I'm actually VERY surprised by the high score of this manga on MAL. I knew it was on me to save many people's times by telling them what they're getting into with this story. There are a few spoilers (? none that ruin the plot) but I'll try and keep it to a minimum.
I broke it down to 4 sections: character, art, enjoyment, and story.
Art (3/10):
The art for this manga was passable. Very rough around the edges but passable because it fit the mood of the story. Nothing amazing and of all the manga I've read, it's around the lower half in quality

which is why I gave it a 3.
Character (4/10):
Many people would say that this story is a story of internal struggle between right and wrong. I can definitely see where they are coming from. The problem is outside of the main character, the other characters were very very weird. Not necessarily bad, but when you read about them it just gave you a feeling a WTF is with this character. (one character is obsessed with Star Wars...in a post-apocalyptic world) Their motivations are somewhat defined in a way you can understand. Halfway through, however, you begin to notice where the author is losing his motivation in writing compelling characters. The main character begins to lose his drive and he ends up doing nothing for half the story. Some chalk it up to him trying to find his place in the world; I say it's just lazy writing.
Enjoyment (4/10):
I gave it a 4/10 simply because I somehow pulled through with reading all of it. It was enjoyable to see where the author was going to take you next because the story followed zero path and random stuff was thrown in here and there.
Story (1/10):
I saved the best for last, or in this case the worst for last. This story started off with SO much potential. Main character seeking revenge after an attack on his village. Story is set place in an icy world and the MC is on fire. The symbolism is tangible. First 10 chapters started off great. You could see where the story was heading. Afterward, it just became a huge clown fiesta of random plot points, random character introductions, and random moments in general. By the end of the manga, I had zero idea what I just read. Absolutely zero. ZERO. Like it was just a huge prank the author pulled on me because I wasted an hour or so reading this garbage.
So, if you enjoy reading a manga about absolutely nothing good and the plot lines lead nowhere. You'll enjoy this.

Iron Knight is a manga that has just been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. There's only been 5 chapters so I'm only judging on the five chapters that have come out.
Story (5/10): The story is about a 10 year old kid called Teppei. He wakes up one day in a post-apocalyptic world runned by goblins that eat humans. Apparently somehow he's able to turn into an iron skinned goblin hence the name "Iron Knight." With his new power, he's currently trying to find his parents that disappeared overnight.
Art (8/10): There's really nothing special. The drawings are pretty good.
Character (6/10): As for right

now, there's not a big variety of characters. There's only the main character. Teppei is EXTREMELY naive. The main character is 10 so it explains his naivety.
Overall, this story is a near ripoff of Attack on Titan. The plot elements are the same except a couple things: lacks the darkness aspect, the character is very naive, and not really amazing action scenes.

Ok, so yesterday, I discovered the most amazing manga of all time. Do you know what it's called? It's called Akame ga Kill. Everything about this manga was so amazing that I could not stop reading until I caught up. That took 6 hours and I had to procrastinate so much homework. For some reason, I wanted to compare this with Attack on Titan and I have to say this far out competes AOT. So this is why:
Story (10/10): This story is about a guy named Tatsumi who wanted to join the army to save his village, however, after he gets robbed, he ends up

at a noblewoman's house. A couple days later, that noblewoman gets assassinated and the terrorist group, Night Raid tells him to join them. I have to say this reminded me of Guilty Crown but Akame ga Kill is so much better. What's also really good about this manga is the way it blends different genres together. This manga encompasses so many different genres such as: comedy, romance, action (obvious), tragedy, adventure, and fantasy. There are some moments that make you laugh out loud, and other times that are really sad and depressing like Attack on Titan.
Another fact that sets this apart from other manga, is the lack of plot armor. For those that don't know, plot armor is like something that prevents the important people from dying no matter how much danger they're in. For example, Fairy Tail, no one ever dies because they're "important" to the story line. However, in this manga, the author does not care and he kills characters off. This is probably what makes Akame ga Kill so unique.
Here is where I compare AGK and AOT. The story of AGK is much more interesting than AOT. In AOT all they're trying to do is to get to Eren's basement to find out the secret of the titans. In AGK, it's about an assassination group trying to fight through waves of enemies to get to the corrupt king. Maybe it's just me, but I think that AGK is much more interesting.
Art (10/10): I have no complains about the art of this manga. The artist effectively utilizes its spaces to convey different situations. Compared to AOT, it's like comparing the Mona Lisa to a first grade's paintings. AOT has absolutely horrendous drawings that sometimes its unbearable. The only reason that I'm reading it is because the story line is good.
Characters (10/10): Besides the interesting story, I think that the characters in the manga is what makes it stands out among other manga. Most manga just focus on the main character and their development. In this manga, they're multiple characters and each has their own development. Each character is unique and has their own reason to be in the Night Raid.
I know that I've said this, but I have to say again, people actually DIE in this manga. Not just the enemy, it's realistic in the sense that no matter who it is, they CAN actually die. This is what sets it apart from other manga.
Enjoyment (10/10): This is by far the best manga of all time. I honestly cannot believe that I've not discovered this soon, and that so few people have read it.
I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that likes action manga. I'll say this again, this is the BEST manga of all time.

This anime is a MASTERPIECE.I typically don't really like slice of life anime but this was just amazing.
Story (10/10): The show's story is really simple. Two friends decide that they want to become the greatest mangakas that Japan has ever seen. The simplicity is what truly made this amazing and enjoyable. The anime showed the different challenges that the characters, Mashiro and Takagi, had to face, and it definitely had shounen aspects in it by the way that they never gave up.
Character (10/10): Each of the characters were really likable. Mashiro and Takagi were such funny characters and the way they never gave

up was admirable. I believe that it was not only the main characters that made the show amazing but also the supporting characters. Each of the characters had such interesting quirks and characteristics.
Sound and Art (10/10): The first opening was really catchy, and the soundtracks were really good. They really fit the mood well. The art was really good with each background being defined clearly by its colors.
Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes slice of life anime.

This anime is about a girl that has the IQ of a rock trying to get the smartest guy in the school to fall in love with him.
On the surface, this seems like an interesting story line with the not so desirable girl trying to get the guy. This might be why many people may enjoy this type of anime.
HOWEVER, the producers made the characters so extremely opposites that sometimes I questioned whether or not a rock was smarter than the girl. In one scene, she couldn't even read regular japanese that an elementary student could read. Her stupidness was so annoying

to watch. The guy, on the other hand, was just a smarta$$ the entire time. There is a limit to how arrogant you can be. Although I really hated the girl, I kind of felt sorry for her when he was such a jerk to her. Then again, she kind of did bad things to him, so I guess it was kind of justified.
Honestly, this is probably one of the worst romance anime I've ever seen, and the first one I've ever dropped. The entire premise of the story was too painful for me to continue.
