the story gets bogged down at the end, but let's be honest, no one watched for a great storyline. If you love gore and crazy fights then definitely watch, I enjoyed the show quite a lot!

I think it's best to watch Hellsing Ultimate, then if you enjoyed your time, read the manga. Hellsing Ultimate is definitely a bit of a mess due to looong gaps in between each episode, but if you're looking to be entertained and have the little parts of your brain be itched, watch it.

Personally after seeing 200Plus anime Hellsing ultimate is in my top 10. Finish it up with the YouTube abridged comedy version and it's just gold. It's one of the most raw straight up badass shows I've seen. They don't go into some complex story or nothing just hey I'm a badass you're a badass, lets get this scene started, and I find it incredibly entertaining to watch but that's just me.

Hellsing Ultimate is one of the most twisted vampire stories I've ever experienced. Based on a few historical facts, mixing it all with vampires, nazis and religious fanatics, we got a truly crazy show that can be beautiful and terrifying at the same time. The manga was a crazy ride, but the anime is even better. I don't understand doubts, it is only 10 episodes. each less than an hour. It's not some 1000+ shonen.

It's very edgy and so emo,
The comedy parts are so horrible and unfitting. If you want to see some action then go try it I guess.
