If you thought that season two was bad, then turn around and don't watch these Ovas. Because they're much worse.
Story: They literally jumped from zero to a hundred with no explanations. These Ovas start with the main characters hunting down Terra Formars on earth (we have no idea how did they get back from mars and how Terra Formars reached earth) then they introduce a new strong character who joined the main characters to kill Terra Formars. So, this is basically a follow up to the previous ovas. This's episode 15 btw. I was excited for it, but now I'm kinda disappointed.
Story: Not much really happened in this episode. They were preparing for the war against the dark king and the demons army. This episode focused more on comedic moments rather than the actual story. Also, it seemed to be all rushed out. Art: Oh the art, it's very bad. To understand what I mean, this episode is filled with firm images rather than good animations. I'll leave it at that. No comment on sound and characters Enjoyment: meh... whatever*_* Overall: I was expecting more as ...

This whole Anime is basically an ad for a game. It's really terrible, boring, and very cliché. While watching it, you can see clearly that it was adapted from a game. They made the plot for you just to get interesting in the game. However, as an Anime, I regret every moment watching it. Also, in ep 5 and 6, they changed the story and the characters and starts showing other plot in a jail somewhere without explaining who these people are and what the fuck is going on. What triggered me the most, is that at the beginning, when they introduce the five criminals, it appears that they're as strong as Baki's father. And one of them fought Baki at the first few episodes, but Baki was nothing in comparison to him. However, after few episodes the five criminals started to look so weak (like very very weak), which didn't make any sense. Even two of them together couldn't defeat Baki. Also, during some of the fights, the animation effects looks so weird and childish. It seems like if it's a video game or something, and it was too awkward to watch. The ... |
