my home.

I'm current job (kinda) is as a landlord along with my eldest sister of my parent's last remaining home. I don't get much income, as I have to split it with my Sis, but along with the income from the bonds I have, it's not too bad, and I still have waaaay to much free time.

Most of my time is spent at home, but I usually travel places on the weekends to ride on Steam Locomotives or attend Wrestling shows or Comic/Anime Cons.

I have a pretty major panty kink. I don't wear them...but I get excited by the sight of them, and like indulging myself with ecchi anime and Panchira-themed JAVs & mags.
I've had this fetish since I was a kid, I'm 100% positive that my parents knew about it also. I even got excited seeing myself in my briefs reflected in mirrors when I was a kid. I don't think anyone else I know knows about it, as I keep it secret and to myself and i don't inflict it on anyone.

And finally I own a cat called Minx, and in-fact it's her 2nd birthday today!

I really want to work. And contribute to society. Unfortunately, my autism and other psychological disorders make it LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE for me to work any job. Coz I literally (very literally) cannot chat with people irl. Watching Komi Cannot Communicate strongly reasonates with me. Because I have the EXACT SAME DEVELOPMENTAL disorders as Shoko Komi.

I am exactly like Shoko Komi. Except I am a male. > twice her age.

basic facts about yourself...
Hmm... what's a basic?
I don't know, but I'd not consider
such long posts as basics....

But I am me, and that's great,
and I like art, and that is good,
and I'm Italian, and that's well
that's rare.

I'm a bit silly, yes, a bit shy,
at times, but big heart.
Tend to get drunk just by
existing near people.

Sort-of-average woman in her early 30s. Just sort of average.

My surname is quite complicated because I have two very opposite heritages.

I visited Ireland with my cousins for our heritage trip, but I only visited museums and restaurants outside of Dublin all by myself.

I took German as an elective in secondary school, AKA high school for Americans.

I am short and am often being mistaken as a child or early teen, even to this day.

I got some basic firearm training as a university graduation gift, and I'm not foreign to this because I occasionally went to the firing range with my father and sister for some time.

My vice is drinking alcohol, even though 1/4 of my ancestors were Muslims. But I don't eat pork. That's what it matters the most.

....... Well, in some way or another, I'm a female version of this fictional Japanese Muslim secret agent Sagara Sousuke (Full Metal Panic) with the general social approach from Shinku (Rozen Maiden) with the sense of humor from Revy (Black Lagoon) all under the facade of Miss Kobayashi (Miss Kobayashi's Maid Dragon).

And finally, I overall look like that Kobayashi character in real life in terms of my whole impression. But I don't like any ponytail hairstyles.

I was born in 1999 so I am 25 yo white slavic guy living in Poland. I have French accent and last name as I am half French.
I have aphantasia so I have problems with visualising anything in my mind.
From this year I am regularly exercising twice a day and I go for a walk quite often.
I do play a little bit on my PC aswell as I lurk mal forums and I do watch anime/youtube/netflix too.
I am addicted to drinking coca cola and smoking cigarettes.
From this year I no longer receive money from my pension due to my parent death so I am living only from the saved money to finish my Master Degree studies and later I will have to go into my profession work which is academic+office+physical job at the same time [or any other job asap at summer]
I enjoy watching some Buhurt and Hema content, unfortunately since I moved to Poznań there are no clubs here.
I do a scubadiving P1 CMAS course recently, after receiving licence I will most likely go straigth into P2CMAS + 3 short courses as diving in night, underwater communication and something else [forgot the 3rd course - I think it is decompression course. These 3 are a must to know before P2CMAS course] as I am planning to apply this or next year for post-graduate studies for Underwater Archaeology [Requirment is Master Degree of Archaeology + P2CMAS scuba diving licence]
From time to time I go to watch live football matches at stadium of one of the clubs in Poland [my friend is a big fan, he got me into this so now I go with him + we found other people so now we go out in a group].

  • I am going to one of the most prestigious schools in the world, except it is more renowned for things besides my field of work.
  • I do not have any little sisters; all of them are women who neither grew up with me, are related to my blood, and often older than me. They are my imoutos in spirit.
  • My field is in chemical engineering, and I generally work with synthesis, and want to pivot towards biomaterial synthesis if not studying biological structures (Cells, Metabolomics, etc)
  • I attended center-based gifted programs growing up[1].
  • Despite my imouto love, my actual preference for women are more mature looking women.
  • I have two older sisters. They are the reason I never had a Nee-san fetish. Methinks the imouto fetish happened partially to distance myself from this.
  • I got tons of confessions growing up and am considered an 8/10 on Photofeeler.
  • I visited NYC and Boston for the first time in my life last month.
  • Because of my beauty, I like to collect clothes. My favorite brand is Uniqlo for its low prices and relatively durable shirts.
  • I work out a ton, and recently incorporate a ton of squats.
  • I weight 195 lbs at a height of 5 feet 9.7 inches.

- I'm Chilly. Currently 17 and turning 18 in June, born in the US but am Vietnamese.

- Some of my hobbies are reading, photography, listening to music and singing. I've been singing for three years and do it in pretty much all of my free time.

- Watched anime very inconsistently throughout the years until January 2023 but began reading and collecting manga half a year prior. The manga collection sits at roughly 110-120 volumes right now.

- Aspiring to become an Air Force Pilot and Aerospace Engineer, with the Army as a backup. Coincidentally, I have a major interest in Engineering and Aeronautics such as rockets and aircraft.

- I have autism, but it's changed over time and has become less of a problem and less noticeable overall, although it still shows up with my voice.

- My favorite top 3 anime are: 86 Eighty-Six, Yuru Camp, and Sora yori mo Tooi Basho. My favorite entertainment media outside of anime are: Rush Hour (1 and 2), Andor, and The Office.

- I can speak Vietnamese albeit not fluently, English, and just a little Japanese as I am learning it right now.

- I love spicy food and I regularly eat it.

- Took Taekwondoe for a year, got up to between Green-Purple (I don't remember).

I had only done a basic self-defense course as a young child. Actually, I was considering doing martial arts like WingTsun at some point, but due to my low energy levels and a lack of drive or passion, I haven't managed to convince myself to try it out. So I cannot show you anything like that, besides I don't even get the reference and it's been longer that I've read the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel

I'm also a millennial, born in the mid 90s

I'm not so sure about the mental stuff, I don't play doctor but I think I may have depression.

I was very bubbly and social (somewhat) in grade school and everything just changed after puberty. Regarding interaction though, I just need to get the hang of it but I don't get anxious like most internet dwellers. I can be very articulate when in peak condition though

I only watched anime (again) in the mid 2000s since it was getting popular for some reason. My peers in high school were not so fond of it and was heavily into dating / emo music and ostracized me. I only developed a sense of community in the mid 2010s, since it was more mainstream, and my college peers was mostly into it too, including the normies. That's also around the same time I made this account

Regarding cute anime girls, that was jumpstarted by moe I think, before all the waifus and uwu / cgdct came along. Right now I associate that stuff with idols, like Love Live

I'm also not much of a gamer but thanks to one of my friends having Yugioh via an emulator on his tablet back in the 2010s I got hooked back and I'm now actively playing one of their gacha, Yugioh Duel Links

I can't relate to the benefits part since that's pretty much not a thing in third world countries like these. I used to be friends with this guy from AR who abuses benefits from his asperger's syndrome as an excuse not to better himself and remain unemployed and it sickens me that there's a lot of westerners like him

I've had my coomer phase too but I'm slowly trying to rid it from my system. There's this whole debacle about not adding hentai to your list for cleanliness reasons but I don't necessarily vibe with that. Plus I'm too lazy to do all that cleaning lol

I am a biological lifeform.

This body lives on a planet called Earth. This mind feels like it is elsewhere.

I hate being misunderstood so I sometimes overly explain myself. Then I still get misunderstood.

I dont really think listing things off can represent me well.

Male, turning 31 soon, living in Oregon.

I'm in good health, but I've been suffering from an anxiety disorder that I must have acquired early this year. I'm a bi masochist bottom who very openly likes boys (let me clarify that my age range is 20-40).

Anime is a thing that I like.

@Taiyaa Thanks for your responses so far

1) Now that explains it. Also, there were quite lots of people from South America playing in official S4 League before it shut down

2) Does it get better if they become more familiar to you or would they have to get close to you?

4) I'm sorry to hear that and hope you can heal at least a bit

5) Oh cool, but why are you posting in all caps? You screaming? D:

@Taiyaa 1) I first started shortly before the first patch that included the Bat. So around the beginning of October 2008 if I recall correctly. I've stopped around 2014 and started briefly again in 2020 for a year or so until official S4 League shut down for good, but obviously couldn't get my old accounts from alaplaya times back
I would say fairly mediocre as well, but my gun skills had deteriorated more strongly, though it could be also the stronger lag due to having less people from closer geographical locations play it and people just having become much better compared to around 2010 plus a higher stats gap when I was still playing the normal mode more frequently. But in my favorite setting, swords only, I could still hold myself pretty well even with a larger handicap as I've still continued to play "naked" with one SP accessory at most. I used to miss my old zero stats summer event clothes and the old object damage of the Plasma Sword. Also, the old default clothes were much better than the jumpsuits

2) Then you could maybe try to think of the person you want to ask for something like for directions or for finding something in a supermarket as a former classmate or a work colleague of yours or something

5) Why not use colored text like this, then?"

How much stuck from it and have you continued your studies of the language afterwards?

Decent enough to understand the grammatical structure of the sentence despite not rocognizing the lemmas (forms of nouns, verbs, adjectives), but this kinda improved my understanding of European languages in general.

This is the legacy of Charlesmagne, after all.

So you have more an idea of how the language is structured rather than what is said or written, if I understood you correctly. Have you ever done a test for certification? If not, what level based on the CEFR would you consider yourself as and do you wish or have plans to improve?

Do you know about Charlemagne from your own history lessons or rather from looking him up yourself?
