I try to be as objective as possible when it comes to my ratings, meaning if I went by pure enjoyment or taste, my list would be a bit different, but enjoyment is still a factor. When it comes to animation there is so much you can do that can't be replicated in live action which is why I enjoy it.

I score most things based on the ENTIRETY of the show/manga so anything under my completed anime/manga is fully watched or read. I prefer giving an entire anime (including sequels) one score so my list is a lot less cluttered and concise.

I prefer to watch anime but I still read some manga, especially if it hasn't been adapted or is poorly adapted. I may just want to continue the story of an anime that hasn't been completed as well.

5 - Average but there are some things that people might find enjoyable.
4 - Generic anime, wasted potential.
3 - Bad anime but maybe there was maybe one aspect I liked.
2 - Awful anime and there are no redeeming qualities.
1 - Comically horrible.
