Finally it's over! And what a ride it has been!
After watching the anime(and liking it, GO WHITE CAT!), I decided to start the manga. But with the painfully slow scanlations, it took years for me to finally complete it and here we are.
So how was it?
Well for folks like me, who don't read Light Novels at all, the ending is a massive cliffhanger that helps nobody. Even the mangaka knows that and thus we are asked to read the LN to get to know what happens next.
The romance factor, which was one of the main reasons I liked it so much, hasn't been fleshed

out at all. Rumia, Sisti, Re=el, nah, nothing, just nothing, except for a few random blushes and hints.
The backstory of most of the characters aren't there, and one is bound to get confused.
But, there's the good part, and that's the pacing and fights. My God, it absolutely holds you and makes you want to read the whole thing in one sitting. Imagine my pain, when I had to wait for months to read the next chapter.
And yes, the fights and the villains, too good, just too good.
That brings me to the end. So should you read it? Absolutely yes. And if you have the patience to to read the LN, go for it too.

One of the cutest drama-free romance manga that I've read in recent times, Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai is a good recommendation for anyone looking for a short cute romance read.
First things first, I am a sucker for cute romances with little or no drama(love triangles, cheating and all that BS). So when I picked up Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai and read a few chapters, I got totally hooked on to it.
There is no detailed story, just the love between a student and his teacher and how it grows. Unlike some other student-teacher relationships which are downright creepy, this one is pretty cute and

normal due to the really short age gap and maturity of Ryo and Rinko.
The art was not detailed but cute in it's own way. With the simple lines but realistic looking characters, the art grows on you. The mangaka also does a great job of making the cute moments really look cute.
The characters are the best part of the story. They are young, flawed and life-like. You will most certainly be able to relate some part of you with them. There is not much character growth expect for the romance. Ryo and Rinko slowly grow from their shy young lives to more mature at the end.
Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai is a good read for any cute romance fan and with only 47 chapters, it will take only a couple of hours for completion. Give it a read, you'll love it.

I finished reading all the 134 chapters today, and my God, I don't regret spending all the hours on my bed reading this gem.
There are manga which have detailed plots, extraordinary characters and breathtaking art, but How to Treat a Lady Knight Right(I'm using the English name sorry, the Japanese one was a little too long), has nothing of that sort but I still enjoyed it a lot. Why?
Because it's just soo damn funny and cute. The story of How to Treat a Lady Knight Right follows about a female knight Leo, who has been revered as the strongest of all and gas been treated

as a fearsome man because of her strength and demeanor, but that changes when Fooly, a mage confesses his love for her. What follows is a hilarious account of their adventures. They make new friends and acquaintances along the way and finally fight the Demon King... wait doesn't this kinda sound the same as a lot other manga?
That's where How to Treat a Lady Knight Right differs from the rest. While the story is nothing to remember, it's the comic timings and cuteness that separates this from everything similar.
The art is very good, specially the character details. I really appreciate the length the mangaka went to detail the females and their assets. No complaints here. Also those abs, God, if only I could have a bit of them...sigh
The enjoyment is a solid 9/10. Seriously, the comedy is excellent. Almost like Konosuba, and at times better. And the cuteness, my God, instant diabetes material. Makes single weebs like us want a girlfriend asap.
Overall? Just read it. Take some precious ~5 hours out of your boring schedule and read this. I assure you, you'll feel blessed after the hours spent. God bless this manga, the cuteness, the mangaka and yes, the abs.

Just finished binge watching the whole of City Hunter and was surprised that the last season doesn't have a review. Oh well, no worries, I'll be the first to add one then.
Story: City Hunter needs no introduction. If you've watched the three seasons, you know what to expect from the fourth. It's your usual Ryo and Kaori comedy, but wait there's more. The fourth season also, for the first time, shows the backstory of Umibozou and Saeko and you get an episode of just comedy, no crime, nothing, cool huh?
Art: This is where things get controversial. The art is splendid, just like the good old

80's and early 90's anime, but there's a bit decline in terms of art quality. The art was top notch, in the first two seasons and slowly started taking a hit from the third season. Also, who the hell though changing Ryo's clothes looks good?
Sound: Whereas seasons 1 & 2 had some of the best OPs and EDs of all the anime I've ever watched, the last two seasons heavily disappointed me. It's better than the electronic cancer that is prevalent in most anime now, but comes nowhere close to the first two seasons.
Character: We get to see and learn a good bit about Umibozou from this season and that's always a plus. God bless him. Also, like each season, Ryo's sad past comes back to haunt him, again and again.
Overall: I thoroughly enjoyed City Hunter '91 and really wanted to give it an 8/10, but damn the last episode. When you know you're gonna end the anime, you better make a good finishing episode, sigh. I mean the last episode is good, but it doesn't feel like the last episode for the anime. It could have been done much much better.
So, should you watch it? Absolutely yes. If you've watched the first three seasons and love the comedy, art style and the aesthetics of the good old anime days, City Hunter '91 should be on your list.

I thought I'd write a review of Hikidashi ni Terrarium but after sitting down to write it, I really don't know what to write. This is probably the most weird piece of manga I've ever read till now.
Hikidashi ni Terrarium is a collection of 31 different manga which doesn't share even a single trace of similarity between them except for the weirdness maybe. Each chapter deals with an aspect of human life, but portrays in such a different way that you're left thinking, wtf did I just read?
There's a good deal of heavy doses of sarcasm about the average human life in some of the

chapters. And some of the chapters are just plain weird. But one thing that is common across all of them is the fact that you're bound to sit back and think a bit about what you just read and your life. You might even start thinking about your life in a new way after reading it...
I don't know why I read Hikidashi ni Terrarium and I can't tell of a single reason why you should do so. But hey, the chapters are short and it'll hardly take 15-20 minutes to read the whole thing. Why not just give it a go? If not for anything else, just for the sake of getting weirded out?

What do you get when you take the best of Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai and Okite Kudasai, Kusakabe-san? You get Koi to Utatane.
Short, cute and pleasant. These are the adjectives I'd choose to define this manga. You get the cute sensei Hana and his cousin(?) Kiichi who are living together. He also happens to be her student and, yeah you guessed it right, they fall in love. But wait! It's just not that! There's more to Koi to Utatane than your average student-teacher romance manga.
Kiichi is a shy kid and Hana is the total opposite of her. She loves to sleep and it seems

like she has pretty much mastered the art of sleeping peacefully(Okite Kudasai, Kusakabe-san vibes totally) and helps(and sometimes forces) Kiichi to take a nap and aid him to get a good one at that.
Slowly but surely they start to notice each others feelings and at the end of the manga you get to see the wedding bells tolling. Cute right?
Sadly the manga seems to have been rushed quickly and we don't to get to see much of them in only 28 chapters. Nevertheless, it's cute, totally drama free and will leave you with a happy smile on your face.
I'd have given this a 10/10 but stopped at the 9 just because it felt rushed towards the end. It totally deserves a 10/10.
I got to know about this manga from a reddit post praising Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai. So if the kind redditor is reading this review, thanks a lot for mentioning it!

T-sensei is one of those manga which you can just read, smile, think about your lost childhood, love your kid(if you have any) and spend more time with them.
The manga is about a teacher called T-sensei who teaches(more like takes cares) of the little kids in a kindergarten. He is a cheerful chap and loves the kids dearly. The chapters deal mostly with his daily life in the kindergarten, playing with the kids, feeding them, listening to their absurd yet cute questions and just watching them enjoying their lives. It's just really cute. You just want to love the kids and cherish them.

suddenly feel that the manga is getting a bit realistic, you should know that the mangaka wrote the manga based on his real life experiences. There's also the running gag throughout the manga where the kids tease him about not having a girlfriend/wife. Kids these days...
Overall, T-sensei is a nice, cute manga, that definitely deserves a read. There's also an anime adaption which I'll watch soon. As an ex-teacher I loved the manga and I hope you'll love it too.

I read Ao Natsu on a night, and I thought I'd read a few chapters and then leave it for the next day. What actually happened was, I binge read the whole series that night.
Why you ask? Is it not just another of those shojo romances where the heroine goes kyaah and the hero swoops down every now and then and kisses her? Nope. Ao Natsu is a real breakaway from the usual shojo romances. I mean you have the typical high school romance setting and all, but it's so much better.

is cute, like really cute and it made me think what a useless shit I've been in school, wasting my summers doing only homework and studies.
The characters are great. You really want to root for the couple from the start and you just want everyone to be happy. Like seriously, there's not a single girl or guy you'll come to hate in the manga? Strange for a shojo right?
Overall, I enjoyed the manga. I do have some quirks with it, but yeah it's good. Makes you question your life a bit in a good way and makes you believe in all the fated love and stuff(tho it's not happening for me, idk why duh).
Just go and read it. 39 chapters is not much and will hardly take 2 hours. Ao Natsu deserves those 2 hours from your life.

Sometimes you come across a manga which looks boring but once you pick it up, you can't put it down. JK to Sutego no Akachan is something like that.
With a story that speaks of the cruel reality of the highschoolers and human relationships, I think this is one manga which most people will find interesting to read. Specially the human relationship part. The mangaka has done an excellent job with it.
The characters are great, some of them appear too real for a manga. You'll sympathize with some of them, love them and also want to strangle them(the villain guy duh).
Overall, this is one of those

manga which you pickup one day when you have nothing to do and have a free hour to spend. Trust me and read it, you won't be disappointed.

I was browsing through romance manga to read when I suddenly noticed Saotome Senshu, Hitakakusu. At first glance it looked like a hentai and I thought of skipping it, but then decided to take a look and binge read the whole thing one night. I was not disappointed.
Saotome is not your average romance heroine. She is tall for a school girl, athletic, shy and has a physique which even I don't have after hitting the gym for 4 years lol. She is also a boxer and a really good one at that too. Also, she's beautiful. Not the shojo romance kind, but beautiful yeah.
Satoru is

not your average romance MC too. He is short, weak, not at all like a hero and loves boxing. Though he has been a boxer for years, he sucks at it big time.
What happens when one fine day, Saotome proposes to Satoru and their love story begins? A lot. There's a hell lot of cute moments, a nice amount of comedy and a bit of the sports stuff thrown in here and there. Overall it's an exciting package and is worth a binge read. There's absolutely no drama(thank God!) and none of those irritating love triangle BS. Just a plain cute romance story with really good characters that you will love to read. And oh, the mangaka sure knows how to draw beautiful women. If only some of them girls were in my gym...
Overall, Saotome Senshu, Hitakakusu is a great romance manga and it deserves to get animated. As a romance manga lover, I would absolutely recommend this.
