Minor plot spoilers
Oh man, this manwha is one big power trip journey. Usually with the “return to earth after x amount of years” trope, there’s two ways the plot goes: The mc loses his power and has to regain it all or the mc keeps all of his powers and gets back involved with society to eradicate evil. This manwha takes the latter route, but it becomes too predictable with the plot line and lacks interesting characters.
First things first, I want to give credit where credit is due; the first chapter is a well-made introduction to any reincarnated action story, but it’s also a

negative because the bar has been set relatively high. The author also has a knack for writing a backstory for minor characters. The art also synergies well with the theme of the manwha.
No matter how good the writing may be at some parts, if it becomes too predictable, then all of the thrill that was meticulously formed becomes nonexistent. To elaborate, the same conflict in the plot has been recycled and repeated three separate times where the side characters or bosses haven’t been acknowledged by the mc, so he sits back while they struggle. Only after they lose/prove their worth, he interferes and everyone gawks at how strong the mc is or the bosses achieve enlightenment.
Despite the well-formed backstories of the villains, EVERY single side or main character in this are ridiculously one-dimensional and dispensable. Not one has formed any significant impact on the story, minus the mc, of course. Even then, the mc also has the plot point of formerly being a “reincarnated earthling,” but it seems author forgot about that and instead made him an ignorant, arrogant culture-ignoring person that’s too overpowered for his own good. It’s funny at first, but he expresses no signs of development, so it becomes boring relatively quickly.
Im not going to lie, the manwha’s format only works because of how good the art is with the satisfaction moment of the well-explored backstory of the villains; without that, this is utter tr@sh as the mc isn’t very likable, which is the main purpose of a returner that kept his strength story.
PS: I only decided to read this because of the romance tag, but all of the characters are so weakly formed that I’ve become disinterested in any ships which is a horrible point to be at.
