same amount of ecchi, girls with huge breasts xD, fighting with magic/superpowers... 

Both have lot of ecchi and funny scenes.In both series main character by some weird circumstances is dragged in extraordinary fight. Both protagonists are surrounded by beautiful girls with supernatural powers. 

sekirei and highschool dxd are very captivating action animes with lots of action and great story lines. Both are of the action, harem, comedy genres and if you don't mind the boobs in one you won't mind them in the other. 

Though the story is not similar no demons but as for the story is a very enjoyable one Differences its has a good plot but with more ecchi scence then high school DxD. the main character is not as worthy as the one in high school DxD to be loved by the girls at least in high school DxD he tries over really good show from most ecchi/harem shows worth the watch do drop a message if you liked this recommendation :)  

Similarities: - Great ammount of fanservice; - Both include fights (mostly between girls in Sekirei, though); - The main character views himself as a weak person and doesn't want anyone to get hurt because of that (in both animes); - Even though both anime have lots of ecchi momments, they are able to balance them with a decent plot; - Supernatural powers. 

Both share a good plot along with harem/ecchi genre 

Both series got the same concept of master/servant relationships, in which the typical average male main character gets dragged into a "new reality" and begins to be surrounded by beautiful girls. These series also involve supernatural fights and a lot of fanservice.  

Same harem type, same strong bonds between characters. Its just that the main guy character of Sekirei is the sort of like not the one who is under control of someone, unlike HighSchoolDxD. Plus, romance feels floats around in both series. Both are worth the watch.

Both of these have extreme amounts of "plot" that really earn the ecchi title, yet they aren't just boob-fests. They both have real story to back them up, and while you may be a little let down since Sekirei was cut short, you can take pleasure in knowing High-School DxD already has three full seasons and will be coming out with another soon. 

It was really simillar anime. when they were fighting in battle the clothes rip off. And the MC has the girls surrounding him. 

Harem animes often tend to fall into the comedy category, and these two are certainly no exception to that rule. However while harems such as Love Hina are certainly charming in their own way, this genre of 'battle harems' is definitely where it's at. A plot carrying the story with lots of action, along lovable and occasionally relatable characters thrown in really makes it feel like more of a journey and less like you're watching a fanservice anime. 

Both have a harem, lots and lots of fan service (trust me), and have a pretty good plot. You will not be disappointed with either one of these.

In Sekirei, the kiss is the "contract" and the power boost, while in DAL, the kiss is the power seal 

In essence, both series involves a normal main male protagonist who gets caught up with a not-so-normal girl. That girl has superhuman powers but at the same time naive about the world around her. In both series, there's other girls who seems to be interested in the main guy thus causing drama and stirs up misunderstandings. There's also action, drama, comedy, and ecchi. Both series' main male protagonist also have similar personalities as they put others' will being above their own. 

Both have a harem of girls with superpowers. And in both anime there is a guy that has to kiss those girls to add them to his harem. 

A kind but initially unpopular male lead befriends powerful supernatural girls, causing him to get caught up in plenty of ecchi and harem situations. 

normal guy is saving girls by kissing them to seal/give power to them and he has to deal with living with them after said kiss making life more difficult. 

One guy with many girls... though something very unique from the girl's side. The main male character has suddenly caught up in a situation where they saw a girl with unique abilities. A male character mostly "kissed" them where a supernatural phenomenon occurs, and will follow their partner wherever they go. Date A Live, is followed by a boy in high school, where the girls have a destructive nature around the planet. When kissed, their powers were sealed inside of them. Sekirei follows a college student, who found the girls in a competition around the city. When kissed they are "winged" and joining the competition. 

Both are part of the harem genre and pretty much all the girls have super powers. However, Date a Live's main character requires the girls to fall in love with him while Sekirei's main character just makes them fall in love with him naturally.

SIMILARITIES: *They both revolve around a race of mysterious female aliens (Sekirei/Spirits) who are scorned by society in one way or another. *The male lead (Minato/Shido) is really awkward with girls and can add the aliens to his harem using a kiss. *The main heroine (Musubi/Tohka) is very strong, eats a lot and is generally not very bright but at times surprisingly insightful. *The main villain (Minaka/Isaac) is a white-haired sociopath who runs a shady corporation and frequently screws with the aliens for his own twisted amusement. *The second alien to be added is a little girl (Kusano/Yoshino). *They're both lighthearted comedies for the most part but are also very serious at times. *Some of the same voice actors e.g. Musubi and Kurumi are voiced by Alexis Tipton, Kusano and Yoshino are voiced by Tia Ballard and Benitsubasa and Ellen are voiced by both Shizuka Ito and Trina Nishimura. DIFFERENCES: *Minato's kiss awakens a Sekirei's true power, while Shido's kiss seals a Spirit's power to keep it from going out of control. *Shido gets progressively stronger over the series, while Minato never gets any stronger and instead relies on his brains. *Minaka is in the series from the beginning and is quite comedic and wacky, while Isaac doesn't make his first appearance until season 2 and is taken completely seriously. Trashy harem with girls who have supernatural powers, and the MC has to kiss them to do something about those powers. 

In both shows, the main character which is a man has to win over the hearth ot a lady(ies) in order to become stronger. While in sekirei the main character tries to survive, in date a live, he tries to save a girl, and the world with it 

Very similar harem shows that involve the protagonist kissing different people to awaken/seal their supernatural powers. Also similar is the main cast of characters, most of them really likeable, with all of the standard harem tropes covered. 

So Basically its a harem show that have government 3rd parties. 

similarities: sekirei- pandora ashikabi- limiter both have action that can enjoy the viewer, specially the harem fan :) 

Story is about strong fighting girls with a male partner that makes them more powerful. Similar fighting scenes of clothes being torn apart leading to tons of fans service and ecchi scenes. Also both actually have pretty good plot and storylines. 

Both anime are action-packed and have proportional fanservice :D 

Both are strong female characters who fight each other and boobs. Sekirei is lighter and funnier where Freezing is more serious. 

Guy fights along a strong girl and he's in some kind of pact with her, but I think Sekirei had more funny moments and more Ecchi. Overall l liked both series i hope there going to be a 3rd season to Sekirei and a 2nd one for Freezing 

Both protagonist have made a contract to the heroine to fight with their side, and both male has the strong determination to help their contractee .. In sekirei, he only has more contracts made than freezing..both good action and harem!

Super powered ladies make up a large chunk of both of the show's casts. They also have to partner with (mostly) male characters to unleash their full power. The main male characters in both of the series are also timid quiet characters that let the girls do most of the fighting while providing support from behind them. 

Weak male MCs are making a pact with the strong female MCs who are fighting in their stead . After kissing the female MCs are gaining more strength than they have already. 

Similar relationships with men and women in fights. Magical powers in both. Both have ecchi/harem combo. Ripping off clothes in both whenever there's a fight. Freezing is more serious and violent, and Sekirei is more focused on funny/pandering fanservice. With two seasons, they can count as 24 episodes each minus specials. (If you count them, Freezing has more.) 

Female Protagonist. Lots of fun action and bits of romance here and there 

In both series, the Male protagonist fight alongside his Female Partner in a Battle to Survive, the difference is that in Sekirei they fight each other to Survive and in Freezing they fight against a different group known as Nova. In terms of Harem, Sekirei has more Harem than Freezing, but Action is very good and nerve-racking in both of them. Sekirei is more towards magic and Freezing is towards Sci-fi, and in terms of Comedy both will surely make you laugh but their will be tension too among the characters. So if you like one then you may like the other one too. That's it guys.  read more 

Both anime have a similar storyline, its about a guy who one day comes in contact with the super natural and ends up falling in love with one of the other characters he meets and then he ends up making several women fall in love with. Both anime are romance-comedy and i highly recomend both  

Both involve a weak human being protected by a harem of girls that love him who have supernatural powers defending him against others of they're kind. 

Both of them got a couple of girls atracted by a boy and fight each other to get him(I don't mean real fight to the death...using sex apeal or something like this). 

Well, both series has a few similarities indeed. First, both series has a lots of girl. If you are a harem lover than this may fit your taste. Secondly, the main male protagonist in both series is some sort of a loser guy that has a lot of potential. Thirdly, both series has almost the same kind of enjoyment atmosphere (if you like this series).  

Pretty similar, not exact. This was the second Anime that I watched after Rosario+Vampire;and I quite enjoyed it. 

Both have supernatural females figring to protect main character. Both are ecchi. Rosario to Vampire is more mythological while Sekirei is more superpower. 

I found out about Sekirei from watching Rosario and having it pop up in my "Like Rosario to Vampire" section. I did not personally like Sekirei, but this isnt a review, its a recommendation. This has planty of fan-service and harem just like Rosario. So if you want bewbs, explosions ans ultimately more bewbs, watch Sekirei

Both harem shows are similar in nature with their characters, revolving around the easy going (although more serious in Rosario) MC and supernatural girls. Both shows also have relatively high amounts of unknowingly (i.e., girls aren't going kyaa all the time) fanservice in them 

Same plot. Servants fighting each other, but Fate/Stay Night doesn't have the ecchi stuff in it. 

Same deal with people fighting to reach a supreme goal. 

Both are very similar because of the "game" the characters are forced into : there's a war in the city, and the masters[fsn] / ashikabis[sekirei] fight with their servants[fsn] / sekireis for the title of strongest. Then again, lots of similarities if you pay attention: both main characters are worried about their woman and dont want to let em fight or cry about not being able to help them etc. Servants however are not all women with oversized boobs! Fate stay night doesn't rely on the fan service, as it's a serious anime with a deep setting and storyline : less echi, more action, beautiful effects... I recommend it for those who liked the idea of a battle royale in the city! read more 

its the same: It's a war (competition) with a master and warlike (one or more) which makes a team and which fights of another teams. But it's more funny and ecchi ;) 

In sekirei plot stories you will find out that it has similarity with fate stay night.The only differences is in Fate Stay Night master can only have 1 servant but in Sekirei the master can have as many servant they want and in sekirei you will find the female character have voluptuous body and bouncing boobs(echi..)

Both are similar, Girl to Girl Combat (Fighting). Girls are Fighting the other team, alll Girls have different kind of abilities to Fight. It also has some Ecchi Bits which alot of you guys might like. The only Difference is that in Sekirei the girls need a Ashikabi (contractor) while in Kampfer they need to be chosen by the Moderators (more like god type person). 

Both are set during battle tournaments were super-powered girls wearing impractical outfits routinely beat each other up. Fanservice ensues. Sekirei is the more explicit of the two, but it also has a better balance between fanservice and fighting. Kampfer is mostly fanservice. 

Both have sexy girls that fight in a tournament and have special powers. 

Both animes have plenty of fan service and deal with girls with some awesome powers. If you're looking to watch some pretty girls fighting around town, then Kampfer and Sekirei are perfect.

Both anime is focus on a young male living a normal life and one day abnomal phenomenon occur. And before they know it they're surrounded with females that love and care for them deeply. 

Male leads have a type of master/slave thing going on with the super-women of their respective show. They eventually form more of a bond and start having a friendlier and friendlier relationship. 

Very similar story, powerful girls in love with a guy, unlike sekerei the guy is pretty powerful in reference to he can fight with the girls, similar to sekirei becuase the girls have to kiss him to increase in powerr, both shows being ecchi, involve kissing for power ups 

Although, it takes within a different setting, both of these series involves the main character surrounded by various girls in some action packed (with some ecchi) scenes. The male protagonist also uses a "kiss" in both series to enhance the powers of these girls in combat. Despite the fan-service, there is a darker atmosphere surrounding both series and the plot does deepens as the episodes progresses. Expect fighting, action, comedy, drama, and ecchi. 

One male created a harem of girls who fight for him and to power up the female warriors both male characters need to kiss the female character and both female character has a mark on them 

Both are ecchi and in both animes, the protagonist kisses the girls to give them power.. 

Both are harem/ecchi/battle animes that revolve around a male who gets females to follow him and also fall in love with him. Also, in both, the females that surround the male have incredible battle strength. They both have good artwork, and both have a lot of focus on the ecchi-ness and fan service (which, if you liked Samurai Girls, is something you enjoy). If you enjoyed Samurai Girls, you will see an alarming amount of similarities between these two animes 

In Sekirei, lots of big boobed girls all gather around one guy and must make physical contact in order to use their hidden strengths, just like in Hyakka Ryouran where the main character has to kiss a female to transform them into a master samurai. As you can tell, this is almost exactly like Sekirei. There is also a lot of sword action in Hyakka Ryouran as you can tell by the name "Samurai Girls".

Both are fan service based action/martial arts series. However Ikkitousen is service packed. Both are pretty good watches though

The main girl in both series are also clueless about a lot of things but having good skills in the art of combat.  

Both anime have the not so awesome male lead character that for some reason is surrounded by powerful gorgeous female characters daily. Both involve martial arts and fighting to a high extent and often times the male lead is portrayed as the weaker of the sexes. Both anime are full of comedy and romance scenes, as well as loads of action fighting scenes. Both are really good anime!

Girls fighting for a guy they all love. Cute concept, and strong girls are awesome. Similar flavours and such, both are great 

1. Both contains talentless protagonist. 2. Is surrounded with talented girls-each loves the protagonist. 3. Both are rondom and ecchi(sekirei contains nudes). 4. You will like one if you have watched the other first.  

Both feature girls with various superpowers. In both series, a group of them gather around the protagonist and together they fight against other girls and a powerful organisation. However, Gokukoku no Brynhildr is more serious and has less fanservice. And its protagonist is much more capable than the useless wimp from Sekirei. 

The main guy ends up with multiple girls who have different abilities. The girls are also both a form of secret plans which are run by ambitious people. 

They have both good stories.Good romance and a lot of OPPAI :D I would tottaly reccomend both to watch.worth it. Both Sekirei And Gokukoku no Brynhlidr are few woman group fighting each other forcefully

characters are very alike in both animes, even their fighting styles. both have the same story line ie, guy having girl as a fighting partner

Both have mysterious people with powers, follower and master setup, making a pact of some sort, and some organization trying to corner the whole battle and the world or something like that. Both have a similar feel to them 

Could Campione! be Sekirei's long lost twin? Both of these series show many similarities. When I was watching Campione!, Sekirei was the first thing that popped into my head. The main protagonists are very similar. They both have a younger sister that is involved in the series. They both care for the girls around them and are willing to put their lives on the line for them. Another huge similarity between Campione! and Sekirei is that the characters gain power through kissing. If you liked one of these shows you would most definitely like the other.  

First off these are both amazing! They are action packed plus they have harem and romance. Sekirei has also echii for all you boob jiggling lovers out there (like my self). The characters go straight to the kissing cus fuck the wait! (Like most anime that take like almost a whole season!) the main guys are not little bitches like most guys that faint of pass out from having their periods from their nose. They grab their bitches and treat them like they should! Over all these are both anime you should watch or you can be a hoe and go to another anime.

Instead of a materialized guardian, Sekerei's girls have powers themselves. Sekirei has a lot more fanservice though so unless thats a problem, check it out

In both animes are fighting creatures, not really humans. They have to find a partner who is able to grow their powers. The winner is going to get some big reward, but first she have to eliminate others.

Generic harem + girls with special power and oversized boobs + fanservice 

lots of fanservice and pretty girls fightning each other, although maken-ki is not a good anime that is actually worth watching, unless you're searching for an anime with lots of pantyshots and oppai 

The beginning of both episodes is basically the same. Both start out with a teen kid that meets a magical girl (or goddess). They get kicked out of their apartment because its "no girls allowed" and are forced to look for a new place to live. The Magic girl (or goddess) in both shows saves the day by using her powers to find a place to live. At the same time the main character starts to show signs of love for the girl. Sekirei also has elements from other popular shows tossed in, for example Fate/Stay Night and Elfen Lied. So the show is not entirely about love and romance, there is action and fighting. read more 

The 2 actually have a lot in common - the first episode of Sekirei has the same plot as the first 2 episodes of Ah! My Goddess, Musubi has a very similar personality to Belldandy, both have the main love interest(s) have superpowers, and both have at least some harem elements (Sekirei has more than Ah! My Goddess, obviously), just to name a few things the two have in common. However, Sekirei has fight scenes, whereas Ah! My Goddess does not; also, it's debatable if Skuld and Urd have feelings for Keiichi, whereas it's obvious that the rest of Minato's Sekirei have feelings for him. 

Both anime feature a survival game and fanservice. The amount of fanservice however, is completely different in the two anime. xD 

These animes are different but similar. First the most noticeable similarity are they are both battle royales. Even though Sekirei is a ecchi, harem, and more romance like feel they both have romace. In both series the contestants often fight with someone rather it's a partner or a group of underlings. If ecchi/harem isn't your most hated genre then give Sekirei a try if you liked Mirai Nikki or at least liked it's battle royale. 

Beautiful busty female characters, martial arts, and supernatural powers 

Both are about fights and love :). Impressive fights and also " fan service" is everywhere :D 

Both have inhuman girls with gigantic bazookas who choose a random boy as their "master," and upon imprinting grow misty-eyed and kiss the helpless male protagonist. Said inhuman girls insist they stay at the home of their "master", and said masters don't know what to do with themselves. Sekirei has more ecchi than DearS, and has a better storyline - however DearS is a lot more cute and colorful. 

Both harems both have girls who aren’t human both have girls who serve a guy/have the guy a their master both funny and witty both have the guy who doesn’t want to be with them both have girls who try to sleep with the guy  

In sekirei the main character will kiss the heroine to have a full power. In this anime also so. In sekirei and Kami nomi, they must Collect some heroine for the ultimate showdown 

Theres nothing similiar there pratically the same show you'll see if you watch both shows they are super similiar

Similar in that both series, the main character uses girls much more powerful than him to help achieve goals. And of cause, in both the girls are smitten with the boy, and the boy is clueless...its great! 

Both shows happen to star a student who one day has a woman who is similar to Belldandy from Ah! My Goddess enter his life. Both shows also have an overall similar vibe (well, Sekirei has the vibe when it's not facing combat), and I find both shows to be extremely enjoyable. 

Though the genres are way far apart, the concept of fighters are the same. In Loveless, you have Sentouki, which do the fighting in battles. You also have Sacrifices, who take the damaged done to the Sentouki. In Sekirei, the concept is the same, but switched. The Sekirei do the fighting, while the Ashikabi just sit there and watch. I recommend to anyone who likes this concept of fighter/master genres. Though, Loveless is a Shounen Ai genre and Sekirei is extremely Ecchi.  

Konjiki no Gash Bell!! or better known as Zatchbell, is also about humans allying with "dolls?" fighting to be the single one left, same as Sekirei. Difference is Sekirei can have more than 1 comapnion per human, Sekirei seems to be much shorter and Sekirei is much more ecchi than Zatchbell. Art is better too, although plot may lose to Zatchbell.

Similarities: - Both are "Panty Fighters" with high amounts of fanservice - The lead female character is a very skilled fighter - Both involve a competition - Both have at least 1 apparent death scene - Both have a grand prize for winning the competition - The main protagonists of both are entered against their will - The losers of fights are taken away by the organizations in charge of the competitions Differences: - Sekirei is also a harem anime; Platonic Heart is not - The main character of Sekirei is male; the main character of Platonic Heart is female - The ending of Sekirei (the first season, anyway - I have yet to see the second one) makes sense; the ending of Platonic Heart does not - Platonic Heart fails to deconstruct the Panty Fighter genre (while simultaneously being guilty of many of the things it's trying to make fun of); Sekirei doesn't attempt to deconstruct anything - The main female character of Sekirei is skilled because she has super powers; the main character of Platonic Heart is skilled because her mother taught her how to fight - Sekirei has a good ending (in the sense of how it's executed, and the quality), while Platonic Heart has a bad one (the only good thing about Platonic Heart's ending is that it's the last part of the anime) - The fights in Sekirei have more intense fighting, whereas the fights in Platonic Hearts have more fanservice (although the fights in Sekirei do have a good amount of fanservice) - The fights in Platonic Heart have a bloodier ending (with one exception); the fights in Sekirei aren't as bloody - One of the characters in Sekirei comes back to life after dying; all the deaths in Platonic Heart are fake - Most of the things that Platonic Heart does wrong are done right in Sekirei read more 

Both are a boob anime; with much fanservice. Both series have a lot of sexy women with big boobs (Sekirei is a harem, while Queen's Blade ONLY has female characters). Also, both anime share a similar concept: some kind of tournament for females...so in both anime women fight each other while mostly just their clothes are ripped off when they take a beating.
