Both of them are funny examples of strange school life, with romance, craziness, and just children running wild. They also play a lot on the idea of stereotypes and how sometimes you can judge them and sometimes you can't. Sometimes the idiot can be the most charming.

If you liked Keroro Gunsou add

...then you might like Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt add

Both have a amazing amount of Parody to their comedy. Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt might be a bit more mature in their style, but both the Japanese and English translations do a very great job in keeping the comedy going to where you can understand it. They are also based on the two mini episodes per normal Episode making it easy to just watch part of the show and come back later for the next part.

...then you might like Negima!? add

Both are about a guy that has a harem of girls trying to fight for his affection. They all have different characteristics and are pretty much stereotypes of girls we would normally see in shows like this but not all of them are romantic. In fact, both have girls that just want the main character to be like a sibling to them.

...then you might like Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt add

Both have a magical girls that try to save the world in rather silly ways. The story seems to always go on tangents and have a rather dark humor mixed in with its story as though they were trying to just make a parody of the genre instead of making a true magical girl show.

...then you might like Arcade Gamer Fubuki add

The shows are basically all over the place with its comedy going rather dark at times. They both have a bit of a hyper main character and have this strange idea blown out of proportion. I got a bit of a impression that both of them were slightly satires for their genre, one for magical girl and the other for completion style anime.

Although it is said that Puni Puni is a spin off of Excel Saga, the two do not have the same characters or the same sort of story. It does however have the same sort of fast pace comedy and hard to understand characters. Both characters talk rather fast and have jokes that are very hard to understand if your watching the dub since part of those jokes are based off of word play.

Both revolve around young children who are put into positions that are normally for people older then themselves. One is a 10 year old in high school, and the other is a child teacher.

If you liked Otogi Story Tenshi no Shippo add

...then you might like Sister Princess add

Both have stories rather similar to each other as the main character is surrounded by all these different aged characters. Though Tenshi no Shippo has animals, the characters look like girls just as the ones from Sister Princess. The girls in both shows also seem to fight for the affection of the main character in one way or another and a lot of hi-jinx ensue based off of misunderstandings.

Both have stories about a boy getting surrounded by girls. The girls in Tenshi no Shippo may be animals but they always show up as young girls. In both, the girls fight over the attention of the main character.

...then you might like Hetalia Axis Powers add

Both Hetalia and Azumanga Daioh have this sort of short episodic nature about them with each episode being cut into smaller episodes. It is a lot of fun but there are times where you will scratch your head as some of the jokes did not translate well to English if you are watching the dub. Still, sub or dub, both of these anime are pretty good.

Both are owned by a secretive shop keeper who has a deep past. The chapters are mostly episodic but then we end with a very deep story line.

The whole premise of these shows is the idea that there is a shop somewhere where you can get your desire granted. In one of them, wishes... in another, the perfect pet. But things are not always as they seem in that there are consequences to your actions and a debt you need to pay for that desire to come true. They may start with episodic chapters but then get into a much deeper story.

Both of them work with the idea that there is a little shop that can help you with your problems. They may be episodic in the chapters but then ends up getting deeper and deeper into a heavy main story. There is a really mysterious shop keeper who seems to never let on exactly what is going on in her/his own life.
