I picked the series probably because it's a manhwa ( I'm a fan of it) and cuz of it's title 'Dear Diary' (I have a diary of my own) - well, I thought it has something to do with it but it's not the case. let go and binding you to not accept a new love. Jealousy of a friend, unsure of the path you'll walk on and realizing important things when it's gone. Oh well, You can say that it had an amount of sadness, I know we don't want that, but that makes the manhwa good because it really happens in life. I must admit that I'm no fan of such, but once in a while, it's good to read them. Who knows, we can get a good lesson from them and can find some solutions to some of our own problems.
ART - as I've always said, art is something that I'll look forward to. It has a nice art. So, I can say no more of course. I'm weak against them. :) * I wish I could draw like those manhwa/manga artist*
CHARACTER - I had nothing against with them.
Yunji - at first I thought she would be a real bitch but it turns out she's not.
Soyule - I sympathize with her because of what she's going through.
Wonjin - hhaha a mama's boy but not in a bad way. I like him.
Bichan - hmmm.. well, I just felt bad that he wasn't true with his feelings & use someone else's to divert his own.
Hyobi - I empathize with her. You know, how you can not voice your thoughts and just go along with what they told you. You can not even be exactly what you want to be.
their respective parents - I understand them but at least they should try to understand their childrens more.
ENJOYMENT
I'm not actually picky with what I read as long as I enjoy it and keeps me entertained. There's nothing more enjoyable than having a good plot, nice art and a snacks on your side hahah..
OVERALL
Personally, I like the premise because it has the elements that you can relate to. However, if you're looking for a full romance thread in here and you know, a 'happily ever after ending' , I say that you'll be a little dishearten but then again if you really read through the end you'll be happy enough I guess. I know every one of us has its own preferred genre nevertheless, it's worth your time.

The story tackles about your dreams, making your way, yourself, love & friendship etc... And I'll tell you honestly, this is the first time that the story of a manga sinks deep down in me. I was touched & moved that most of the time I need to pause my reading to wipe some tears that starting to show off.. I mean I can identify myself with the story & characters. The feeling of isolation, thinking what you really wanted in life & losing your dreams & finding it, & knowing that you are not alone.. This is one of the few plots where there

is depth. It's like saying that we are just like a stray cats that has nowhere to go unless our heart finds it.. ^^
Art was something I also look forward too. Everything was nice. Clean lines, the details was there, nice shading, general proportion & measurements of figures was ok. Its plain gorgeous. So, I can say no more on this matter..
I love all the characters even the so-called-villains. It was an unsual of me that I didn't have anyone to hate for ( a big surprise ) well, I don't consider them as that, maybe just some hindrances cuz somehow I can understand their feelings. hmm.. probably my favorite was Rei , it's all because he help Keito the most to gradually recover from her depression & he has a great love for her.. Oh, I'm not saying that Kouichi was a bad choice. Its just that I like Rei. He even help Keito & Kouichi to be together. I believe now, "Love is sacrifice".. ^^ even so, they are all lovable.. ^^
I pretty much enjoy everything in this manga, from the great plot, characters & art.. I got excited that I wanted to finish reading in one sitting ( can't do cuz of works).. & You'll have this mixed emotion & makes you think " what you really wanted in your life?" "giving up or chase after them?".. O.o.. One more good thing about this is that, it has few characters that can be easily remembered with a person like me who had a short memory haha.. XD
Overall, I must say that the concept of the manga was a masterpiece. Just like in making food, you need seasonings & ingredients in order to make a delicious one. what I'm trying to say is that, Cat Street have all the good qualities to be a great manga & will capture your heart.. Sure thing, you'll learn a lot of things from this manga. It's really a great read & worth your time.. Pick it up.. You don't regret it, promise..!! ^o^

holy crap..! when im reading this i was so excited and i even got chills!!! Its one of the longest series ive read so far (POT 379 these two were my all time favourite sports manga/anime), & honestly, it never bored me... they were totally awesome and theres a part that i almost cried!!! (what?) no, what i mean is i cried from laughing b'cuz of Sakuragi stupidness & cute boastfullness..LoLz.. this is the best ever.. I mean this is my best anime/manga & my favorite.. I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS.. from the story line,characters, oh everything.. though Im not a basketball

fan but through this Ive learned more about basketball.. the line art was awesome & the story were so cool.. oh man, Sakuragi is so funny & hilarious all the time & certainly hes my favorite character in this anime/manga i mean of all the characters.. hes my number 1..!! he really makes me laugh...I really love this.. Yeah.. SLAMDUNK IS GREAT.. it REALLY ROCKS.. \m/ \m/ \m/.. Sakuragi is absolutely a tensai.. but an idiot tensai...Lolz.. still he's the best..hahaha.. ill give this one a 10/10 its all becuz I LOVE SAKURAGI that much.

i gave a 10/10 because i really really love the plot, characters, the artwork & everything in this series. Its really a great series & it was my 2nd best so far though im not a sporty person & didnt know 'bout tennis at all. but, through this, i have this feeling that i wanted to learn playing this kind of sport & apply those techniques.. hahaha.. but really, this is a great series.. im done with the manga & im still waiting/searching for the tournament finals in anime.. hope to find it soon.. ^_^

This manhwa is another work of Hwang Mi Ri & have 39 chapter & each chapter has 35 pages..
The story is not a least bit unique & can predict what was gonna happen next. Particularly the 'gang' theme is overly used, but I guess its the trademark of the manhwaga since Hot Blooded Woman is also the other work of Hwang Mi Ri.. Boys like to fight, a naive girl & some hidden agenda but it work out in the end & it ends well. So its not a surprised if there's some similarities within the two manhwa's.
What makes me interested in

Hwang Mi Ri's work, probably the art. I love the manhwa style of art.. The artist uses clean lines, amazing details, the expressions, the backgrounds & the overall outlook of the characters was just too good..
Characters is another thing for me to be interested in a manhwa/manga.. personally, i like all the characters here even the villains.. Uhmm, well, i didnt consider them as villains but rather a troublesome characters maybe cuz they are not that 'evil' as I usually seen in other manga's.. Basically, for me, the characters here are all likeable.. ^_^
I really enjoy this.. !! so I don't really mind any lacking part or the bad points of this series have as long as it doesn't change the fact that it sustains my interest & I keep on laughing throughout the series.. One of my top list is all I have to say..!!
Overall, its a great read & worth reading..!! So if you love the bullying/hate/love/gang theme, its worth a try.. ^^
