Soul eater is a masterpiece. But two characters really made it so good. Crona Gorgon and Maka Albarn. Most characters were enjoyable, sure. But without them? I would only give this a 7. Their arcs, their personalitys, EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS SO WELL DONE. Crona's backstory is a tearjerker, and their friendship with Maka is so good...I love soul eater. If you like dark shit with comedy shoved into a blender into a black blooded soul smoothie, read it. The artstyle is beautiful, the story is beautiful, and the comedy actually makes me chuckle. Only chainsaw man has ever succeeded at that nowadays. The characters
