| I went in watching this blind thinking it was going to be a SoL but the R rating for violence should've tipped me off lol. I guess they literally meant war too, and Ranko seemed to know what to expect so glad she went with Nagomi. I also realized why the boss apologized when she had Nagomi take that letter. I'm intrigued so I'll definitely keep watching. |

| fuck mob psycho, csm and spy x family, this is AOTS right here. absolutely bangers and based OP and ED. the first few minutes were enough to tell us what kind of anime this was going to be. i never expected a maid to just killed like that that too by a seemingly complete innocent girl who was for sure forced to do that. that incident and our 35 year old maid are connected. that smol maid is the most maidy-maid you can see, she's exactly how we imagine maids to be in animes. not gonna lie though i like the 35 year old maid more. the way she says those cute lines in a monotone voice is just so hilarious to listen but that's exactly why i like it so much. now that i've finihsed the episode, it was quite fucked up how the chief was sending our main girl alone with that message, that was a certain death bruh. who knew these cutesy maid aren't one bit cute in reality. they managed to make me laugh in every serious scene. when that usagi ears main bitch boss was shot out of nowhere, i was so shocked but then they added that sound effect and blood shooting out like that, i just couldn't help but laugh. then the smol maid singing and the 35 year old maid killing the whole usagi mimi maid gang was so iconic, i was continoulsy laughing at the ridiculousness of the scene and i was also in awe as to how brilliant it was. our MCs first day being a maid didn't even register with her properly. plus she can't even go back home wtf? that 35 year old maid seems like she isn't a bad person and can look after our main girl but still, that was too much for a 17 year girl to go through. her reality of how maids are is completely and utterly broken. this was an excellent episode overall. loved this a lot. very much looking forward to next episode. |

| This leaves an impression someone has a maid killing fetish or something, or is a complete psychopath. I wonder if they'll explain how 40+ dead girls on the streets of Akiba (+gunshots) were covered up somehow. If they don't, then this is a BS violence-porn and nothing else. |

| What the fuck was that. I thought this would be something like Lycoris Recoil. Blood everywhere, dead maid corpses laying on the street of Akihabara, and a 35 year old maid killing bunny maids while doing that idol chanting dance. I feel bad for Nagomi. This is a promising first episode. Gonna keep watching for sure! |

| Well, that was unexpected. I guess I should have noticed the R-17 rating, but... Watching a thirty five year old woman go absolutely John Wick on the denizens of a rival maid cafe while bouncing around to the J-Pop insert song is not something I knew I needed in my life, but, there you go. Every season seems to have at least one unexpected (probably weird) thoroughly entertaining gem. This seems like a likely candidate. |
