Military children on mechas, fighting against oppression by the upper class. Not as good but 86 is looking decent so far.

Jujutsu Kaisen
add

- To start off, both anime have really good animation, MAPPA and ufotable both did fantastic jobs. Kara no kyoukai centers it’s plot around mystery while jjk prioritses action. - In particular, Nobara does remind me of Shiki, short haired with an attitude (I find that hot btw) which means they both provide us with some damn entertaining fight sequences and badassery. - If you’re looking for something different to watch, this is the one.

Both MC’s are subjected to experience some pretty sad shit. they are both based in a historical setting, focused around a revenge story of sorts. If you can handle its cgi, mind me it’s awful, then I would suggest trying it out. It’s just a mere 7 episodes overall so nothings stopping you. Ok, it has Cgi tiddies. 3D tiddies I’m talking about, god bless those fat milkers.

To sum it up, both shows start off with the main girls showing up at the MC’s house uninvited. The rest as they say, is history.

Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun
add

Yes this weird, but I’ll say it regardless. Im also surprised no-one has spotted this yet, but my Sixth Sense keeps nagging me about the similarities between these two anime. I mean, the plots involve the MC getting a girlfriend with the help of another girl with the plots ‘developing’ from that point on. Simply put if you were disappointed by this seasons Bottom Tier Tomozaki’s horrible attempt at a highschool romance drama and wanted some ‘real’ development, School Days is the perfect anime for you.

Hunter x Hunter (2011)

Let me start off by saying, if your gonna watch Trigun, start from the TV series, then move onto the Movie. Ok so that’s out of the way, the Trigun Movie is a lot like HxH, they’re both entertaining anime created by the same studio, with the character art being almost identical. They both have adventure elements, with the MC’s travelling alongside their companions, with both their journeys being packed with lots of funny moments, as well as equally serious ones. Overall, this movie is perfect for those who just want a comedic, action-thrilled anime to binge to.

Both anime feature the cast being the last survivors of an apocalypse, with them pretty much being the last survivors. They both are forced to start essentially from square one, with some pretty emotional stories about those who weren’t able to make it. Ps If you love cavemen, you shouldn’t hold back on giving this anime a watch.

If you liked
Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch

Guilty Crown
add

Both anime feature the MC gaining some sort of special power early on. Guilty Crown differs because the MC is a lot more unstable emotionally.

Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu
add

Both anime have the MC’s being caught in incidents to become a Monster/Human hybrid. It’s just that Parasyte has better pacing and a more unpredictable storyline.

If you liked
Cowboy Bebop

Black Lagoon
add

Both anime features a band of 4 and their day-to-day lives. Cowboy Bebop is a bit more comedic while Black Lagoon is for those who crave action and nothing more.

Both thriller anime heavily involve terrorism and the police. If you love mind games then this is the anime for you.
