Both have a very similar vibe, and with Binan Koukou is closer to a parody, both series are collection of moments which are borderlining on shounen ai. Both are light-hearted and feature bright colors in their art styles. The personality types of the main characters are also similar, but a different experience can be gained from watching one over the other.

While Shirobako is longer and more detailed, both give you a good look into the different aspects of the anime making process, while still being light-hearted. The colors are bright and the shows both follow female MCs who have difficulty deciding where they want their future to take them.

The two of these are very similar in terms of genre, plot and quality, but Binan Koukou is almost like a parody--it's very good for those with Sailor Moon nostalgia, or those who have fun laughing at typical magical girl tropes. In short, it's almost like a mix of Sailor Moon Crystal and Free!, and not to be taken seriously at all. Good downtime watch material.

Non Non Biyori

Okay so basically Non Non Biyori is almost exactly like Lucky Star except instead of being in the city they're in the country. Like Lucky Star, Non Non Biyori features the day to day antics of two sisters (a laid back one and a serious one HELLO the Hiiragi's), their quirky friend (Holla, it's country Konata) and the smart one they all like even though she's pretty bland (Miyuki without the boobs). Basically literally almost the exact same. Seriously.
