I'm going to cut through the literate bullshit and say this straight ahead -- this is easily one of the best animes I have ever seen. It has this mix of extreme morbidity, action, and serious philosophical meaning to it that you will NOT find in most shows -- and it's done perfectly. No other way to describe it. People underrating this are probably just against it because it was overhyped back when it started. Sometimes, hype is justified, and that is the case with Parasyte.
Brief summery; Cutie Shinichi is a high schooler who was attacked by a weird 'snake' parasyte that fell from the
...
sky, among with other weird snakes. The creature tried taking over his brain but due to quick thinking and a random series of events, Shinichi was able to prevent it from doing so, thus causing the parasyte to reside in his right arm and grow there. The next morning, he finds out the creature that penetrated his skin is now part of him, alive and fully able to talk. At the same time, other parasytes that managed to take over other people's brains, has started to commence murders all around japan in order to feed themselves and grow. Shinichi and his living creature attached to him start a relationship that leads to the former's goal to kill all the parasytes and end the terror.
I finished 24 episodes within two days (which had never happened before) and was hooked. Each and every episode was an adventure of its own. The characters were there for a reason and they /mattered/, each contributing to the story greatly while keeping the pace of the anime very moderated and just right. Rating this for the watching experience as a whole, Parasyte gets an absolute Perfect.
Animation was great and detailed enough to convey the terror that was happening during the episodes. As a person who does not tolerate horror at all, I was completely intrigued and entertained. Music follows suite, and although quite repetitive it felt right -- especially in battle scenes.
I highly recommend this anime to anyone even thinking of watching it. You will not be let down; this is an experience you will NOT want to miss out on.... and if you do, well, you're missing out on one of best anime experiences you will ever have.

Yamda-kun and the Seven Witches is exactly what it appears to be -- harem, with a bunch of really non-important characters that relate to the core of the story (but don't actually aid it in any way). Lots of kissing, tits, boy love, yaada. Don't take this the wrong way -- this anime was really fun to watch.
Yamada-kun is a really bad kid who's been doing whatever he wants around school, until one day he falls down the stairs and crashes against his female classmate, accidentally kissing her and switching bodies. The two find out about their abilities, then students who suspect them join the
...
group and together they start the Supernatural club. That's when they find out that there are a number of witches around school with different abilities, and... well, yeah. That's about it.
The entire anime is actually portrayed as one giant filler. Each episode jumps from one to another in a fast paced, leaving you wondering whether or not you may have skipped an episodes since the last one you saw -- and each episode, for the most part, deals with a certain witch and finding out about her powers. Yamada also admits to his own feelings, not hiding that he has fallen in love.
The anime really picks up at around the eighth episode, where Yamada's behavior actually have consequences on the people around him, and the witches' power come in and play a larger role. It even gets emotional, and actually becomes well thought-out further than I expected. The ending is satisfying and provides with great closure and resolution.
Good anime, funny and makes for a nice watch. Gets good at episode 8 and overall leaves a really good impression and taste. Would recommend to anyone who's in for something relaxing to watch.

My favorite part about Rolling Girls is how badly this anime was written regardless of the literally, undoubtedly, fucktone of potential that it had to be extremely stylish and unique. If this had a good story, I would have probably have liked it a bit, but not -- it does not have an interesting story -- or a story at all!
Only 5 episodes in, and I can safely review this anime because I know nothing interesting is going to happen later on. The first episode, which left a great impression on me, was but a bait to keep me watching with hopes for yet another

colorful, awesome fighting scene of the same sort later on. Too bad to myself, that wouldn't happen.
Tokyo is divided into 4 different mini-countries, I guess, with loli's ruling important areas over them and terrorists trying to sabotage said places using automatic vaccum cleaners with Hatsune Miku prints over them, otaku's are obsessed with man-sized afro-american figurines, golden fish statues explode on top of houses (but miraculously don't kill anyone). Sounds confusing? Yeah, I was confused, too. I still don't get what the hell was the point of all that.
Character design is fantastic, but their personality is BORING. You will NOT, under any circumstances, feel attached to a single one of them. I really liked the design and it was just enough to draw me in, but man was I disappointed. I don't even understand what they're doing there. The only reason to justify the main character being the main character, is the for the sake of the story having a main character. Yeah.
I'm going to finish this anime because I already started, and my OCD kicks in whenever I have a show resting under 'dropped', but otherwise, I'm disappointed and would NOT recommend this to anyone whatsoever. Go watch something else that is by far better and wouldn't make you waste your life.

I finished this anime a few days ago with a really good taste in my mouth. While most reviews keep mentioning the lack of actual story (and they are right), something about Amaama to Inazuma really hit home.
Story;
Kouhei, whose wife passed away less than a year ago, is the father to the seriously cute, and shining Tsumugi. Being a teacher and working to provide for himself and his daughter, Kouhei is used to buying pre-made food in order to feed his daughter, having no time or experience in cooking. When he and his daughter come across a small restaurant that happens to belong to the

mother of one of his students, Kotori, he finds out that the place is barely any open as it used to be. Intending to leave, Kotori eventually asks her teacher to stay and help her try to cook. From there on, each episode deals with their amazing adventures of cooking delicious meals.
As stated before, each episode is very repetitive with no actual plot to derive the characters. You would normally see the relationship between Kouhei and his daughter at certain situations, but that is all. This could easily get boring, if not for the theme, which I personally connect to.
Art;
It started out great. Artstyle is casual like most slice-of-life anime. Tsumugi is adorable with a unique design, the teacher is pretty cute, and Kotori looks like the casual school girl. As the anime progresses, the art gets slightly choppy and quite unpleasant to see.
Sound;
I think it was okay. I didn't really pay much attention to the music in the background, but it was cute and fitting for the moment. Ending song is so pretty, honestly.
Character;
Character progression and development is easy to happen on the anime and it's done well. Kouhei eventually learns how to cook better for his daughter and himself, Kotori gets over her fear of screwing up good dishes, etc. There isn't much development or personality to expect from this kind of anime. Tsumugi is the heart of the cast and is adorable, anyone is easy to fall in love. Other side-characters appear on 2-3 episodes, and don't contribute much.
Enjoyment;
I liked this a lot due to personal preference and relating to the subject, but otherwise, it would be very difficult for anyone else to sit through this anime. It can get easily boring, repetitive and nothing special is happening whatsoever. No actual plot, just heartwarming moments -- and that might not be enough for all.
Overall;
Giving this a 7. I personally really liked Tsumugi and her father, as well as Kotori and her friend. What really captured me was how the majority of their doings, and the reason they would normally gather to cook, was centered around Tsumugi's happiness. Being the small, cheerful girl without a mother that gets excited over delicious food and spending time with her father, it's easy to feel great affection towards her and the other characters, too. Otherwise, this anime is preferred to be watched when you're laying on the sofa and having nothing else to see on TV.

Classroom Crisis is way too far from any mainstream anime that I've ever seen. The cute design of characters and colorful approach to artstyle could be misleading as to what the core story of the show really is about. This isn't about cool kids building rocket ships, school festivals or teen drama -- nope. CC is heavily leaning on political matters, hungry corporations, and the manipulations taking place behind the scenes. If this is too much for you, then you are definitely correct about not watching this anime.
Classroom Crisis is, plainly put, about a group of bright students working as spaceship engineers, who are told

that their class is to be downsized due to the extreme expenses of their projects and very recent failure of flying one of their rocket spaceship. The cast is mostly notable for the funny and easy-going teacher, Kaito Sera, his younger sister named Mizuki, and her best friend Iris, the main pilot for projects. Together, they fight against the corporation responsible for them that is trying to shut them down.
Storywise, however, CC is as heavy as politics can go. Most anime featuring students would differ them by design and personality, as well as focus on the teenagers in play. This show does not rely on any of these, considering that A-TEC is only a small dot on the entire story map. The concept of gifted children working on rocketships is just a device to attract younger audience to the anime, in order to make up for what would be a story focusing heavily on politics, money and greed. If you checked out CC because of the cute Mizuki smiling at you with the rainbow over her head, then you'd be in for quite the surprise.
Otherwise, the anime is quite enjoyable. Even if most viewers wouldn't identify with the concept of elections and huge corporations trying to take over the world, sympathizing with the characters is easy since they are quite likeable, and very fun to watch. I personally found the character development to be great, and the romance happened just when it was needed, without taking much space of the plot. Some characters also do a good job keeping the anime funny and relieving, with Angelina-sensei being extremely funny to me whenever she appeared.
Art isn't top notch, but done right and looks good. Colorful, futuristic and really fun. Only a bunch of characters really stand out among the others, but that isn't much of a big issue. It's easier to track the main characters because of that, and relate to them more often than not.
Giving this an 8 for great art, great storytelling, nice characters and overall a story well-thought out. Give this a thought if you're in for something more mature, but also light and not too nerve-wrecking to watch.

Red Data Girl? More like Red Filler Girl, because that's what the entire anime is about -- fillers, and tons of them, that has nothing to do with the main core of the anime.
Izumuki Suzahara is a foruteen years-old teenager who, ever since she could remember, has been living in a rather secluded woods area, away from most people's sight. She is called the Red Data Girl, or like the opening explains it, "A girl in danger of going inextinct." She is apparently carrying some sort of goddess with her, whom appears at random times when she wishes to say or do something important. Otherwise,

Izumuki is a girl secluded from the world in order to keep herself safe from people that would want to hurt her and use her powers for the bad. Along her joins Miyuki, a teenager of the same age that was chosen to manservice the goddess for the rest of his life.
RDG is mostly based upon Japanese culture and folklore, history and symbols which might be confusing to one person, but the main issues that lies within the anime isn't the heavy lean towards cultural characteristics, but the really bad storytelling done throughout the entire anime. There are many issues discussed, that -- to the the very last episode -- you wouldn't understand, and couldn't pick on on your own. Even if you tried, you'd still have no idea what was going.
Characters are likeable, though no very important, and sometimes just really shady and odd. They would act very friendly and the next episode, go crazy and dramatically serious for no reason. This confused me more often than not, and honestly brought me to avoid liking ANY of them.
Art is extremely good, scenery looks great and I personally also really liked the ending songs. Synthetically, this anime is perfect to anyone that likes pretty faces.
Overall, I kept watching since I was excited about Miyuki-kun, considering that he was the only hot character there, and in a sense -- the voice of reason. Otherwise, I wouldn't actually recommend this to anyone. It's sad to see so many resources go to waste on a really weak anime.

I won't be saying much about Cheer Danshi!! Since the description is up below, but if you plan on watching this, you're in for a unique, laid-back, and overeall very enjoyable sports anime.
Cheer Danshi!! deals with two best friends, Haru -- an ex-judo sports guy, and Kazu -- a happy-go-luck young man. They are both attending university, with Kazu offering the idea to start up an all-male cheerleader club after being inspired by old recordings of his deceased parents, who used to be teammates on a cheerleader group. From there on, the two friends search for more of the university students to join them in

order to form up a team big enough to compete. As the story unfolds, Kazu reaches his goal and Haru learns to overcome the hardships that stopped him from feeling more free and doing the things that he love.
Cheer Danshi!! has all the same characateristics of most sports anime -- team consisted of many different perosnalities with a few shining more than the others, hot guys, really dramatic practices and so on. Regardless, the anime is mostly noble, in my opinion, for presenting sports as something fun that they would be doing for the sake of their enjoyment and friendship. The BREAKERS practice to compete and win, though Kazu's initial decision come from creating a place for him and his friend to feel at home. Most members of the team are new to the scene of cheerleading, because they're there to have fun.
The story isn't very intriguing, but should be emotional at some points. Haru and Kazu are very relateable and loveable as well, being the main characters of the show. I recommend this piece to people who aren't all about the sports in anime, but in for a new experience that they most likely have not experienced before.
The art is great, music is very nice and up-beat. Cheer Danshi!! is yet another sports anime that does what it's supposed to do, while keeping it fun and fresh.

The real mystery here, is how could anyone produce 22 episodes for one of the easily most boring animes this planet has ever known. Everyone rating Hyouka over six is either biased or just really illusive. No, I'm not trolling; keep on reading.
Hyouka is your typical slice-of-life anime that deals with a group of high school students living everyday with their school club surrounding their little, personal stories. Over 22 episodes, the main protagonist (Oreki) is a laid-back, bored, and unmotivated teenager who's been trying his hardest to "conserve energy" by doing the minimum in every aspect of his life. That includes facial expressions, too.

He's got his happy-go-luck friend, a cute and naive classmate who is ideally the main love interest of the story, and her friend, too. Together, they solve mysteries that has been happening around the school.
Only, each episode (or most of them) that deals with a certain issue taking place on said episode is done really badly. The mysteries are so boring, I don't think anyone actually cared about them being solved. If you expected suspense of sorts or being somewhat intrigued, then parish the thought -- you won't find any of that here. Oreki is always the one to come up with the brightest solution to them and being the leader of the group whilst still being really uninterested in... well, any of it.
Yeah, I get it's slice-of-life, but there is practically nothing interesting about this anime whatsoever. The mysteries are boring and drag on and on, characters are likeable but really unrelateable, and even for the shippers of the main show -- neither Oreki or his love interest show any signs to each other whatsoever. If you thought you'd get anything in the ending, scratch that; anyone spoiling you what is happening in the last episode won't actually be spoiling anything, because /nothing/ happens there. Oops.
Hyouka is beautifully crafted, drawn and animated, with very nice character designs, theme songs and what not -- but otherwise, the show is lacking, and lacking big. I really wanted to love this anime, but the only reason I finished it was so that I wouldn't have to change its status to "dropped" on MAL.
