Smoking behind a supermarket also deals with adult romance and professional life as opposed to what is typical within the romance genre. The only difference is that the characters in this series are not immediately dating rather it's them building their relationship. It's a very relatable series for adults though and also at the same time a funny and interesting one too.

The two of them are centered on a middle aged men and a younger woman. Also the inocence from both male protags are similar, which gives both of the stories a certain cuteness. At the end sorry for my English and I've only watched the anime so I hope I don't get things wrong

has the same atmosphere and feel, starts of with similar premise, and both stories are of office workers, if you're into that then you can check this out. Given that Telework has a finished story in ~20 chapters, do not expect the same plot within that length.

Both have a focus on work places and the relationships of the people who work there. Both are about people getting to know each other more. Both have similar female characters and both are seinen manga.
