Mixed Feelings
I honestly don't understand the hype around this anime. I was a lot more forgiving with part 1 thinking part 2 and season 2 will expand the story properly. Part 1 did its job introducing the main story and the important characters, and honestly it focused on the main story more than I anticipated.

Part 2 on the other hand, we barely get anything in these 13 episodes. Somehow after setting up the scene in part 1, warming us up for the story to move forward and getting to know the characters even more, we get boring episodes that barely move things forward.

If you're into slice ...

Amazing show so far. These 12 episodes only adapt 45 of the 270 chapters so there's still a lot to come. This excuses some of the issues with the anime, like the story focusing a bit too much on the mc and not elaborating on the universe itself, like where did the portals come from?

The artstyle and animations are great, my eyes were glued to the screen during fighting scenes, it's also very graphic. The characters are a bit lacking, as I already mentioned the story focuses too much on the mc and we barely see anything of the side characters besides an introduction.

Spy x Family (Anime) add
Good casual watch, there's really not much to say about the series so far. Having this anime cut into different seasons/part 2 with different MAL pages makes it a bit awkward to write review for. These 12 episodes are really just the beginning and for that reason it's hard to judge the story or the characters, their development is still far from done.

With that being said, both the story and the characters seem fine. The story starts off with serious introduction but there's barely any twists or developments to it with just 12 episodes in. The characters are not really deep yet but still very ...

After the series and the 1st movie, this is an odd one out. Not necessarily in a bad way, but it sets an unrealistic expectation. It's pretty much like any other storyline in the series or the 1st movie, but there's much less happening, not many twists. It's easier to treat this movie as slice of life, this way it's really pleasant and a good extension to the story told so far.

Just like in the previous realeases the characters are mostly well written, there's development for the characters that the movie focuses on.

If you're interested in the series/1st movie you should watch it, but don't ...

Compliments the series really well, in my opinion it even surpasses it. Doesn't really differ from the series, this could've easily been an extension of the anime if it was chopped up into ~4 episodes. However this storyline is even better than the ones in the series and focuses more on romance which was lacking from the series a bit.

Just like in the series, the characters are very much alive, they're very well written and this movie pushes these characters even further.

The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 is the ending. I explain it below with light spoilers.

The story is amazing, each storyline is at the very least enjoyable, the only issue is the pacing. The whole series revolves around the puberty-syndrome and the mc helping to "cure" others and himself. Each storyline is about each character's symptoms, problem is that these come one after another, it's all linear and the series is in a loop of "conflict -> solution -> conflict -> solution" etc. It feels like one of those TV series where each episode is a unique storyline with little to no overlap with other episodes, like any general medical drama for example. Of course these storylines usually take 2-3 ...

Enjoyable as you watch it, but has flaws that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The start was really good, but kinda fell off from the midpoint. At first you can't really tell if it's a serious anime or not, but after the first few episodes it's definitely on the serious side.

The story isn't really unique, but its execution definitely is (for better or worse). The characters are well written despite the clichés, but there's close to no character development on anyone's end which is one of the main issues. It comes off weird when the story itself touches on very serious topics and ...

Gamers! (Anime) add
Just bad, really bad. The start was kinda good and even promising, it had potential for sure. I'd say the first 3 episodes were good, then it went downhill exponentially. Also, don't watch if you got interested by the name, this show has close to nothing to do with gaming, it's more like a tool to try making the conversations/storylines less boring, but even at that it failed. Also, it's more like 11 episodes + 1 OVA, 11th episode is the real ending.

After the 3rd episode, the whole story was about misunderstandings getting out of hand and turning into a crazy love polygon. Honestly that's ...

The slice of life kind of storytelling was okayish at best, but the ending was horrible, or at least feels unfinished, I elaborate down below, at the very bottom, but with spoilers.

The characters were written well, except for the mc, so I was expecting more from the anime. But that's the only positive thing I have to say. The story itself was driven by pure stupidity half the time which is a shame. I understand that the story needs *something* because of the slice of life nature, but this is not it.

The art was okay at best, fits this bad anime if you ask me.

True 10, must watch if you love drama. Not what I expected but hell, I'm so happy with what I got. The story is, while not very unique because of the genre/setting, really delivers and it's not really predictable either.

And oh my god, the art is just amazing both the visuals and the music. I usually don't care about either of these, but it was just so good I couldn't look past all that. Literally made me interested in classical music and piano, which is monstly thanks to how the anime helped interpret some of the less obvious parts to the viewers who don't know ...
