I think it was him - so looking at what he is doing and making some guesses about how many people want to do stuff like this, he should be fired rather quickly. also Miyamori, I would like to say that I feel sorry for her but I'm not. it was clear from the start that mess that he did, will come to her. that cage... this is an interesting idea. |

| Favourite episode. Honda-san's "jokes" were lol Takanashi is facepalm... He caused all the problems! Miyamori many great faces this episode! 3D animators get to work in anime even if they can't draw anime well! 3D and 2D should work together. I agree with Kitano-san! |

| So many things has happened again which turned into a crisis The 2D versus 3D animation debate was a very interesting one with Kitano saying reflecting words about Not only Endou was impressed by that Honda locking up Seiichi was a hilarious scene I like the way they are still attaching the names to most of the characters that shows up, since it's such a huge cast passing by each time "Honey and Clover" title was dropped and more I have to look up if they are using real names here from the industry It would be even more interesting if it did Touru is such a useless PA dragging Aoi in the sespool, because she is easy as a staff to poke |

| I have to agree that Takanashi is a pain in the ass. It's quite a miracle he is not yet fired at this point. Anyway I liked the episode. I kind of miss the connection between all the girls in the beginning promising each other to make an anime. That main plot seemed very interesting, but in a lot of episodes I don't see any progression whatsoever. I hope they will add this to the current plot asap! |

| This was a pretty great episode, and it brings up some issues that often are debated among fans 2D vs 3D. Plus it has the added bonus of developing the director a bit, sure he's a man-child, but he wants to create the best story that he can, and that is commendable. |

Not only incompetent and unwilling to improve, but also a personality that is selfcentred, inconsiderate and with a slight malicious streak in blaming others. Who also manages to keep his job despite so many wanting it. It makes him more of a villain than a 'realistic' character. Which doesn't fit this anime. Who knows, maybe he'll get his shit together eventually. Until then, he will be the hate sink. |

| Hilarious episode. "I'm going to become a demon!" I'm starting to get an appreciation for some of the characters now. As much as everyone agrees Takahashi is annoying. I find such a character to be useful because such is life. There are some co-workers you just have to put up with. |

| 5/5 A dilemma that is becoming increasingly important as part of the animation but also covers a small part of the end user. Episode from the topic interesting, narratively sound, not too serious, however, and without falling into banality with funny lines but not silly. Not bad plot that moves the prospect albeit slightly away from Miyamori. Takanashi is a funny bastard! LOL Drawings and animations were good. I really like this anime. | Having a colleague like Takanashi is one of the worst things that can happen to you in the workplace. If he doesn't get put into place by management, he's going to bring the production down. I loved the Ichiro Itano reference. I was also pleasantly surprised at the positive outlook on foreign 3D animation expressed by him: It's not a zero-sum game. Both 3D and 2D can combine for the best possible result. |

| Great that they covered future of anime, it's really bad to see more and more badly done CG. I also think that 3D could never deliver the same feel as traditional 2D animation and it would be bad if traditional animes slowly died out in favor of computer generated cookie-cutter clones (like what happened with Disney). It was nice to see what problems they have to resolve when running to the end line. It's all careful planning and compromising on the way and one stumble can be huge problem for everyone. (it's also nice to see some humbleness from P.A.Works with regard to their failed summer Glasslip mess). |

| Takanashi is seriously cracking me up, he's quite the character. "Now you're in the same situation as me (grin)." I can't stop thinking of Ozu's mischievous nature from Tatami Galaxy either since they're by the same seiyuu. It was interesting that this episode touched on the 2D vs 3D debate a bit. As a viewer there are certainly times when 3D shines but I agree with Endou that there's more personality and passion put into the hand drawn style and that it shouldn't go extinct. |

| Hooooly shit I hope they were trying to make Takanashi look, sound, and act as annoying as possible in this series. If they were, then they did a fantastic job because the guy absolutely pisses me off! Surely he can't get away with all of this, something has got to spin around and whack him when he doesn't expect it. |
