Manga: 12 Beast
Drawn and written by the same author, while Monster Musume has a slice of life feel to it, 12 Beasts contains more action and adventure. But both have the ecchi monster girl harem working for them. So what's there not to like!

Monster Musume no Iru Nichiyou seems to be based of one shot Deadline Summonnr. You'll notice the strong resemblances in the characters if you decide to read it. Both entail ecchi, comedy, fantasy and monster girls.

both have a centaur girl as a character though Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou is super ecchi and has other monster girls vying for the main heroine spot. Either way, if you love having fun with monster girls, then have fun with both of these

Manga: Kagakuteki ni Sonzai shiuru Creature Musume no Kansatsu Nisshi
Fantasy comedies about a guy building his harem consisting of monster girls (unintentionally in MonMusu and very intentionally in Creature Musume). Both have fanservice of "I can't believe this isn't porn" tier.

Relatively wholesome manga about a man living together with a centaur girl. While Monster Musume is ecchi (with plenty of nudity), FistFiesta is straight out porn.

Manga: Jitsu wa Watashi wa
There's an bizarre cast of characters that gets acquainted with the main protagonist from both series. By bizarre, it means non-human or rather monsters. The main premise of both series follow different directions but has similar focuses on relationship building. There is also a similarity in terms of the main male character's personalities - kind, helpful, and selfless. It's for many reasons that many girls in the series falls for them. Romance is evident as well as drama. Do note that Monster Musume has more fan service while Jitsu wa Watashi wa presents more comedy.

Manga: Monster Girl
There is a lot of emphasis on human-nonhuman relationship in both series; in particular the variety of monsters that shows up in the MC's life. Romance is more or less cliche for both series' development. As the main girls are monsters, expect supernatural powers to be shown with a diverse amount of aesthetics. Recommended for fans who are looking into a monster harem.

Harem of monster girls (who came into our world as tourists basically), both of these titles are most of the time easy-going episodic slice of life plot.

Manga: Love Rush!
Both stories have a similar setting with a male main character one day starting to come into contact with non-human girls. These girls get introduced 1 by 1 while the main character goes through his daily life. The humour and things that happen feel "the same" but you won't get the feeling that you're reading the same story twice. You also feel a similar vibe when you see the main male character's actions and thoughts altough the background is different.

It also follows the same ridiculous concept that a totally normal guy is constantly being chased by harems of gorgeous monster women often ending in a tits and ass avalanche to the face and still the male characters find themselves in less than satisfactory position

Manga: Monster Collection: Majuu Tsukai no Shoujo
Both titles showcase a hot Lamia girl as well as many other monster girls that look awesome. While Monster Musume is a comedy and ecchi harem title, Monster Collection is a much more serious, fantasy, action adventure title with plenty of awesome action scenes that really needs to be read more by more readers, seriously read Monster Collection it may be 13 years old but the mangaka has done an awesome job at illustrating every page, its pretty much at the same level as Berserk. Read it! Read both!

Manga: Jashin-chan Dropkick
Anyone interested in some rather unorthodox comedy involving monster girls should give these two series a try. Both series involves everyday life events involving female characters that takes the form of monster girls. There is diversity and each chapter explores a bit of it with humor. Monster Musume does have harem antics with a main male lead while Jashin-chan Dropkick retains more of a slice of life style.

Manga: Hitomi-sensei no Hokenshitsu
A main concept with both series is the fact that the main character are monster girls. The main female protagonist in their story also has similar personalities. Their relationship with others (in particular the MC) brings out their more exciting side. There is a lot of comedy and gags present in both series. Monster Musume has more fan service while Hitomi-sensei no Hokenshitsu revolves around more with humor.

Manga: Orenchi no Furo Jijou
Envolves a story about a really nice guy that for some reason starts taking care of some semi-humans.The main fact that differs these two stories is that in orenchi no Furo Jijou the non-humans are guys in contrast with monster musume no iru nichijou where they are girls and it also has an "echiier" aspect.

Manga: Blade Play
These mangas both have similar humor. The art is pretty good for both of them. There are a few differences though. One blatant example is that Monster Musume is a harem. Anyways this manga is fairly short but it's light hearted like Blade Play, a fun read. Enjoy!
