My first review. Keep in mind when I rate my anime, I'm usually pretty generous because it does take a lot of time and effort to make any kind of animation.
First I'll start of the Pro's of Elfen Lied.
Art/Animation: Very beautiful. The animation was fluent and well executed. And the art was excellent.
Music: The music had a lot of creepy vibes to it. Which was good because it helps to set the mood for this anime. Especially when it came to the song from the music box.
Now the Cons of Elfen Lied.
