| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, interesting episode... This one had more of a slice of life like mood for the first half. It was still fun to watch though as Fubuki is assigned with Kongou. Really nice to see focus on her and the sisters this episode tbh. Action picked up for second half and I think the pacing overall was decent. Nice to see Shimakaze in action this episode. The feels at the end ;_; |

| Took me a while to get used to the pretty heavy cognitive dissonance going on, but it was probably the most fun episode so far. Should have been like this from episode 1. |

| Fubuki almost got sunk, I think there would still be an anime if she did sink though. Shimakaze is far less annoying in this episode and Kongou is slightly more annoying, Haruna is the best shipgirl out of the sisters and Kirishima is a very close second. Mutsuki showing denial about Kisaragi being sunk was sad but she got better. |

| Dem Kongou sisters where funny that Mutsu was laughing. She was badass how she deflected that cannon fire with her bare hands to protect Fubuki and then she hugged her. She's like a older sister to her. Which is sweet. Dem feels at the end with Fubuki hugging Mutsuki and refusing to let go until they cried. I think this episode was nicely written to balance out funny and the feels. Next episode is the battle of midway... |

| Kongou sisters!! Zekamashi Shimakaze!! The Kongou sisters are awesome and so full of energy! I loved it when they introduced themselves. <3 I thought it was badass when Kongou blocked an Abyssal Fleet's attack with her bare hands. And I'm glad I finally got to see Zekamashi Shimakaze in action! Such a free-spirited Fleet Girl~ Mutsuki finally recovers and moves on... Nice feels with the hug there... |
| Seeing the other three of the Kongou sisters crawl into the room then disguising as wallpapers was the funniest shit ever. Also, Kongou punching that shell aimed at Fubuki? Badass. |

| Not gonna lie, kinda ridiculous, but awesomely entertaining. Glad they didn't draw out too much drama with Mutsuki, but it still had impact, it was handle well. Only downfall is we didn't get too see the battle between Naka and Kongou. We all know Naka won... |

| Seems the Kongou sisters are rather lively and the respect their older sister a lot. Tho tho don't seem to pay to much attention to Nagato much to her displeasure. On the other hand Fubuki seemed to be in doubt about them for the most part till battle started that was. They take care of their teammates after all. |
| The comedy moments finally worked for me this time, so I was actually able to enjoy an episode of this completely for the first time. That crying at the end was definitely needed, but it still felt forced and over-the-top to me. But that's probably just because I can't see this series in a serious light at all. |

| This time it was more SoL than navel battle, that yuri couple was hilarious. The comander was a lot similar with Haruhi. That sad ending tho. |

| Kongou sisters are an amusing bunch! The way they snucked into the room and covered themselves behind the wallpaper was hilarious! XD Shimakaze pouting at Kongou calling her Zekamashi was cute! Such a free-spirited girl though. :3 I want a copy of that "Seductive Kongou Photo Album" too! >.< I saw how quickly Hiei put it away in her outfit. Must be good stuff! :9 Not really a big fan of the battle portion of this show, but loved how Kongou saved Fubuki by swerving away the canon attack. That was pretty badass! Some returning feels at acceptance of Kisaragi's death. I laughed a little at how Fubuki was tightly hugging and lurching Mutsuki. That looked like a subtle Yuri scene out of context. Decent episode. A question to the people that played/plays the game: How good/bad are the adapting the anime? It feels like more of a slice of life than a military/action themed show. |

| Best episode of KanColle, no questions asked. Kongou is awesome and is really amusing to watch. Oh yeah and Shimakaze got more screen time so I'm happy. |

| This was a great episode! Nice use of comedy at the beginning, but ending on a very sad, but still hopeful note. I think the way they covered Mutsuki's sadness at losing Katsuragi was done in a very nice manner. They never specifically mentioned why she began crying (until she started shouted Katusragi) it allows it to be more tender than what I expected. This show is pretty much doing exactly what I expected to do, and its doing it in a great way! |
| I thought it would be extremely lame to hear the same seyuu over and over again, but up to now everyone did a pretty good job voicing more than one character. Looking at the episode itself the SoL part was extremely enjoyable, but after that third episode I couldn't shake the "what the fuck are you girls doing acting all silly, one of you just sunk" feeling off me. Didn't enjoy the action scenes either, loved the cries at the end of the episode, though. |

| You know, come to think about it, people die everyday and ship always sink, it's not like death is that unusual and anyone affected by it should have any emotional response, life goes on, the idol contest doesn't start itself. The survivors mourn their dead comrade and try to live everyday to the fullest so that her sacrifice don't go to waste? Only pussy do that. The fact that they hire a guy who specializes in writing comedy to write this episode that follows the death of a character, and also the series starts as a SoL, it's now proven that Kisaragi's death is a joke, and I am curious how the fans react if they do the same trick again. Second trainwreck of this season confirmed. |

| Kongou best ship confirmed <3 only kanmusu that truly loves Teitoku (poor Ooyodo) She was also Kai ni in this series meaning she is one of the strongest ships in his fleet. seriously this kuso teitoku, sending out 4 BB's especially a Kai ni one against 2 BB and 4 DD. looks more like the abyssals are better strategically. Kongou saving Fubuki is so badass. (Minna san, Forrow me) |
| Best episode so far. even tho in the battle i was screaming internally ''CMON FUBUKI GODDAMMIT GET UP'' kinda ruined it a lil bit imo but overall was a really good ep. |

| Shimakaze why u so simple!? KanColle has really exceeded my expectations, i never tought a game adaption (if you could call it that) could be this good. So anyways.. top show this season for me atleast. (i also havent watched that many animes where they get apapted from games other then VNs) |

Kancolle is clearly aimed at the gamers wanting to see all there kanmusu's. so far the adaptation has been faithful to the game(except the decisions of this Kuso TTK) |
| This was a really good episode. I liked how they dealt with the death of Kisaragi and didn't have the whole episode revolve around it. Kongou and her broken Engrish is definitely best girl material. The Abyssals look amazing as always. I wish we could see what they do when they're not fighting and get to learn a little bit more about them. The CG is just god awful though. It's a huge eyesore and the biggest turn off for this show. Luckily I like most everything else about it so that makes up for it. |

| Eh. I didn't particularly like or dislike the episode. The silliness was over the top, and by the end we have over the top screaming crying. It didn't mix very well. The combat wasn't as good as the last episode either. I prefer tactics over a simple flashy back-and-forth shootout. I think I've gotten used to the CG in the battle scenes though. |
