| Really cute animation and story; I have hopes for this anime. The characters are quite lovable; even the MC's tsundere-ness the OP and ED are quite catchy imo, and the episode didn't feel like a drag to me, minutes passed quickly. Can't wait for the next ep.! |

| unexpected surprised for me loved it and the animation was really well done Naru is right on the fence of being straight up annoying and to damn adorable so i can't hate the kid not sure the last time i had gotten Usagi Drop vibes from a show it's great~ |

| I watched the episode 1/4 the way thru then I realized that I desperately needed subs lol cannot understand the dialect I'm a sucker for the country stuff this was a great first episode, really gets the feels going |

| Really enjoyable show, just one of those shows you watch that warms your chest and puts a smile on. Lol'd at the ending when the guy was trying to bring some leftovers and saw him laughing like a madman. |

| I shouldn't have watched this at 1 am. Was so tired that I didn't even enjoy it the way I could have if I wasn't half asleep. But even in my half conscious self could realize that this anime is promising. Will watch episode 1 again before the next episode airs. -_- ..zzZZ |

| So, this guy just punches an old man with a cane and throws a small child off a pier. I still haven't decided whether he's a badass with absolutely 0 fucks to give, or just some kind of sociopath. I'd better keep watching so I can find out. |

| Definitely better than I expected. I'm glad the main source of angst was dealt with already and we can now move into more character-driven comedy. Hina also won me over. That was cute. Hope it just gets better from here. Also, the animation and the ED were really nice. I'd probably get by the show with that alone. So yeah, really looking forward to this one. |

| Omg such a great episode. I found this anime by complete accident and I'm so glad I decided to watch it. The beginning was so unique and just too entertaining. Really grabs the audience and pulls them in. I can tell this will be a great anime. Looking forward to this for sure. |

| really cute!!! i love this anime! the naru kid is reaaally cute, good job with the kid seiyuu too. this village-kind of anime is really heartwarming and fun to watch. the comedies are good too, like the punch and the last scene. really interesting show, i cant wait for the next episode. 5/5 |

| I've been hearing nothing but good things about the manga so I've been looking forward to this :) The first episode was very cute and heartwarming, it'll be tough for me to wait for a new episode without checking out the manga. It was fun to see how the little girl was better at apologizing than the grown up MC. Also, the scene at the end makes me wonder if we should worried about our MC, the poor old man looked terrified x) I have to say that the the opening and ending were both very beautiful. |
| That was a really nice start to the series. I watched this on a whim from a comment I'd read and didn't expect to like it so much. Thought it was funny how the guy kept showing up in his house after he'd been kicked out along with the little girl, and also the girl bursting into tears repeatedly at the end. Had a really nice feel when everyone was coming to help him move in. Also yeah the OP and ED were pretty good. I feel like they'll grow on me a lot! |

| So what is so great about this anime ?! It feels average at most At least it is better than the 1st episode of Bokura wa Minna from last season. I might give it another chance and watch episode 2 before I decide to drop it. |
| I argee with the majority here. That was a pretty great first episode. The anime is heart-warming and comfy, so basically my cup of tea. Easily the best anime of the summer season so far. |

| Woah, that was really great. It's like a second Usagi Drop, though, totally different :D I reaaaally love those father/daughter cute relationship or everything that look alike. It have such a sweet and warming feeling. I also really love those tsundere guy character. He remind me a lot of Chiaki from Nodame Cantabile, which is one of my favorite character :3 Naru is really hilarious, sneaking everywhere. In fact, all the villagers look hilarious. | Good episode, hope it doesn't get boring halfway. I like the op and ed song, particularly the ed. I wonder if the Ryo who composed that is the same ryo of supercell. |
