| After watching about 10 min I finally made the decision to drop Toriko. This show is the worst shonen manga to anime adaptation next to fairy tail. *facepalm* |

I do not read manga for this series. |
| Ok, this ep was pretty good, the pace is a little fast, but nothing that important was supposed to happen yet anyway so it's alright for now, the animation is really good, the only problem is that reporter, I really hope she doesn't take too much time of each episode, but I think she's gonna be the narrator for those certain parts in the manga when there's like an explanation where no one of the characters are talking like here http://www.mangafox.com/manga/toriko/v04/c076/2.html. And the end with coco was really funny, i hope they animate the next mission with coco well. |

| Still not a big fan of Tina, I do hope she gets downplayed as the show goes on. She just doesn't add a whole lot to Toriko. |

| I'm still not a big fan of the pink aura, Toriko shouldn't have aura. It's not DBZ. Anyway, the animation is really awesome. For people who don't follow the manga: this is pretty much what the series is like. Later on there'll be a bigger focus on characters, character development and the fights will be bigger. |

| I really hoped Tina would only be used at the end of each episode to pointlessly explain things, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Too bad, she's annoying and somewhat ruins the fun :( Well despite her this was still a pretty awesome episode, the animation is beautiful~! And yay Coco is going to be introduced in the next episode. I'm looking forward to it :D |

| Hmm was kinda similar to the first adventure. Seems like we'll get a new companion next episode though. |
| I'll keep watching this. Not expecting anything groundbreaking, but I'm definitely interested in seeing what this world and its characters have to offer. Toriko himself is a fun protag too. Not terribly complex but absolutely charming. |
