| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- LOL, I see a head. I was not expecting Dandy's head to come off this episode. I thought the episode was interesting with the alien language. Not to mention, the camera angles was focused differently. Got mindfucked this episode. I really liked the style of this though. Thought it was unique with the fish aliens. |

| Well, I can tell it is Masaaki Yuasa doing the episode, it's pretty much look like Ping Pong's animation and art style. So a unique flashlight transports Dandy and Meow to another planet, that is only inhabitant by one fish. Now the only objective is bringing him back home and tell the people about his goals that he saw. He pretty much faked and lost everything now... Wow and they all eat him at the end... It is sort of back it's comedy format while the previous felt a bit serious. |

| Noticed the unique art style this episode right away, was a hilarious episode though I am a little hungry now.. |

| Its so weird seeing a ping pong style space dandy. Phenomenal episode as expected of god based Yuasa, it was really damn funny and immesnely creative. Though sadly I feel like this episode will go under appreciated similarly to episode 9's plant planet episode. |

| I don't watch anime about ping pong so I didn't recognize the odd style at first. It was weird but in a way that matched the weirdness of the episode. This series really does venture into Excel Saga-level strangeness at times. That was the weirdest-looking 'cigarette' I've ever seen ... |

| I like how calm and cool Dandy remains even when facing life threatening situations! Feel bad for that fish though. Betrayed team Dandy to reach his planet so he can save his people. Too bad, they're all toasted now.. Meow finally gets to eat what he wanted throughout this episode. Those droolings though. XD Good episode. That villain always ends up helping Dandy unknowingly! Poor guys.. |

| The animation this episode is remarkable. Some of the backgrounds were bloody gorgeous to look at and the character figures had such originality to them as expected of Yuasa. It had lots of good jokes that fit so perfectly well with what all the characters were doing. This might just be my new favorite episode, perhaps a tie with this and Episode 5. |

| Good episode; I couldn't help but notice in the ending credits that Yoko Kanno did music for Dandy? I mean it's not surprising considering its director but does anyone know what songs she did exactly? Dandy has a great soundtrack, so knowing Yoko was involved is only icing on the cake. |

| Trippiest episode since the Plant World episode... Not as funny as the first two episodes of the season but still very enjoyable. That animation was absolutely stunning. |

| Yuasa is so based. First Adventure Time and now Space Dandy. I absolutely loved how it did started slow and steady and then how it ended up with that complete mess of a scenario... for a grilled fish, aha. Animation is brilliant too, as always from Yuasa. He's one of the very few who really knows how to use the medium in its full potential. |

| This episode wasn't nearly as weird as I thought it would be. I actually found the first part quite comical! I like Dandy's approach to life, just kick back and relax. No use getting worked up over stuff. I do the same thing for the most part. Didn't really like the art style, it seemed kind of awkward. But hey, that's part of the style of the show! Plant episode is still the only bad episode of this show! |
| My least-favorite episode in the entire series. It's a shame. I loved Season 1, and Episode 2 of this season was pretty good. My guess is they are having budget problems. The art quality and plotline quality seem to be changing back and forth from bad to good in each episode. On a positive note, next weeks episode should be solid (if not very good) if the pattern continues... |

| After watching Ping Pong and half of Kaiba, I'm slightly more familiar with Yuasa'a style, and I loved it in this episode! That started out mostly hilarious and ended with a bang! NamiDai's "gyo" language was so funny! XD |

Its a creative decision not a budgeting issue, I think the only episode that really looked there was a budgeting issue was episode 6 |
