There aren't many chapters yet, but so far, it's great.

Overall it gives off your typical cute fluffy shoujo-romance vibes, and no huge drama in sight. The main characters are quite refreshing, especially the FL being very straightforward, open and bubbly, and also being the one initiating most interactions, while the ML is rather reclusive and quiet. Their interactions are interesting and entertaining, and I like how their chemistry develops so far. There isn't much more to say without spoiling things. The art style is nice and fitting the overall tone, the pacing seems decent, there is noticeable development even already within a few chapters.

Hatsukoi Maze (Manga) add
Absolutely recommended, as long as you know what to expect. It's a very innocent, wholesome romance story, but also nothing more than that. What you get is two people exploring their feelings and gradually deepening their relationship, sometimes being clumsy due to their inexperience, with some quite funny interactions with side-characters sprinkled in.

There is no deep drama, is no big exploration of their past or a bigger plot, and only very few relevant side-characters. There isn't even any big build-up to their relationship. If anything, the main characters seem rather 'generic' in some aspects, so some might complain about them being flat. But in ...

If you like cute, wholesome romance manga, this is for you.

The story is a bit unusual, the best thing I can compare it to without spoiling would be the "fake romance" that develops further along the way, although that doesn't fully do it justice. I find it very interesting to see how both ML and FL show their affection in their own ways, while dealing with their insecurities and slowly growing closer - all without any unnecessary drama or love-triangles.

The characters themselves lack a certain depth, at least up until now there isn't much of a backstory to learn, the focus being rather on their ...

Overall a solid read for fans of fluffy shoujo manga.

It doesn't re-invent the wheel: Slightly-misunderstood delinquent ML meets a straight-forward FL. The execution however is great. The focus really is on their development as a couple as they get together very quickly. No artificial drama, annoying love-triangles or other bothersome stuff, just fluff and romance. Of course the avenue of clearing up the misconception about ML being a delinquent is also explored, both with the support of FL and the effort of ML himself. The characters aren't extremely deep or have some huge backstory - but I think that's exactly what makes such stories ...

This manga is a must read if you like cute, fluffy romances.

The premise itself is rather standard - popular guy that's adored by everyone, coupled with shy outsider girl. However the drama you would expect with this kind of pairing simply doesn't happen. Instead, everyone is completely supportive. The story focuses heavily on the growth of the FL, overcoming her shyness and gaining friends, and progressing their romantic relationship. There's no huge misunderstandings or artificial drama from the main couple. They are considerate of each other, communicate properly and grow together. And in the same way, the side-characters are very refreshing and supportive - ...

If you are looking for an easy, light-hearted read, then this should be worth your time. The art-style is great and there is no frustratingly dragged out drama or love-triangles.

The plot is neither ground-breaking nor deeply profound; school romance with a misunderstood, scary-looking MC, with some school rivalry sprinkled in. People get to know each other, friendships and relationships are formed. The main focus stays on the female and male MC, although each of the side-characters have their backstories and personalities explored as well. I think it's clear that this manga aims to be a light-hearted romance, and it succeeds at doing exactly that - ...

So far, I would say it's good, but nothing extraordinary. Though with only a few chapters that's rather difficult to judge.

The story focuses on Sumioka and Azuma, a newlywed couple and their inexperience with romance. Completely ordinary so far. There are however a few things I would like to point out:
- Instead of just throwing a married couple at you and expecting you to now be emotionally invested into the characters, the author actually takes some time going back and shedding some light on how they met, and how their relationship developed.
- There is an age gap between them. Nothing too special, if I remember ...

Shoujo Ai? Cute? Lighthearted? If that sounds for you, read it.

Hairdresser x Client lesbian romance, where nearly the entire focus lies on their development and interaction. The story itself is very lighthearted, the characters are adorable in their behaviour and art style. Overall it's a typical feel-good manga.

The story is told and paced quite well for a one-shot. It didn't feel boring and stagnant, as there is some development to the characters and their relationship, with a slight sprinkle of drama, but at the same time it also didn't feel rushed.

Can somebody tell MAL to not require a long review for a one-shot? What use ...

Kijima is able to hear the inner voices of people. If you think about it, that is probably a horrible ability to have, with all the things people might be thinking about. But along comes his co-worker Yamada, a young woman with a completely pure and adorable mindset through and through, and as such Kijima finds himself completely infatuated by her. And so the office romance begins.

It is a relatively new manga, so there isn't too much to read, but it seems to keep a rather light-hearted tone. Typical romcom, focusing mainly on the two lead characters and their interactions, mostly cute with lots of ...

Tateishi and Mitsuya are dating. There's just one issue: They work at the same company, and have to keep their relationship a secret.

Since it's a romcom, there's no need to say that they're hilariously bad at hiding their relationship, and often act quite suspicious. At work, Mitsuya is mostly cold and insulting, which is the exact opposite to her real self. When they are alone, she's completely lovey-dovey instead.

The manga has a nice balance of both, showing some of their interaction at work, but then also sprinkling a bunch of cuteness in between. Their romance does have some decent progress and also some more ...
