About me? I enjoy watching anime for it's various stories and ease of creativity for the producers, writers, and directors. A lot more can be accomplished easier with animation compared to live action.

How I rate anime.

Quality is subjective, people have different tastes. I rate anime by how much I enjoyed it. Granted if you don't like Rom/Com then you are probably not gonna like my ratings.

4 is Bad. Show is terribly predictable, story is not intriguing, and characters are too cliche to stand out and are forgettable. Will not watch again or dropped.

5 is Average. Even though they are predictable and characters are cliche, the story seems interesting enough to see what happens next. These are show I may continue to watch, but only once.

6 is Fine. Same apply with all anime, you can see the cliche and usually predict the next plot advancement, but there is something that makes it stand out, whether it be a certain character, the story premise, animation, and/or music. From hear on out, these score can be weighted by Action, Comedy, and/or Emotion.

7 is Good. Stories that are interesting and concepts that are unique. These shows also have some good characters and atmosphere. Some Shonen may be missing key elements of character development or plot points, none the less they are enjoyable. Some Rom/Com that are funny but may not be the most emotional, exciting, or romantic. << standard when looking for new anime too watch.

8 is Very Good. Stories/Concepts that are intriguing, clever, unique, and feel complete. Most characters are very likable and/or have a character you like to hate, either way they are well portrayed, relatable, and therefore tend to care about them. Anime at this level tend to have a good soundtrack that add life to the situation. Solid character development and story progression. Again could be weighted on intense Action, clever Comedy, and/or deep Emotion.

9 is Great. Something in my eyes that truly is a unique aspect compared to other shows I have seen. Characters are blooming with personality/passion. The story is cleverly captivating. Concepts are unique. Music is fantastic. A show that is quite entertaining a majority of the time viewing. Events that genuinely makes me feel happy, sad, excited, angry, and/or anxious.

10 is Masterpiece. Does everything right to bring you the most enjoyable experience you can have watching an anime. Probably a biased score based on nostalgia or something....

Anime I enjoy through the alphabet.

Custom Type-0 Osu! Skin I created, not a very good performance but the only vid that's kinda short with enough notes to show all characters and spinner. This was awhile ago, I should redo it....

Gonna start keeping track as long as I can remember.
100th TV Series Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha ViVid, fun, but not nearly as good as the previous 3 seasons.
Anime #200 Joukamachi no Dandelion, fun little comedy.
3,000th Episode: Senki Zesshou Symphogear - Ep 3, shits weird, but kinda awesome.
Anime #250 Harmony, pretty interesting, Studio 4°C is becoming my favorite studio for their visually thematic presentation.

OH wow I didn't know that. Digibro is good. He really gets the medium and gets too much shit. He isn't always right though. I always don't agree with him. Thanks for the information though.

Yeah, I get the point. I was not familiar with how the review processes go on here. My review came across as an overview, ha. So, I should only do episodic reviews until it is completed, is that how it goes? Another thing is I was comparing the episode to the manga and talking about my hope, so I guess that's a no-no too?

Deafness does not mean the inability to speak, though it could mean very jumbled if it's from birth, but if it's acquired at later stages it's possible to still speak fluently.

Thank you. I would love to go more "full board", but honestly, I respect the fans of the game. I really hope that this series will fulfill their desires. So I do not want to condemn the series, particularly since it was only the first episode, but damn it all if I will pretend that it was anime gold.
