| Well, I'm glad we're getting more back story to the manga. It makes their Kagura and Yomi's relationship a lot more meaningful. I'm starting to think an opening will never show up though.. Anyway, ep 3 gets a 5/5, like the first 2 eps. I'm enjoying this series a lot more than I expected to. |
| Why do the teddies look so worried in Kagura's room? now that I think about it, Yomi's hair is exactly like my friend's. ... Kagura sure has grown up, btw. So much more open and extroverted. And lots more confident. Huzzah. No time to finish watching the ep tonight though; I suppose I can edit this reply later. |

| Kagura will not died, she is the main heroine of the anime. If she actually died it will not be any story. I don't think there is so much Yuri :S |

| They are finally getting into the story. It's very interesting to see how deep really was Kagura's and Yomi's relationship, because we don't get much backstory in the manga. |
| Plot-wise the episode was pretty good. Though I would have wanted more action. |
| So, what do we get with this show? A girl in school uniform fighting a girl in school uniform...seen about 100 times so far. Besides great animations I am disappointed. Episode 1 gave me high expectations, and episode 2 took all expectations away....Because this episode was only flashback I have to watch episode 4, but if nothing happens after that one, I am dropping this. |

| I can understand why episode 2 was there but what about ep.1? Did they just show a team of kickass exorcists in ep.1 for Yomi to kill so they can tell us how powerful she really is? ep.3 was great, now am properly interested in this anime. |

| Awww this episode was soooo sweet! They had an awsome relationship. It's so wrong to think that Yomi can actually become like that and kill Kagura. I'm dying to see what made things like they are in the current story time. |

| This series is a total mess. As someone else on MAL mentioned, everything wrong with anime is on show here, ranging from super-powered school girls with swords to elite special forces of youngsters (well, mostly) who happen to be the last line of defence the world has against evil. School girls need to be banned from any Japanese animation that isn't pornographic. The first episode had a likeable (enough) cast of generic/copied characters, but it was all mindless (and physically impossible) monster killing until close to the end. The terrific ending saved the episode, leading viewers to believe the mostly average episode had been so average on purpose in order to hit them with a falcon punch at the end - it was the best ending to an opening episode I've seen. I was left eager to see more of the cast and the events that lead up to the finale of the first episode. After the 'What the fuck!?' ending, I had hoped the next episode would delve into the past of who I assumed to be the main character, going back to the very beginning of the events that lead up to his and his friends deaths. There had been more than enough flashbacks in the first episode to suggest that would be the case. But that wasn't what happened: episode 2 presented the viewers with an all new cast of generic characters, this cast being lead by a sword wielding school girl (very original). It ended up being even more inferior to the pre-ending sections of the first episode; it only offered completely uninteresting characters and poor to decent action sequences. The third episode did manage to repair the damage a little by giving the series some back-story, with the relationship between the two sword wielding 'sisters' getting explained in detail, starting from the time they first met each other. It was a nice change of pace from the mindless action that had been shoved down my throat prior to the episode. But seeing a nice little story about how two female characters bonded (no, not like that - perv :/) and become close wasn't enough to make me forget most of the first episode and all of the second...and anyway, I know the boring action is likely to resume in episode 4. I'm going to watch the 4th episode later. If it doesn't make me want to see what happens in the 5th then it's going to be the second winter anime dropped by me. |

| This anime can only make the manga even better. Rather than Yomi being your typical 'badguy' of the arc, we can actually see her being fleshed out. She played an integral part on how Kagura develops as a character and the production team definitely made the right choice of delving into this! Have high hopes for this, just sad that Kagura isn't as cute ='( @aionic Read the manga...this is called a prequel for a reason. |

| It seems I was right. They tried to blend us after the end of episode 1 and lead us to a false believe in episode 2. It wasn't really cleared in episode 3, but after they went through so much trouble to explain those two characters to us it seems pretty obvious who the main characters in this show are. Anyway, necessary episode. It was fairly interesting and the first few notes of the Ending (I believe it will actually be used as the Opening of this show from now on) blew me totally away. Great stuff. |
