At first two diclaimers: I am not a fan of 3D-CGI-animated series. And I didn't play the game Ingress, so I have no knowledge of the story in there.
Story (6/10):
World conspiracy is a theme that is used quite often in anime lately, so the story is nothing special. Some plotholes are there, but in general it's done quite fine. The last two episodes are a bit over the top, and I didn't like the end at all, but that's just my opinion. The plot twists were predictable, at least if you understood what's going on. Even the post-credit-scene in the last episode was no surprise...

Maybe that's because I am already fed up with "hey, let's save the world all together"-plots.
Art (5/10):
Yeah, it's 3D-CGI. That means badly drawn figures and movements, but also really nice backgrounds and landscapes, and well-animated action scenes. I don't like it, but it did quite well in this department.
Soundtrack (6/10):
Music is there, the opening and ending songs are both listenable, and the sound effects are fitting to the story.
Character (4/10):
The worst point of this anime. In my opinion only Jack's characterization was done well, both Sarah and Makoto lack of backstory and motives. Well, it may have been kept unknown a bit to still be able to reveal something new in a possible second season, but even with this assumption it's not enough. And the enemies were quite flat, only focusing on their own wellbeing. Megalomaniacs, as always...
Enjoyment (8/10):
This is the point where the anime did best: the suspense and action was good enough to keep me watching and wanting for the story to unfold. Mystery, Sci-Fi and a bit of drama always are a good combination for me to enjoy something.
Overall (6/10):
If you're a fan of mystery and crime, combined with "saving the world", this is something for you. If you can cope with the 3D-CGI-animation and the mediocre plot and characters, I'm sure that you will have some fun with this series. It's interesting, suspenseful and a bit confusing sometimes. I'd like to see more of it. And as it's labeled as "to be continued", I'm quite sure that we will see more of it sooner or later.

Note: I had to watch the movie German-dubbed in the cinema after watching both seasons with German subs, so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the movie because the dub was not really nice in my opinion...
Story (6/10)
The movie looks to have been done so that also watchers who didn't watch the anime could enjoy it, but that makes it quite "flat" story-wise. There is nothing new and special for all who watched the two seasons, and there's no additional thrill or any unforeseeable plot twist. That's understandable but sad.
The story would definitely not fit for an OVA, but this movie has quite many

lengths. Mostly in the first half, nothing really happens and only the characters and the setting get explained a bit. The second half was nice as soon as the fights started. The storyline is a little bit random, involving "Sky Winged ones" and a demon fight almost not related to the TV series at all.
Also, it's not clear at which point of the anime story the movie is placed. It has to be at least after the middle of season 2 because of the involvement of all sins, but the overall setting was too peaceful to be set somewhen during season 2?
Art (9/10)
The same as in the anime series. Quite many additional landscape shots that were visually stunning but unnecessary storywise, but that's fine for a cinema movie.
Sound (9/10)
Was also the same as in the anime series, I liked it very much. The ending song was also quite good.
Character (6/10)
The characters are the same main characters from the anime. There is no progress in characterization, and just some small explanations of the already known abilities of the Seven Deadly Sins. The only additional thing we get is a small hint at Elizabeth's abilities and strength (which has also somehow been teasered at the end of season 2 already). And a new special move for defeating enemies. That's okay, but nothing more.
Enjoyment (7/10)
The movie was fun, Hawk did very interesting and funny things and the fights were nice, too. Overall, the humor was the best thing of the movie aside from the visuals. The dialogues seemed fine as far as I could tell because of the problems I had with the dubbing. Sadly there was no additional fanservice.
Overall (7/10)
I am not sure why this movie was made. For newbies to Seven Deadly Sins it gives more questions than answers (maybe they want to lure them into watching the rest?), and for all who have seen both seasons there is nothing new. It's fun, and the story was okay, nothing more. I gave the movie a 6,5/10 overall, which is a 7/10 here on MAL. (for better comparison: I gave season 1 a 9,5/10 and season 2 an 8,5/10)
If you like Seven Deadly Sins, you can watch the movie, but it's not really necessary. If you haven't seen the anime series yet, better watch it first.

This is my first review, so please don't kill me for any mistakes... ;)
Interesting that a quite niche-anime like Mutafukaz gets a two-days cinema screening in Germany thanks to Peppermint. There were just around 20 people in the movie when I was watching it, so financially it may not have been that good for the cinema. Still for me it was worth it.
Story (3/10):
For me, the only bad thing about the movie was the story. Without doing any spoilers, it's just senseless and hilarious, especially in the second half of the movie. It fits to the movie in general, but some things just happen randomly
...
and you think "why the hell is this part of the movie?" or "what's going on here? that doesn't make sense". It's just hangling around from joke to joke without a proper point to reach at first, and everything is happening too fast to think about it some more. Well, the movie doesn't take itself too serious, so it's okay, but I didn't like it. The comical absurdity made me give it 3 points for story, otherwise a 2 or 1 would not have been far away...
Art (7/10):
The source material for the movie is a French comic strip, so don't expect an Asian art style here at all. Everyhing looks like a mixture between European and American culture (it plays in America somehow, so that's fine). It doesn't feel like an anime, more like a normal European animation movie. The animation is well-done and there are so much details in the pictures that you won't be able to get all at your first watch for sure.
Sound (9/10):
A cultural mixture of French hip-hop and house, and Latin music (for example Reggaeton). For me the best song was the Reggaeton song running during the credits. The songs perfectly fit to the background, but are completely different from most anime soundtracks. You may be disappointed if you like the pop/rock/metal-oriented soundtracks of Japanese anime movies.
Character (7/10):
Most characters in this movie didn't really make sense or were just hilariously exaggerated (clichès / stereotypes ahead!), which absolutely makes sense concerning the story. The two main characters are the only ones acting fairly normal. Sadly only one of the two gets a real characterization, while the second one acts more as a sidekick that stumbled into the whole thing by accident. Does he even have motives? We don't know...
In addition to that, it's not explained why some of the protagonists look as they look. This may be some reference, too, but I didn't get it then.
Enjoyment (9/10):
I was just laughing all the time (except for the parts where I was thinking "what the hell is going on here?"). The movie features lots and lots of Western cultural references. The humour of this movie is REALLY black. They don't fear to mock about anything: brand names, conspiracy theories, people, politics and many more. This is why the movie was so enjoyable for me, and I'm sure I didn't find all the hints and references at first watch. Some senseless stuff made me sigh because I didn't find it funny, but the rest was really worth it.
Overall: 6/10
Well, I'm sad that the story was not really fitting for me. The rest was very good and I would have given an 8/10, but this more or less patched story doesn't allow it. I gave a 6/10 because the movie overall is exactly what this number means: "nice".
I recommend tha movie to everybody from a Western audience who wants to laugh about cultural jokes. I fear many Asian viewers or people who like anime may be disappointed when watching it.
