I usually binge anime after they finish airing since I don't always have the time to watch shows weekly.
As for Manga/LN, I read whenever I feel like it and generally avoid the most popular stuff usually because it isn't finished.
I also write reviews for the content I consume if I have some opinions I really want to share.
In addition to anime/manga/light novels, I also enjoy gaming when I have the time.

I am fully a Windows/Android person (although maybe Linux in the future) and I also vehemently dislike Apple as a company. Although I would genuinely recommend getting a M1 Macbook if you are already in their ecosystem.

Outside of anime and gaming, I like running. It's something I've done on a somewhat consistent basis since middle school and helps keep me fit.

I started watching anime around middle school when my sister introduced me to it. My first memories of watching anime were with her. As far as I can remember, we watched Gosick, Black Butler, Ouran High School Host Club, and No Game No Life. It didn't really grab me at the time and it wasn't until around the start of 2016 did I start watching anime on my own.
I started off watching pretty much whatever was on Crunchyroll at the time: SAO, Kill La Kill, Akame Ga Kill, Mahouka, and a lot of obscure stuff like Brave 10, Blade and Soul, and Arata the Legend. Then I found some other websites that worked for me and it got me watching a lot more. I used to have very questionable taste, as a young teenager does, but as an adult I have really settled on the elements that I do and don't value in anime/manga/light novels.
I also got into Genshin around May of 2022 and play it somewhat consistently (AR 56 at the time of writing). I'll try to remember to put my UID here next time i have the game open.
I do watch plenty of shows I'm 99% sure I'll dislike on the off chance that I would have missed something incredible like Happy Sugar Life or hilariously bad like THigh Rise Invasion. I like to think I'm pretty open minded to watching or reading almost anything that someone suggests me unless it's Index rofl and I love discussion about the media I consume.
I also generally prefer anime dubbed because I find it more convenient to watch, but I have no problems with subbed anime. I see sub/dub as a matter of preference and that neither is inherently "better" than the other.
This is my general score rubric, although I think MAL ratings are a pretty terrible representation of the quality of a work. Different people will get different mileage out of a show. Me telling you Ko-on was incredibly boring does not reflect every person's perception of the show. Anime is entertainment, so what matters is that you're enjoying the media you consume.
I think ratings are a good starting point for discussions, but are hardly useful for recommendations.
