I guess I should first start off by addressing my thoughts about this being another isekai story.
Isekai stories just seem to be an easy mechanism to get the ball rolling in such stories; person dies, enters new world with new settings and things will get explained to them.
In this story, someone dies (I can't even remember if they mentioned their former world name) they get reborn into an aristocrat but the special thing is that they have an 'appraisal' skill in which they can see someones stat and that is it. It seems the isekai part is really there to just give that video game

like appraisal skill a reasonable explaination for existing. And that is it, after that the isekai aspect of the manga is completely irrelevant, it's barely mentioned about and when it does it's of no significance, it seems the isekai aspect was merely used as to hop on the bandwagon to initially get people interested at the start but is quite quickly abandoned and I feel that the manga itself was interesting enough without it being tied to the isekai genre.
There are a lot of interesting characters that are introduced through the MC's appraisal skill and you get to see them in action based on what they excel at.
If this manga caught your interest because it was an 'isekai' than I'd probably imagine you may be slightly disappointed because there is very little isekai tropes of; constantly referring back to their former world, knowledge they could use from former world to benefit them or trying to get back or the likes.There is just nothing like that, it was just helped to get the story going at the start and becomes just a regular story.
So I would suggest this manga to those who are more interested in a good story and try to ignore it being part of the isekai genre.

This show seems to be getting quite the mixed reviews but after watching it, I can't really disagree.
The show has it's up and downs. The first thing that draws your attention is the time travel aspect, depending on the viewer you may or may not like this theme as for me I'm interested in it because depending on how they incorporate it they can make an interesting story.
The time travelling idea is interesting because it is used constantly to bounce back between the present and the past in order to change the outcome of events while I liked this, unfortunately the way it is done

involves using two people; the main character goes into the past while the other person in the present helps trigger it. This is what constantly kept me from enjoying the theme because when the past was changed the MC would return to the present BUT the other person who helps trigger the time leap still maintained their memories of everything which didn't make sense. While I understood that you could put it down to him being unaffected and tied to the MC but logically it just didn't make sense how the person in the present had their timeline changed but they still were able to recall events that should have happened but never did. This felt like a huge error that constantly stood out.
Moving on to the characters, I wasn't fond of the whole idea of gangs being idolised because it felt so stupid and there was a lack of authority that kept them in check, so they were constantly doing anything as if it was some fantasy world where only children were roaming free. You instantly notice this when it reaches the point where 12 year olds are on motorcycles roaming about. As this story involved gangs/delinquents the dialogue and interactions were very cliche, so everyone you come across really feels similiar.
The pacing of the story felt good for about the first half of the show and then after somewhat of a big turnaround of events where a major milestone was reached, it felt like after that point the story sort of forgot about it's purpose it started to slow down as well as dip. You have this knowledge in your head but the story seems to be putting it to a side while you are thinking that huge event should be now pushing the story forward with it's momentum.
Another aspect that I struggled with is constantly wondering where to place this sort of story, if you ignore the time travel aspect, the story should be somewhat of a modern more realistic representation but there were aspects that took it in another direction where it felt like it was fantasy; the lack of more adult interventions, 12 years olds who are monstrously strong as well as not really looking or fitting their age, people getting hit across the head with metal bars and it not phasing them. So many of these small random unbelievable situations keep happening that make it hard to place, it's trying to fit in too many genres which makes it jarring, either be fantasy and have every be superhumans or not, don't include a bunch of them in a setting where everyone else appears to just be a regular person, it stands out far too much.
While the show isn't terrible, it's also not amazing. It's balanced out by the story which can be interesting against all the small details that stand out that you somewhat have to ignore to enjoy and see what comes next.

Usually I don't write reviews but I felt compelled after reading this manga just because I found it to be so bad. I only decided to finally read it because I knew there was an anime adaptation and I thought "If it got an anime adaptation it must be good enough" but I was horrible mistaken. At the end of this journey I'm now really puzzled why anyone would have chosen this.
ART
I'll start of with it's redeeming features. The art is decent so there is that but almost near the end around 90% in the art changes, someone else was brought in and replaced the

original artist. After being used to the original art, you can't but help feel the newer style is inferior.
STORY & CHARACTERS
The story isn't really that compelling it's just a generic 'people crash on island and there are monstrous creatures' is pretty much it. Throughout it you get tid bits of small background flashbacks to some of the characters but it's very minimal, what I found the worse was the main character wasn't really delved into, so she just comes off as someone who knows a lot of information and whenever a situation occurs it's just her giving out full explanations.
And worst part of the entire manga is the characters, pretty much everyone is an awful person in which you think to yourself "I don't like anyone of these people, they are so annoying, I hope they hurry up and die so we can move on". Because pretty much everyone is detestable, you don't get attached to the characters, out of all of the survivors there is only one person you notice who seems normal while everyone else is twisted. To me that was a key sign of poor writing in how you were able to immediately discern who is a likeable character and everyone else is someone you should hate.
To put it simply, this manga was frustrating to read. A story that didn't feel like it progressed and filled with characters that you 'had to put up with' and finally realising this of all things was chosen to get an anime adaptation leaving you wonder if you are the one who is missing something.
This genre of horror-survival-stuck-on-an-island has been done many a times with many mangas that have enticing plots and characters. This manga is not one of them.

I started reading the manga before finding out that it was also from the same creator of 'Elfen Lied' & 'Brynhildr in the Darkness'.
And I have to say after finding that out, it made me feel more disappointed; not because I dislike the creator, in fact the opposite. I somewhat enjoyed his other works both 'Elfen Lied' & 'Brynhildr in the Darkness' as they had interesting concepts.
In 'Parallel Paradise' it uses the isekai concept which isn't new and has been a trend for a while. I've read up to ch79 and I have to to say, this work pales in comparison to the other two

titles I mentioned.
The story in 'Parallel Paradise' is very weak, as you'd have already read, it's about a person who goes into another 'world' and is the only man and any female he touches, they just become incapacitated with lust. That is such a strong aspect to the manga it appears pretty much in every chapter which felt like it overshadowed the every chapter whenever you read it.
If you actually want to read this, you'll have to trudge through a lot of the chapters before you get to any development in the story. The only interesting aspect so far that has made this isekai manga interesting in the slightest was the little moment that highlighted about going to and from the other world. Besides that, everything else was poor, the pacing, the characters (the art is fine).
This is such a different style compared to 'Elfen Lied' & 'Brynhildr in the Darkness' where there was an actual story that you were intrigued to find out about. In 'Parallel Paradise' there is so many sex scenes and so little story that it is baffling it is from the same author.
Let's just say it is obvious why 'Elfen Lied' & 'Brynhildr in the Darkness' received anime adaptations because there was a story to show people. There will NEVER be an anime adaptation of 'Parallel Paradise' because there is simply nothing worth showing people.

I only came across this because I had previously saw 'II ORC NO HI' which already has this theme, it isn't a proper manga like this but I personally found that one to be more amusing, the less polished art style and the shorter it was.
Having enjoyed 'II ORC NO HI' and looking at this, I can't help but make comparisons, the concept of the idea is amusing but I found it worked better in 'II ORC NO HI' because of how short the jokes and scenes were but in 'Hentai Elf to Majime Orc' it's much longer and more detailed (visually), in the first

place there really isn't much to stand on it's own which is why I feel so much effort being put into this feels like a waste as the whole 'orc rape' thing is used as a joke, it can only go so far and it's best used as a quick joke.

I've seen many animes in my time and I enjoy watching what kind of story it will tell and pull me in.
Initially Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? started off well in that I liked the concept of the story of what was happening but unfortunately that interest quickly fades away as I continued to watch it.
To pull me into the story, the plot has to be strong enough to support the show but for me, it felt like a complete mess, I don't know if it was heavily rushed because there is only 10 episodes so it had to cram in everything.

It just felt like everything was moving so fast that I had no time to get engaged with the characters or the plot. Everything just felt like it was on a conveyor belt being fed to you without stopping so you had no time to enjoy each individual thing.
The characters were probably the least enjoyable aspect of the show, there is one character who is simply just overpowered and as I was watching it, I kept thinking that he should have some sort of weakness otherwise, there is no element of danger and in the end all of the action turns out boring and stale as you see a pattern occurring. As previously mentioned with how everything felt so rushed, one of the key things that animes usually have is characters you get to know and enjoy but for 'Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?' for me, there was no attachment as not enough time was spent building character development. It was simply, here are these characters you don't know much about and here they are thrown directly into these events that they are taking part in without resistance. They felt as if they had no individual personalities or will (as silly as it sounds) but were simply told "#1 you do this", "#2 you do that", "#3 you do this"; normally you'd expect resistance and questioning to why you would do something but not here.
Due to all these glaring flaws, I couldn't enjoy this show, nothing in this show meshed well together as all I could do was question everything that was going on and feel that if an 8 year old had an active imagination and he threw everything into the pot, this is how it would turn out; short story plots, characters with abilities with a lack of detail, forced together to make some semblance of something that has a plot. Been a while since I've seen something that has disappointed me this badly.

I had seen this title around a fair bit and I may have raised my expectations too high in expecting something completely different.
This is another works by the same person of 'Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai' and after realising that, I couldn't help but constantly be reminded of it as it shares the same theme of the weird 'sibling love' not family love but incest love but the main difference is that in 'Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai' I believe the sister was blood related but in this one it's not-blood related. love' aspect, I couldn't help but constantly feel weirded out, it was creepy. What I was expecting from this anime was more of a comical approach to a mangaka who does ero work.
The other really weird part of the show is the age of the girls and how perverted they are.
It's just too creepy and weird overall but I'll watch it to the end just to say I've watched it.

I came across Rewrite originally from the visual novel, so I had a basis to start off with and had expectations. I wanted to see how the animation would play out because in all honesty, I don't know how they were planning to go about it as in the visual novel I had only completed about 2.5 routes. Each route goes through a different point of view with a focus on on of the girls the MC interacts with and due to how that works out, I wasn't sure how the anime would decide to do things.
As the anime started, I remembered parts of the

visual novel but essentially it skips a lot which I expected because the visual novel is so long and focusing on one route would be 12 episodes on its own I guess (or maybe a bit less). So in the anime a lot of things are skipped and you immediately reach the stages of "Oh here is the other female members" and "we quickly get to a key part of that characters background". Since I've gone through part of the visual novel I already have some idea of what would have happened previously to get up to that stage but if you watch the anime without any prior knowledge, it's just a mess. Things occur in the anime where you are just thinking "What? what happened? how did this happen? nothing really explains what is going on."
I only enjoyed parts of the anime just to see the characters in motion and as well as their personalities; Lucia's tongue rolling sound when she is angry and rolls her rrrrrrr's or Kotori's little humorous personality to make little random jokes and Shizuru's often puzzled expressions.
At the moment, I haven't bothered to move on to the other half (sequel) and decided to recheck out the visual novel as that is more in-depth and provides to smaller scenes of character interactions where you can grow a liken to the characters.
Rewrite in itself the visual novel was quite the hard thing to get around to but the anime is just trying to cram so much in in so little time it doesn't make sense to the regular viewer and because of that it ends up being Key's worst anime adaptation and I'm having to cleanse my mind by going back to the visual novel just to not spoil the story.
What I really wished to see in the anime is the fun little interactions between the characters that helped show off more of their personalities.

I don't want to go too in detail but just to quickly sum it up.
The manga starts off pretty decent, the characters comical interactions with each bring a nice touch, the plot (for the first half of the manga) was fairly interesting but sadly this is another one of those mangas where things start off great but at a certain point you start noticing it go down hill.
At around the halfway point (similiar to where the anime ended) the plot development starts getting weird.
So much is crammed in the remaining chapters (120-181) that you see the pace is being picked up and quickly rushed a

long up to the point where you are at the end of the manga; realising how many things were added and quickly forgotten about.Then you remember the start of the manga that there were the original questions you hoped would be answered but were completely brushed aside a long time ago.
The manga is probably best enjoyed if you only read half of it similiar to where the anime ended, although it won't answer your questions you'll be more satisfied by how the turn of events came. Going any further only feels as if you are being bombarded by various ideas the author wanted in before it ended but there was not enough time to flesh out or explain the ideas but simply quickly slapped in "Okay, so X is here and Y is here and Z is here." but you don't get the why is XYZ there and for what purpose besides it simply being there.
If you are looking for one of those satisfying mangas where you can start from beginning to finish and actually be satisfied at how everything turned out and the majority of reasons why things occurred. This is not one of those mangas, maybe one day I'll find another like that but not today.

I'll keep it fairly short, I trudged through this from start to finish, seeing that it was over 200 chapters long immediately gave me the impression that this must be something worth reading if it has continued so long as well as gotten anime adaptions. But...the manga itself as others have pointed out, there is so much filler, it was quite the effort in trying to finish this and in the end all I could think was "How did this manga keep going on for 4 years?" I don't understand how it kept going on, what drew people in? The only thing I can think

of is simply because people got attached to the main heroine and that is it, they simply wanted to see how it ended for her.
Upon first reading it it had some similarity to 'Love Hina' but as it went on, I just couldn't truly enjoy this manga, even though it's a romcom, I have seen better, just to point out a few things that put me off;
- This is a harem, not even a good one, in this, a lot of girls love the main character without much effort needed from the main character. It just felt so forced.
- Another major thing I noticed was that cast of characters, there is a severe lack of male support characters, so throughout the manga it got quite monotonous just watching the girls all fawn over the main character. The main character has one male friend who supports him throughout the manga but besides that, there are no other male friends. As said in the previous point, it made the situations so forced, everything was constantly about the main character and the girls attempts at interacting with him.
- Mentioning again. Filler. So much filler. So many chapters I read thinking "Christ...when is any development going to happen?" with the previous mention of lack of other characters besides the main character, his male friend and all the harem girls, even the fillers were just stupid situations that had no benefit to the story,it just felt like a way for the author to keep the manga alive.
Because of the fillers, I feel it would be possible for someone to go through the entire manga and just cut out all the unnecessary fillers that had no purpose. If that was done, then the manga would have felt more smooth instead of constantly being interrupted by stupid events that detracted away from the main story.
While I did enjoy the sections of the manga where actual plot happened, it's just too hard to look past all of the downfalls of this manga, I wish I could think of positive things to say but the only thing that constantly keeps going through my mind is "This shouldn't have gone on for 4 years, this was just dragged out."
