Some years ago, I watched danganronpa the animation for the first time and to this day I considered it one of my favorite animes, I enjoyed it so much I ended up buying all the games, and of course I watched danganronpa 3. Years later, after replaying Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and rewatching the adaptation, all I can say is that while I still like this adaptation, its not as good as I remembered it.
First of all, is it worth it to watch danganronpa the animation if you didn't play the game? Depends, if you are currently not willing to play the games anyways, sure,
...
it may catch your eye like it did with me, but keep in mind that by watching it you are spoiling yourself the entirety of the plot while missing all the fun. You are ruining the joy of finding out who's the backened, getting to meet each one of the characters, investigating the cases, and doing trials. I strongly recommend to play the game first, or at least before you finish the anime.
You should also keep in mind that you can't really watch Danganronpa 3 (the anime) without playing Danganronpa 2 (the game) as this one didn't get an adaptation and both games are directly related with each other, making it hard to understand what is going on if you didn't play DR2. so you kind of have to play the games if you plan to watch Danganronpa 3 anyways.
Back to the anime itself, I consider its a great way to introduce strangers to the games, but it also feels extremely rushed, investigations and trials are one of the most important and fun parts of the games, and they are extremely short and silly here, they removed most of the evidence that made the cases interesting, you dont get to like any characters because guess what, they replaced every single character interaction with Kirigiri, all the investigations with others? The clues others provided to the trials? Gone, Kirigiri does all now, yup. Don't expect any development nor logic behind the trials because there isn't any, everyone ignores the little details that helped them solve the cases in the game and they get the answers out of nowhere, I guess Hagakure predicted 30% of the answers, lets go!
Dont get me wrong, im glad I watched this as thanks to it I was able to find the games, and I'll be always thankful for that. I also know its impossible to resume 30 hours in 13 episodes, but I consider this should've had at least 24 episodes, the whole thing really feels too rushed.
There is no pauses between a lot of the dialogues, music constantly cuts, lots of important aspects of the story are told ahead of time, modified for the worse or skipped, the opening and ending ain't even there half of the episodes, characters barely participate in general, again, every aspect of this feels rushed to the extreme and its a shame, because the story is pretty good.
Regarding the sound and animation, the sound is the same you find in the game, except for a few new tracks I mostly didn't like as they didn't fit with the rest of tracks, the animation is alright, its not the greatest but its fine, I think they did a pretty good job with the punishments. The opening and ending are bangers, to this day "Never say never" is one of my favorite openings.
Tl:dr: This is a great adaptation for fans of the saga who have previously played the games and want to see their favorite characters animated, but as a standalone thing, it feels rushed, skips or changes a lot of important elements from the original story, has a lot of plotholes, lacks any character development and spoils newcomers most of the first game, I strongly recommend everyone to experience the games first, as they are necessary if you want to watch danganronpa 3 anyways.

There is two ways to look at Ghost Hunt, you can watch it and judge it by what it is, a rather average comedy anime about ghost hunting with little to no suspense, or watch the whole thing expecting to find "horror" just to get dissapointed by finding out scooby doo features more horror than this.
This anime also features the most boring opening I have seen in my life, characters that lack any sort of charm, development or emotion, predictable cases, and best of all, it it ends with a cliffhanger.
If you were looking for comedy and some suspense, feel free to watch it, if
...
you expected horror, save yourself the time and go watch something else.

Maid dragon was one of the first slices of life I watched, and after watching it again while waiting for its second season, I still lack the words to express how much I enjoyed watching it.
Maid dragon tells us the story of how Tohru, a dragon, arrives to the human world, specifically to kobayashi's house, she falls in love with Kobayashi, turns into her maid and turns her busy and monotonous life into a more colorful one. I won't go further into the story as I am terrible at writing synopsis and I consider it better to simply go and watch it yourself.
As the story
...
goes on, more charming characters get added to the story, each one developing as it goes on and growing to care for each other. Kanna, Saikawa, Elma, Makoto, Fafnir... every single character in Dragon Maid felt unique and necessary. This is a slice of life, so expect lots of comedy, some serious moments close to the end and overall, as a slice of life, it has a pretty good plot. I have seen a few reviews labeling the ending as unfitting or generic, but I personally think it was the perfect way to end the series.
Great character development, lots of comedy, great animation, cheerful op/ed, and overall, one of my favorite slices of life. Can't wait for the second season.

After watching the first episode I thought this was garbage and I gave this ova a 4, and dont take me wrong, I dont mind fan service, I quite enjoy it sometimes but with higurashi, I felt it didn't fit, higurashi did have comedy but in the first episode, I personally think they just take it to a ridiculous level, and I personally hated it. I came here to watch higurashi, not a hentai.
After that incredibly painful to watch first episode I looked at a few reviews and ended up giving the rest of the episodes a chance, and im glad I did. Episode 2,
...
3 and 4, weren't anything amazing, but they legit just felt like a normal continuation to the second season and I had a lot of fun watching them, as of episode 5, while it was mostly comedy, It was nowhere close as to how bad the first episode was, things actually made sense and I enjoyed watching it.
Overall, I'd give episode 1 an 4/10, episode 2, 3 and 4 an 8/10 and episode 5 an 7/10, the animation was as good as always, I really liked the opening and while I hated the 1st episode, I think the rest were pretty entertaining.

This anime felt like a huge waste of potential, mostly caused by it having a way too big cast of characters and a terrible protagonist.
Lets start with the characters, Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku offers a cast of 18 characters, each one with their power, personality, etc. Thats good right? Not at all, similar shows manage to develop everyone properlym Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku fails at this terribly, to the point where you dont feel bad for anyone when they die, and if you do its either because the character has a disability (saying this to not spoil), or because it looked like they were gonna
...
develop the character further and make the plot interesting, oh, he died, welp, rip, there goes the only interesting character. And thats how the entire thing goes, they never really develop any characters because the cast is too big and when a character starts being interesting it instantly dies.
Now the protagonist, the protagonists in this kind of animes usually start exactly like the one here, they cry for everything and dont do anything, but as the story goes on and more and more people die they grow up as a character and start to fight for what they care, right? Well, here that doesn't happen at all, the anime pretty much ends and the protagonist not only didn't do anything, but they end up slapping there in the last 2 minutes that she beated the entire mafia or some garbage like that (watched this a bit ago dont quite remember tbh) when she didn't do anything in the whole anime.
The music and the animation were pretty good for me, I loved both the OP and ED, but that alone doesn't save it from a 4/10.
I can't recommend this at all, I'd recommend watching Madoka Magica or Mahou Shoujo Site (I find it insulting that Mahou Shoujo Site has a lower score than this tbh) instead, both of these have a similar plot, a way better character development, plot and protagonist, but thats just my opinion.

Im the kind of person who hears something is bad, and instantly goes watch it because half of the time, its not as bad as people make it seem, with One Room, at least for me, this was the case.
One Room offers us 3 short stories with us, the spectator in the point of view of the protagonist, each one lasting 4 episodes of 4 minutes. 2 of them being about us helping the girls reach a goal, which for me were mostly enjoyable.
Yes, there is incredibly awkward and unecessary camera angles and scenes, yes the POV concept could have been handled in a way
...
better way, but overall 2 out of these 3 stories were pretty decent in my opinion, mostly the 3rd one. I have seen animes with 12 or more episodes of 24 minutes fail to tell a simple story. One Room, with all its downs, manages to do an average job at telling 3 short, cute and simple stories, and it lasts less than an hour.
I wouldn't watch it again, but its not as bad as people say it is.
