Roughly 200 pages of misery porn with no greater value beyond that.
The story, while not incomprehensible offers so little for the reader to extract from it that there really isn't any reason to read it at all past the initial shock value. No excellent characterization, incredible art, or thematic depth to be found anywhere within the work give little artistic merit to it's existence and as such I can hardly recommend it to anyone looking to read it for anything save the aforementioned shock value.
The only thing keeping this from receiving a 1 is that it is not artistically broken.

This is going to be tough to beat for the position of worst manga I've ever read. What rollercoaster of trash this manga is, and it only gets worse as it goes. Had this manga ended at Volume 7 this would be an easy 8 or maybe even a 9, but it did not. Instead it continued and as it did so began to needlessly expand itself from the original webcomic; the sad fate being a manga heavily bloated with what can only be called filler content. The crippled pacing exists to facilitate more hype moments for the readers to get excited over while leaving the narrative substance long behind it. I dropped this manga after the conclusion of the Monster Association Arc and I do not see myself returning in the future, I'd rather wait on
