'Teen Romantic Comedy Gone Wrong', or whatever typically long-winded light novel jibberish 'Yahari Ore' translates into shows all the signs of being Boku Friendship DONE RIGHT. As another user noted with their recommendation, Boku Friendship gradually turns into something of a full-on ecchi harem fest. Unlike Yahari, Boku wa started out as purely lighthearted rom-com fluff--causing later developments that expand on previously 1D comic relief characters to be awkward & its lead's turn towards a more... emo stance coming across unnaturally. Yahari one-upped this by presenting its characters as humans with relatable social difficulties from the get-go whilst still retaining sharp, witty dialogue.

Instead of, say, a blonde Japanese guy everyone assumes is a thug without talking to him & a blonde American-tit'd #1 school idol that refers to herself as a Goddess and has men kneeling before her at will, Yahari presents a dysfunctional lead trio, consisting of: a misanthrope lead pushed away from social contact by rejection, a beautiful girl well aware that her physical beauty causes others problems & an average 'TRYING TO FIT IN' girl--her attempts to climb the social ladder being illustrated nicely in ep2.

While it's true that Yahari still leans more on the side of fantasy than reality with its 1x loner guy x2 beautiful girls in an empty club premise, the set-up/presentation/illustration of social woes is executed much better than in most other similar works. Paint me impressed!  read more

'Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru' and 'Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai' shared a sisterly bond where minds are alike. The feeling of being treated as an outcast without friends while struggling to get accepted back into society is daunting. However in the midst of such hopelessness, the heart of a person is what matters the most and that is what the main characters from their respective series have shown. In these series, clubs are formed as a sign of 'hope' and with it, strangers became friends for life. 

In terms of the core differences, ''Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai' focuses on a male character in a more comedic way where the people around him don't necessarily hate him but they don't want to know him either.'Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru' centers around a male character who acts as a sacrificial lamb to ensure the flower blooms for others. The lack of care on how he is judged from the outside world puts him in an easier position to take risks that others usually wouldn't accept and one can only wonder how much pain a person can take.

These shows will open your eyes to the problems faced in daily society and you might even learn a thing or two whilst being intrigued by the character interactions. Putting aside the well executed humor which serves as the icing on a huge cake, romances are easily noticeable between several individuals and it's refreshing to see neither show going down the harem path but instead sticking to their roots. Will a fairytale happily ever after ending be on the cards?  you just have to see for yourself.

Similar premises, socially-challenged high school students form a club all about helping others overcome their difficulties. Both shows employ snappy, blunt dialogue, but Haganai unfortunately falls victim to the generic harem ecchi trap.

Club members consist of people who don't have many friends. I find that both of these shows is very enjoyable and you'll feel right at home watching them. Yahari Ore, I feel is more "pessimistic" and has apparent less fan service compared to Boku wa Tomodachi.

Both Shows revolve around Laid back male protagonist , A Mysterious female lead , an energetic Female lead , A cute younger sibling of the Male protagonist , and TRAP ." I dont have Many friends" is a little more consistent with the comedy and more tense with the drama.

The male main character doesn't have friends and forces/joins a club to make friends. He eventually gets surrounded by females and they go through the saga of not calling each other friends when at the end of it all they are friends because they do friend stuff.

Both of them have characters which don't have friends and are unsociable. Throughout the story, in both anime, the main protagonists develop friendships with the people they hang out with, which they don't realize or don't want to realize.
The main difference is, that in Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, the protagonists want to have friends and fail to realize that they've already made them, and in Yahari Ore no Seishun, they don't really care about such things (at least that's what they want us to think).
TL;DR: Both are fun to watch. However, if you liked one of them it doesn't mean that you'll like the other.

This is also one similar story of how a lonely guy came into a club and he started getting friends. It is quite a good story. However, unlike Oregairu, this anime has some fan service so the guys should be able to enjoy it.

Both anime have the same MC who isn't popular and is always getting avoided by the school's students. Both also have a little romance involved with a huge amount of comedy. (Seriously, I died several times while watching these two.) So if you like the first, then you will like the other.

There's a school club whose members mostly consist of the school's socially awkward, and whose secret mission in both is to simply make more friends. Both anime are presented simply, but have deep undertones that need a bit of looking into to appreciate. Also, the main character in both anime has two main companions: The popular air head beauty who really doesn't need to make any more friends than she already has, and the quiet but also equally beautiful girl that sports a more serious demeanor.

Ultimately, the premise, plot structure, characters, interpersonal dynamics, and the end result are all the same.

If you enjoyed any of the elements of what makes Oregairu Oregairu, then you'll find Haganai just as enjoyable, and vice versa.

I prefer Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy but both deal with a club (somewhat to make friends) Yozora and Yukinoshita are very similar and both have a character that is a boy but looks like a girl.

It tackles variety of topics including friendship, love, seasoned with comedy and it induces satisfaction. The premise is quite the same and you'll love it if you're a sucker with romantic comedy like me I guess. With that said, this anime will totally be one of my top ones and almost the same story but different characters and quirks.

The main characters didn't have the chance to make any friends until they are forced to join a club and fall in love. They slowly change personality throughout the anime and become more joyful thanks to the amazing girls that compose their club.

Both MC's are in high school and the other is trying to adopt in the society while the other is trying to live the reality.
One is being skeptical about life and the other is being branded as a 'delinquent' both are struggling for something, their life is being circulated around the people they interact and tend  to associate with others in an interesting way.

These two are so similar that the OreImo cast made a 'from behind' cameo appearance, in episode 11 of Boku.

Kirino and Sena are the same character... breasts aside. Their spoiled princess attitudes, erotic game addiction, prideful arrogance getting in the way of friendship and fangs are NEARLY IDENTICAL. What's more, Kuroneko and Yozora ALSO MIRROR EACH OTHER--sharing 'bickering love' friendships with K&S respectively. They argue CONSTANTLY when together, oblivious to the how similar their personalities are. The only difference of note in the relationships between the shows is that Yozora clearly has the upper hand against Sena--often forcing her to run away, crying. THERE'S EVEN A GUY IN THE LOVE-TRI MIDDLE, IN BOTH SHOWS!

The episodic content is VERY familiar, also: making friends is central to Boku's story but even OreImo had an episode about trying to make friends. And both shows deal heavily with otaku/gaming jokes. read more

The art is similar and both have many things is common.
The constant fighting between Yozora and Sena remind me a lot to Kirino and Kuroneko (and the personalities are also similar, as the fanaticism that Kirino and Sena have for the eroge).
In short, if you like "OreImo" you'll like "Boku wa Tomodachi..." as well.

Both animes try to address certain problems in today's society. Oreimo deals with the problem of being an otaku while Haganai focuses on the issue of making friends. While neither are particularly educational, they both offer hilarious moments and sometimes emotional moments.

Both shows have a similar feeling--lightly harem, lots of otaku-oriented references, mostly about character and relationships, not too much high-concept and nothing supernatural. The theme of acceptance is very strongly presented in both shows. Both are primarily comedy with some dramatic moments. Both have sequels that differ in quality from the original (except that Haganai's sequel gets better, and Ore Imo's gets worse).

oreimo and haganai both share characters with similar personalities. in oreimo, the main character is a teen girl who has a obsession over eroge which is similar to sena in haganai. the two stories are also simlar where the 2 main character has a friend they fight alot with, for example , krino and kuroneko , sena and yozora.

The anime are both light novel adaptations made by the same studio. In both shows, the protagonist helps a girl make friends which leads to him meeting several other girls. The main heroine also ends up as rivals with another girl in both anime. The shows also hint at possible romance developing between the characters later on. The series are worth watching if you like slice of life comedies or anime that deal with the otaku culture.

For whatever reason, this didn't hit me until I watched the first episode of Tomodachi's second season but there's a SUPER OBVIOUS linking factor to be found between these two:

- Crazy bitches/galpals in a small school clubroom.
- One crazy bitch/galpal bullying the other in a "friendly" way.
- The male lead quickly becoming indifferent to the chaos surrounding himself; going with the flow due to being smart enough to know that it's pointless to either resist or intervene. (Instead, it's OBVIOUSLY better to commentate to the viewers with his internalized thoughts about what's going on.)

I suppose the whole love triangle thing is worth noting, as well... although it's only REALLY a love-tri in Tomodachi since the situation is far more competitive and up in the air compared to what's offered by Haruhi.

...oh, and the losers of the love-tri, according to the first girl rule, both have HUGE TITTIES!!!!! Fan-service. YES. read more

The protagonist appears to be a delinquent, meets a girl, and forms a club. The girl bullies the hell out of another girl for having large breasts. More members join and the club ends up becoming like a harem. (Almost all the characters seem to like Kyon in the Haruhi Suzumiya series...)

However, Haruhi's characters have special powers that are used to keep Haruhi from destroying the world.

These two are so similar, it's ridiculous. A sarcastic high school student indirectly gives a loner girl an idea to form a club and gets pulled into it against his will. On top of that, Yozora and Kodaka are basically this decade's Kyon and Haruhi, though the supporting casts are completely different.

Essentially, "Haganai" is "Haruhi Suzumiya" without the supernatural elements. Hell, "Haruhi Suzumiya" is even referenced in "Haganai" so their similarities are likely not a coincidence.

Also, I find Chitose sorta like Yozora with her slightly violent personality, Kenji a bit like Kodaka and Takao to be like Sena (she is wayyy better than her though) Also Kenji acts like a delinquent, same as Kodaka. Both are funny and lovable.

A main character becomes part of an unusual club with members that seems to all have their own interests at hand. The club itself also gets into odd events and often causes trouble for the main character.

Regardless, both series are comedy series with humorous dialogues, character interactions, and gags that plays around the school setting and concepts. They both also involve characters that wants the main protagonist to join their club for personal reasons.

Some of the moments in each episode may feel a bit random but are used as a way to present comedy.

The MC are school-rumored delinquent. But the truth is that they have a kind heart, and end up being forced to join a club by the main heroine. The art is kinda similar and from my opinion D-Frag! jokes are funnier than Haganai jokes.

The funny thing is that in Boku wa Tomodachi the protagonist has the atmosphere and looks of one, and in D-Frag he wants to look like one, but nobody takes him for one.

A delinquent boy who is joined by beautiful girls in a social club activities... makes it awkward for him to follow their motivation. The romantic comedy focuses the main male character interacting with the members of the club who are a majority population of girls. It can be awkward, relationships, funny, or random at times, but soon he will grown into the club and have fun.

Haganai focus on the "Neighbors Club" which they focus on making new friends and try to socialize each other. D-Frag follows a boy who is surrounded by awkward girls with a club that is a "Fantasy Imaginary" gaming club.

If you enjoyed the dysfunctional club setting of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, you'll find a lot to like in D-Frag.  

D-Frag is a bit more surreal and high paced and doesn't take itself anywhere near seriously, but has a similar feel to Sukunai.

The school set-up is apparent in both anime, not to mention both are harem anime. The main protagonists(Kodaka for Haganai and Raku for nisekoi) have their own harem in which there are two main female leads. The rom-com in both are very entertaining and each character has their own special trait that stands-out from others. Both anmie also put a slight focus on character relationships while weaving in the casual fan-service.

-The main characters of both anime had a childhood friend 10 years earlier, but they were separated and never saw eachother again. No matter how hard they try, the main character can't remember the childhood friend's name, amongst other things.
-Both anime are Harem/Romance/Comedy, but Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai has more ecchi and fanservice, while Nisekoi focuses more on romance.
-Both anime deal with social issues such as making friends, and the slow uncovering of the characters' past is a central plotpoint.

Haganai is a series near and dear to me for no particular reason, and Nisekoi is the closest to it I could think of. They both go along with the harem/harem-esque genre, but in Haganai the Generic Dense Harem Anime Protagonist™ isn't actually a Generic Dense Harem Anime Protagonist™. Talk about originality, amirite
It actually leans towards slice of life too, and has a healthy portion of lolis. 10/10

Starting out with similar situations BokuTomo and ToraDora share many similarities within the first episode alone. Similar main male characters; both boys with mean eyes who unintentionally get their classmates to give them things out of intimidation, not to mention they know how to cook! And both series have a lonely,  yet strong-willed, long-haired female protagonist who decides off the bat that she is on first-name basis with her respective boy, and he likewise becomes just as close to her.

Both slice of life shows relate to the troubles of high school, be it romance or acceptance, and tell how different people can come together by the simplest means.  read more

The same old one male in the group of girls in a club. Well in Boku wa tomodachi, Yukimura was a girly guy and in  Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate, Oboro doesn't look like much of a guy. But both of these animes have all of the girls like the main protagonist. The whole anime is about a club that everyone in it loves.

The story takes place in the club room discussing about trivial questions, strategies, or just a chat down for some free time. Similarity wise, it has that school romantic dramedy feel where it focuses on the main male character interacting with the other club members with the majority of them being girls. There are serious moments, and some funny moments, and better yet relationships is another element in the story.

The similarities between Haganai and Oreshura start from their light novel origins. Both anime's incorporate lighthearted humor along with a tendency to highlight social awkwardness, mob mentality and general social commentary.

If you intend to dive into the Winter 2013 season, then definitely give Haganai a watch, simply for the fact that Haganai NEXT is also airing during the same time.

Both have a similar feeling. Both of these anime focus on a club and gain additional members as it progresses (all of them weird to an extent). The comedy in both anime are similar as well, except Boku wa Tomodachi is more direct and evil while Ore no Kanojo is indirect hides the puns in between speech :)

Non-similar features:
-All the members of the club share feelings for the male 
-The club is based around making friends rather than becoming "better maidens"
-The male doesn't seem to care about his education

Overall they're pretty similar so I would recommend watching it.

The two are very similar in terms of comedy. Parodies galore and plenty of boke-tsukkomi dynamic.

The characters roles are swapped, however. 
Ken actively makes an effort to make the girls part of his harem, even announcing it to them. He puts up with a lot of work so they can have fun, for the sake of cute girls being cute and happy.  He acts as the boke to the girls' tsukkomi.
Kodaka would rather avoid them as they're always causing him trouble, though he can't help but put up with them. He puts up with their attitudes so they can have fun for the sake of "friendship". He acts as the tsukkomi to the girls' boke. read more

The theme of a club at school with its members doing random activities to pass their time is present in both series.

Both series' main male protagonist are surrounded by a group of characters who all have their own personalities and adds fun/drama to the series.

Both series' main female protagonist/president has a strange personality that often gets into weird moments with the main male protagonist. There seems to be a lack of plot present in both series but rather follows what the club's activities in their every day lives.

There is also a lot of comedy present in both series.

Both series take place at a club in school that no one hardly joins. In fact, both clubs are known for the weird antics they do and because of that most students tend to stay away from it. These clubs are named the Neighbor's club and the Gj-Bu club both, in which have one male lead surrounded by females with distinct personalities. It's a harem with hilarious members to past the time in the club.

In order to make friends, one has to socialise. To do that, one has to go outside. But in order to go outside, one has to leave their comfort zone, opening up to the world. Both stories work when viewed succession, as it follows the struggles of all of the above statements. 

While Welcome to the NHK follows Tatsuhiro Sato, a college dropout who cannot leave his comfort zone and go outside, Haganai, follows Kodaka Hasegawa who stuggles to socialise and make friends. Even though both characters are completely different, they can still be related to in some ways.

Both anime series have lasting appeal with comedic elements - especially in the English-language versions - and beautiful animation for the time periods they were released. You will not be disappointed by the fitting soundtrack or the execution of the storylines, even if Haganai's storyline is considered a little cliche. read more

Both are great Dramas with multiple girls liking the MC. Both MC's are outcast from most of their classmates for either wanting to keep cats in the school dorms where it is strictly prohibited or because their hair makes them look like a delinquent. Both find peace and tranquility... cough cough, that's what they were hoping but no, they both end up with madness all around them.

Difference is in Sakurasou, the MC makes up his mind between the girls whereas in Tomadachi he doesn't

Both plots get most of their drive from a love triangle which has two girls it wants the protagonist to choose between. 

The first option is a dark-haired girl who through her self-entitled logic believes only she deserves to be with MC, despite her coldness and/or mistreatment of the MC as well as others in the shared friend group. 

The second option is a blonde girl who remains mostly well-intentioned and tends to have more chemistry with the MC as well as feelings for him that are more strongly represented through the shows.

Gamers! is much more frustrating to watch, due to other plot elements. Haganai has generally better characterization, but also more ecchi tropes. read more

These two are very different in concept, but they both have an extremely similar humor, centered around absurd scenarios, ecchi comedy, and character traits and personalities. They also share the theme of being largely school-based, but having many scenes that take place outside of school, as well. The male leads of both are quite different, but similar in the sense that they are misunderstood and strive to be normal, while being surrounded by strange females, who they feel the need to protect. Not to mention, both male protagonists have odd and overbearing little sisters with strong attachments to their brothers.

So, you've watched To Love-Ru and you want more. Then here you go. Boku Wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai also has a chill atmosphere, good comedy, rockin' OP! and is a lot of fun to watch. I feel like people looking for To Love-ru like content would enjoy Boku Wa Tomodachi ga Sukuknai?. The MC, Kodaka, in Boku Wa has his act together better than Rito in To Love-ru; they are school students and both get a harem. Alexis Tipton VA'd for Lala in To Love-ru and VA'd for Rika in Boku Wa. Rika serves as the genius science geek harem member who spends all her time in the school's science lab much as Lala does also; Rika's science projects don't always work either. I couldn't help noticing the parallels between the two characters and they are VA'd by the same VA. If you enjoyed To Love-Ru you will likely also enjoy Boku Wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.  read more

Similar plot: the two stories focus on a group of several characters, each having an unusual personality. These characters are all excluded from society. Thus, their goal is to become sociable and succeed in becoming "normal" people.

Also, both series are slice of life anime and are heavily focused on humor. Expect a fair amount of sexual jokes while watching them.

we are presented with a bored, cynical, and generally unsociable male protagonist who is largely uninvolved with his high school life until his encounter with the eccentric female protagonist.
Initially, both protagonists are reluctant to help, but continue to find themselves becoming more and more involved and even attached to the people he made friends with.

What the fuck lads; Purely comedy. I apologize if the offensive language is a bit too much.

- It's ecchi; It is ecchi, and the vibe it has during those moments is similar though a bit more often and extreme in Shimoneta's case.

- It's comedy; The comedy has a very similar atmosphere and style if you compare the two, though TomoHase has an abundance of non-ecchi comedy as compared to Shimoneta which comedy revolves completely around ecchi

- It's Sci-Fi; It's a bit of a joke here, but it is kind of Sci-Fi. With the technology that Rika brings to the group every so often, and especially the remote-controlled balls-breaker balls at the end of Next.

- It's Slice-Of-Life; It's definitely Slice-Of-Life and the best one out there in my opinion, though I believe it to be at least one of the best or at least a good Slice-Of-Life anime in the eyes of the general populace IF they can get past the connection of Catholicism and Churches with Ecchi, an abundance of sex jokes, and a particular seemingly inappropriate presentation of nuns of the Catholic church.

- It's the Rika-race; This refers to Shimoneta as all their jokes are completely ecchi, which Rika often uses as her go-to medium for comedy

- IT'S THE FRENCH REVOLUTION; Both series revolve around the fact that they're outcasts and going against society. In TomoHase's case it's going against the popular people and making true friends or just overthrowing the current popular populace, and in Shimoneta's case it's literally going against the government with on the case of the no-ecchi rule.

What more could you ask for; Referring to the very close similarities of both of the series.
What less could you ask of; Referring to the abundance of ecchi and especially in Shimoneta's case.
Why wasn't this added; Really, why wasn't it?

Both of these anime are funny and both relating to clubs. I can say Haganai is pretty under rated but it was really good. Each character has a different personality and just having them in one club is good. I recommend this if you want something quite similar to Oregairu.

Similar plot: the two stories focus on a group of several characters, each having an unusual personality. These characters are all excluded from society. Thus, their goal is to become sociable and succeed in becoming "normal" people.

Also, both series are slice of life anime and are heavily focused on humor. Expect a fair amount of sexual jokes while watching them.

basically tsuruga and yozora are almost the same. both are childhood friends that's very precious to the protagonists and they reveal their identities at the end of the series.

Both are slice-of-life romantic comedies focusing on a group of teenagers who hang out in a club together (okay, the Student Council isn't technically a club, but the point still remains). Both are very funny, yet feature a complex cast of characters who are all far more than they seem.

Kaguya and Yozora are both jaded, highly intelligent black-haired girls with warped worldviews who are much more than they seem even by their show's standards (Kaguya is somehow even DEEPER than Yozora, which I previously didn't even think was possible) and have a friend whom they constantly insult (mentally in Kaguya's case, verbally in Yozora's case). Miyuki and Kodaka, on the other hand, are both hard-working, kind-hearted boys with blonde hair and a stern expression, and a little sister who they look after but have a somewhat belligerent relationship with. Chika and Sena are especially similar, as not only are they the aforementioned friend who Kaguya/Yozora constantly insults, but they're both haughty, big-breasted rich girls who are very intelligent with an attachment to the male lead's younger sister. They even have the same English VA (Jad Saxton) and a similar running gag of running out of the room crying. Both shows also have a part-foreign blonde maid who rarely emotes (Ai/Stella).

However, "Kaguya-sama" is better than "Haganai" in just about every conceivable way, meaning if you like the latter, you will definitely like the former.  read more

Both of these animes are feel good stories of highschool "social outcasts" attempting to make friends while each overcoming their own unique difficulties. Isshuukan friends focuses more on plot and character development while Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai has more comical/fanservice aspects mixed into it. Both are very good animes and i would highly recommend both of them.

Both are slice-of-life comedies that sometimes wander into more serious and emotional territory. They rely heavily on a group dynamic, which focuses on a couple members while the rest support. However, every character has a unique character design. Both series begin in a school setting with a new student and groups forming with a goal in mind, and they are eventually successful.

Similar character personalities. Yoroza from Sukunai has the same personality as Kirihime. While Shining is the same as Sena. Both clash at each other from time to time. Shining aka Sena is given a nickname that only Yoroza/Kirihime refrers to her. Kodaka and Kazuto both revolve around these two.

The main character has interactions with different characters of conflicting personalities. Although there is much comedy, both series have serious and emotional moments.

Also, there is hints of obvious romance present in both series that are shown in an unique way. One way of supernatural, the other one of tsundere.

What do you get when you add Myself;Yourself, Kore wa Zombie, Baka no Test, Toradora, Yosuga no Sora, Suzumiya Haruhi and a bit of School Days?

You get this anime, albeit less drama, less gore, less violence but nevertheless the plot elements, characters and references can be found similar to the other anime.

In both series, it revolves a club with special activities. However, these activities usually are not so typical with school related ideas. Otherwise, Natsuo and Sena both have some similarities as being popular but also at times insecure and has a strange fascination in their minds. On the other hand, Yozora and Riko are considered tomboys and has a strange interaction with their club members.

There is many fun gags from both series and among other things...catchy dialogues, humor, and randomness. Both series also takes place at a school life setting.

In both titles the MC started his school career with a bad reputation (one for fighting, the other for the looks). But they join a school club full of beautiful ladies and so the adventure begins.

Boku wa.. more focussed on getting friends and adventures with the growing group of friends
Yamada.. more focussed on... well the MC wanted to make friends to begin with... but now (with as little as spoilers I can tell) he wanted to prevent someone for returning to her original self (closed, friendless, forced to smile).

Both ani's I recommend to watch if you like comedy, harem and a little twist of seriousness ;) read more

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (or Haganai) and Kimi ni Todoke have similarities in which both shows focus on a character who lives a troubled school life where all of their classmates misunderstand them and eventually meet someone who changes their life. Through out both of these shows the main character learns true friendship and what it's like to have true friends.

Both anime share common genres which are harem/romance/comedy and focus on a male protagonist (of course). Boku wa Tomodachi is a full-on comedy that also deals with some important issues. I guaranteed this anime will have you up till 6 in the morning watching it because it is truly a hilarious, sexy, and enjoyable show. This anime not only targets male viewers but a female audience too. Anyway, enjoy ^_^ (P.S. There is a sequel to this anime!!!)

Haganai is a bit more random and toned-down overall in terms of excitement, while OniAi is more exaggerated and focuses almost exlusively on the romance/harem aspect. Both involve plenty of fanservice (just watch their OPs to get a sense of it).

Both are comedy slice of life about a group of friends who like to try different stunts in their everyday life. The humour in both shows are the same type so if one makes you laugh, no doubt the other will too. Lots of references made to other anime, fantastic voice acting and pervy jokes.

I started watching this right after i finished DXD and both are two of my favorite harem comedies of all time. Though i did enjoy DXD more because of its violence. Haganai is a great series that takes you on one hell of a emotional ride!

If you want a nice school comedy, with some flavor of romance, these 2 are very similar in that sense. They differ, though, in that while in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun the relationships are all 1x1 and develop quite slowly, Haganai configures a Harem in which the girls all fight a cold war to win the main protagonist.
