This is probably the very worst Sgt. Frog anime movie I've ever seen in my life. Why?
Because the Keroro Platoon's violent dragon forms felt too abrupt and out-of-character throughout this movie, which is not really in-line with their usual adorable personalities at all.
It kind of reminds of how Spongebob and Patrick viciously attack each other during the climax of the "Fry Cook Games" episode in the Spongebob SquarePants TV Series, which is not really in-line with their general "Best Friends Forever" dynamic at all.
In addition, Terara is super ugly in the end to be honest.

This Manaphy manga is possibly better than the original movie.
It is such a shame that most Westerners are not familiar with this Obscure Manga's existence. This obscure Pokemon manga is pretty faithful to the original Manaphy movie, except Manaphy is a pretty precocious baby pokemon in this manga adaptation compared to it's anime counterpart.
