Oh boy, this is a tough one.
As many people have noted prior, this story has an issue with drawing suggestive art of minors. Nudity itself doesn't have to be problematic, but the feelings it invokes is anything but innocent, especially since it's not a one-time thing.
However, if you can stomach that, an interesting and unique story awaits, with a meticulous and beautifully crafted world and inhabitants.
The suggestive art is one of the biggest score detractors, personally. There are also some character plots that feel unresolved or missing, but the series isn't concluded yet, so that is subject to change.

Plenty of Mary Sue characters and cheap knock-offs from previous works in the series.
Some interesting concepts and characters are introduced, but are quickly shoved aside for the next big thing, which makes them feel cheap and of no value. Transformation galore, they felt the need to introduce plenty of transformations, making it feel even cheaper than actually earning their power. Some characters look like they're straight out of someone's Deviant Art gallery, whilst some of the animation make everything look like it was drawn by an intern given 15 minutes to complete the frame.
