| Wow it's 2nd year already? That was fast XD Nice to see Ui get in, and I guess Azusa's the newest member. I'm a little confused as to why they didn't change their ribbon colours though, I thought those changed every year? They were definitely wearing blue last year ... oh well I guess it's not a big deal :P Their concert was pretty good, shame we only heard a little of one song. Typical Yui, forgetting to sing because she was focused on the opening guitar part XD Good thing Mio was there to help haha. Also those song names are hilarious XD Too bad they didn't get more new members if all their songs were that good though :P Oh well, I guess we'll see what part Azusa plays ... I guess that's where that GIF of her in cat ears comes in? :P |

on Good to see Ui ending up in the same high school as Yui. Their advertisements on those costume was really hilarious.  The freshmen ceremony concert that they did was really nice. Looks like Azusa is a new club member. I wonder what she has in store for the light music club. Looking forward to the next episodes!  |

| My Love is like Staples was actually their best song yet ♥ They might've given out a first impression that strongly suggested that they're just goofy weirdos who only like to play in their spare time but the quality of their performance precedes them. It looks like everyone else but Asuza was intimidated about playing like that on-stage. I was so sure that Ui would join so it was a very big surprise that someone else joined in her place instead. Poor Mio's all alone but at least Nadoka's there. Her pouting was absolutely adorable. |

| I did not remember at all that the character of Azusa, would have entered the anime series now, what a pleasant surprise. However, the fact remains that the narration was pleasant thanks to the help of all the characters of the cast: this time there was no prevalence of Sawako's character in comic situations, all of them had a key role in making the proposed contexts fun during the episode. |

| I thought that new girl was Mio's little sister or at least a relative, they are quite alike. Yui's speech was so cute! She just naturally wandered from the concert. They really improved a lot, especially Yui. It would have been good if they showed more about the creation of those songs. |

| yess azusa finally made her appearance ~~ i prefer this concert way more than episode 6. i also prefer the song they sang in this episode a lot more as well~! and yess we finally get to see them playing instruments during a live concert ~~ hope there won't be any more random clips during their concerts anymore. 5/5 |

| Can we just appreciate how FAST this show is? This is not the sports-style music anime that I was kind of expecting it to be, showing lots of practicing and getting STRONGER until the last episode of the season where they FINALLY put on a performance. I’m thinking of hibike euphonium, or kono oto tomare, where it’s more serious and the music really does take centre stage. I’m just pleased that that is not the case with k-on, the focus is our four main girls rather than the music, the music is more of a supporting character if you please. When it was revealed early on that yui didn’t even know how to play the guitar, I was like “oh no it’s going to take a while for her to learn it and we’re probably not even going to get an actual performance until the last episode or heck maybe even until season 2.” But no it’s like BAM she got the hang of it and I love it. Maybe I’m missing how much time actually passed, but when considering the pacing of the show, it’s quick. And it’s all the better for it, it’s more chill, it’s more funny, and we can focus on our moe girls just being moe, more, lol And man what a moment when mio stepped up after yui forgot the lyrics, and then double wow when they started singing together. This show is nothing but feel-good stuff |

| Wasn't feeling this episode for the most part until the performance, which was not only a better song than the previous one for the first concert, but I was happy to get an actual performance by the band too and not just an MV overlaying the concert. Plus, I liked how Yui being overexcited botched the intro portion of the performance by forgetting the lyrics but Mio despite her shyness covered up near seamlessly and turned into a duet of sorts with the two of them singing together till the end. Shows that the band has synergy and are able to bounce back without losing their way completely despite some stumbles at times, cause that's natural. I wasn't really enjoying the comedy regarding how the girls were trying to get new members with the whole costumes and the goofing around when Ui and her friend were checking the club out. Wasn't that funny to me and felt like a flat, repetitive gag instead. |
| Tbh, someone needs to slap Sawako-sensei in the face. The show is unfortunately continuing on its downward slope. Hope things get a bit better towards the end. |

| Those animal and maid costumes were cute. :3 Great performance again. Watashi no Koi wa Hotchkis is a very nice song. Azusa. <3 It's good to see her again. Ritsu's reaction was hilarious. |
