We're on every Monday from 5 to 7 pm (GMT), so tune in for a laugh and a chat (a chatroom is avalaible during the show). You can listen live via the radio if you're in the local area (Middlesbrough), or online, and all of our shows are available for download as well, so don't be worried if you miss the show.
