so the story progresses how she fell in love with one of her game friend who was in the same guild group. his name is Yamada - (yeah Lv999 love XD)
trust me both characters are interesting and the manga is well illustrated!! character design is impressive too!!

Slow paced romance that is definitely worth the read! The slow development adds so much to the story because it all feels natural in the end. Nothing is out of place. Once the romance begins, the story gets even cuter and sexier.
Both the ML and fl are opposites with common interests and it's unique to see how they handle their relationship. It's different from other relationships I've read. Both of them make time for each other despite their age gap and schedules I really enjoy the character development and characters in this story. Definitely one of the best slow burn romances.

Alright so..
I started it because I watched the first episode of its anime adaptation that just came out... and I binged it. The manga for me personally had a big start. I like those types of characters - one super bubbly and loud and the other mysterious and quiet 🤭 It always creates a fun journey and anticipation of relationship development. The manga made me giggle, made me shy - but nothing more. I mean.. yh it is predictable, and it is not something that we haven't seen in other romance stories but... I feel like after the 60th chapter it felt like being milked. ...

aaaaah its so cute and i love it. The main characters clearly like each other and they are just adorable. I don't wont to spoil anything but they aren't any misunderstandings and slow burns like some other romance manga. Its pour wholesomeness. 10/10 would recommend.

Y'ALL. YOU MUST READ THIS MANGA.
God, the second I found this manga I was so invested. Plot was great from the get go. I love how the two main characters interacted, I love the rest of the cast. But you know my favorite thing about this manga (besides Yamada)? Every single drama point gets resolved within a couple chapters. There are no stupid misunderstandings; there is always some level of communication between Akane and Yamada, and it is a joy to read. Ok, now can we talk about the art? Art, lowkey mid at the beginning, but IT GETS SO GOOD towards the middle. I ...

Okay okay this is exactly the type of romance story I'm drawn to. I REALLY like it so far! I'm so happy to see that it's being made into an animated series. I'd say if you enjoyed Horimiya or Wotakoi you'll love this. I love that we are getting more stories with a more mature romance aspect. I'm sick of holding hands and a lame peck on the lips being the climax of a romantic story... Yamada-kun definitely has more.

Strong rom-com with good development and an ideal fluff/drama ratio. The characters actually process emotions and relationships like real humans without being gratuitous. If you liked the in-game elements of Wotakoi you’ll enjoy this one. A fun and relatively lighthearted story about people from all walks of life coming together to enjoy their time playing an MMO. The art is in a clean, comforting style, with several quality panels made to intensify the comedic or dramatic effect. The characters overall are well rounded and have their own motivations, even side characters that are in universe gaming-addicts are portrayed with their own motivations and background.

This manga gives very fluffy romance vibes, and the romance is very straightforward which is well done. Although it is kind of bland as a cliche shoujo romance, it's very cute because of the couple interactions and the incorporation of the gaming aspect.
Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru displays the difference of people as individuals and if they're in a relationship pretty well. The characters don't have super deep personalities and the gaming parts don't seem super realistic in real life, but it shows good communication and is a cute light read with romantic and hot couple scenes which seem pretty natural. This is a sweet story about a group of people who meet online. The main character gets dumped by her boyfriend who she started playing the game with. She then ends up playing by herself and makes friends with other people.
