Well hello there, welcome to one of my spoiler free reviews! It's where I give my thoughts on a particular series - story, characters, art and so on, without spoiling a thing. And afterwards I hope you'll be closer to your answer whether to watch it or not. P.S. This time I'm writing, including also the second part of the 1st season, but don't worry I'll address both parts and without any further a do, let's dive in!
So let's start with the story, there are a ton of reasons why I would recommend this anime to anyone and there's no doubt that the story would
...
be a part of it. Nowadays we all know the "Isekai" type of anime with it's main premise having a person reincarnate or transfer to another world, but this time it isn't your generic story, as it might seem at the start. It's much more complex and fleshed out. Like it actually feels real to some extent and it would be probably one of the closest to reality. And I kid you not, now that I think about it, it kinda reminds me of "Gate", one of my favorite stories. The story telling is similar to it, being more grounded and not so over the top. So what I'm trying to say is that, it might take it's time, going on a journey and everything, but it sure is worth it. There are a lot of interactions and dialogue happening between the main character and everyone else and you'll see some amazing plot twists, that you wouldn't even expect at all. (Trust me, the plot twisting will blow your mind away, well, at least, it did mine.) And everything together really makes you want to see more, to which I can mention that in second part of the season, a lot of stuff goes down and you'll probably be stuck in your seat until you finish everything. I usually try not to hype up anyone, but goddamn, all I've said till this point and after this, it's just facts, which makes me want to mark it as a hidden gem of highest quality, period.
For example let's go further into the characters. Everything is written so well, that I can see the story working even when it would be just about the main character. Because there's a lot of character development going on with the story progressing as it is. A lot of things are unknown and given further to explore, for example, you'll see a major difference between the character at the start of the season and at the end, plus you will learn more of MC history also. And this pretty much applies to everyone, since all of them are deeply integrated in the story. And what I also liked was the care for the bad guys in the story, since they are not some typical generic type being more interesting. So no matter where you will look, each character will feel pretty real, with their own unique personality and interests.
And to put the cherry on top, you've got frickin amazing art style and music that comes with it. Like even the openings that pretty much everyone at some point does skip for other titles, are made in way, that it's intriguing and enjoyable, oh and unique.
So finally, we are at the end, and it's time to give my ratings, which by no surprise is 10/10 for both parts. The first part of the season is made to ease you in, showing you all of the characters and let's you get use to them, so my only nitpick is that it kinda gets a bit slower than I would like, but there's a good reason for it, since afterwards a lot stuff will happen, that will make you feel anxious and worry for them, which is a thumbs up from me.
God, this was a long review, so I'll stop there and my wish again is that it helped at least a little and have fun watching! I'm OUT!

Well hello there, congrats, you've found one of my rare, spoiler free reviews! It's basically where I take a title, like for example this one and talk about it's story, characters, artstyle and so on. And if you're wondering why I chose this one, well, it's because it really deserves more appreciation and love, since it's pretty underrated due to the CGI aspects of it. And before I start, I want to mention that I'm definitely NOT a fan of CGI, for various reasons and I could probably count on one hand, how many CGI anime I have watched. And so, Let's BEGIN!
As always I
...
will start with the story, and one thing I can say for sure, is that this story feels pretty unique. It truly shows that even with a small amount of characters, you can create some pretty interesting plot. It flows well and it is a pretty wholesome experience. And if you think about it, the story feels almost on the border of being a slice of life, which is weird, but cool. As for the story progression, I think it's ok, like I mentioned before about the slice of life aspect, because of it, the progression felt slower, while actually it wasn't. It's kinda weird, but it didn't bother me at all, it almost made sense in a way, since then you get the chance to get closer to the characters and they themselves can get to know each other a little bit more. So it felt great and refreshing to see something new, that you can casually enjoy.
The characters, right. While I can say that the main character's siblings or some of the other characters don't seem like super original, it still felt great to watch and was very enjoyable. But why? I guess it's more like this, you've got more or less the usual characters, but the layout for them is totally different from what I've seen before. This I think is one of the unique parts of it, because it creates new situations and combinations, that no one has really tried before. I like it. And with the simple concept of the story and main character's problem, this adds a lot to the interactions and behavior of the other characters, making it one heck of an experience.
Now for the artstyle and music. As you know, this particular anime is built fully in CGI and I can see how people could just push it aside because of it. But towards those people, I have something to say "Do you really think, that CGI is the same as 10 or 15 years ago?", cause it really isn't. While it is still developing like all of the other arts, the quality has gone up quite a lot and you might be surprised, just how much that is. The only issue that I have towards the CGI is the framerate, it just needs to be 60fps or atleast close to it, since it's not a traditional anime, and even there they spent a long time to fake the framerate and make it fluent. In CGI there are just simply different rules and you have an actual physics engine involved. But when they will nail the correct framerate, it will be perfect. Another important thing I wanna mention, everything is still hand animated, the movements, the gestures and even facial expressions. You might be asking why not use a motion capture suit, and the answer is quite simple, because then it's not an anime anymore. Art, most of the time, has no shortcuts, it's only about perseverance, hard work and self-development. And this applies to voice acting and singing too. When you watch the anime, the characters feel great also because of the work put in by the actors. You can see that they have practiced a lot, especially for that once scene envolving music. That one I liked a lot both from the music and from the story side aswell.
So in the end I give it a solid 9/10. Most of it, is for the framerate issue and a little bit for the character uniqueness. And after reading all of this, if you are still not sure, then you're free to watch it and tell how I am wrong about everything. :D
That's it from me and PEACE, I'M OUT! ^^

Well hello there and congrats, you've found one of my spoiler free reviews! And if you're reading this, then you're probably wondering whether or not to watch this title and while I could say the short answer, "yes.., yes you goddamn should", I will give you a little bit more, where I talk about the story, characters, artstyle and so on. So let's BEGIN!
I will start with the story. What interested me so much and just drags me in, is the way everything is built. I've seen many titles, but, in my opinion, none of them were as successful as this one and here's why.
...
You've got a very wide and fleshed out environment, with just brilliant ideas and characters and it really feels alive. The reason why I'm talking so positive about it, is because sometimes writers who are using a source for writing, whether it is a mythological, fictional or a real story, they don't fully grasp the amount of info that is at their disposal. They only use what's on the surface, but there's a lot more deep within and the more you see, the more you are able to write, to change and implement. This very crucial, because otherwise you get an ''Ok-ish" story, with not a lot background and it will be hard to write something that's truly good. That's why this story is so damn good, because the writer did his research and knows what he/she is doing.
Now for the characters, further continuing what I said, it seems that the writer studied greek mythology at some point. And that is very cool for many reasons and because of this, the writer was able to create some truly unique characters, each having their own personality, that is pretty well thought through. The MC is also very cool, having his own secrets, that even he doesn't know, but one thing is for sure, that once all the cards are played out, it will be very interesting and worth watching. So, I'm excited for the journey ahead, since the interactions between the characters and the world itself haven't failed me yet, and they probably won't in the future.
As for the anime artstyle and music, well, it's really good. J.C Staff is a relatively old studio and they've been improving, pretty much since the beginning, hence the reason of the sheer amount of popular titles that they have. So, if you have watched something from their huge ass library, you pretty much know what kind of quality to expect here and you probably won't go wrong with this one. The art is good and together with the amazing music that they chose, it really makes me even have goosebumps and tears of joy, which is pretty rare.
Finally, I give it a solid 10/10 and even then, if you are still not sure. Then atleast do it for the waifus.
That's all from me for today, and till next time, PEACE, I'M OUT! ^^

Hello there, you have found one of my rare spoiler free reviews. It's a thing that I do once in a while, where I give my thoughts on an anime in many areas like story, characters, artsyle and so on. Also, I know the manga, new one and original one, but I'm writing only about the anime. And I guess if you are reading this, you might be looking for answers, for whether it's good or not. The short answer is of course that it's good, but I wouldn't necessarily say that it's the best romance anime, like some people might suggest. And here's why:
We
...
dive into the main problem/issue that it has and that is in it's story. Now don't worry I'm not saying that the plot is bad or anything of that sort, so you can put your swords and pitchforks away. The thing that I want to address is the pacing of the story, I thought that it was just me who felt that something was off when watching it, but there were others also, like there were times when out of nowhere you would just suddenly get depressed which is weird, when watching a particular anime with these kind of genre tags. But the problem isn't exactly that you get depressed, it's that it happens like for example a graph that has a more or less straight line, but suddenly drops straight down for a little bit and then bam it just jumps back into place. I think this because it needs another tag "Drama", but even then it wouldn't justify it. I think what happened was that the writer couldn't decide what he wanted to do, a rom/com, drama or both and it's sad because the story can easily be any of those, since it's plot is written really well, but the indecision led to this. That's why you get comments where half say it's the best, while the other half is just depressed, but both watch it because the plot is really good and I'm not gonna lie, it's weird. :D Of course I could find nitpicks like, for example, plot armor on one of the girl characters, which kinda made sense, but sucked ass, since there was barely any character development or backstory or story overall. That kind of thing. :D But I won't do that okay, since it's good a decent anime and I don't want to be looked at like I'm just trashing it. :D
NOW, let's talk about some other things. Characters, really good, great design, each have such a defined personality that they almost feel realistic and they go really well with the story. The slice of life aspects are done really well, you get to see every character's pretty much daily life, there are dozens of places where characters meet up and it makes the whole world really wide and engaging. I also like how well the emotions are being portrayed, the studio did a really good job on that, but it also doesn't surprise me, when I checked what titles they have done before. But I'm glad that we had a good team of animators for this title, because it deserves it. The quality is top notch, same goes for the sound guys and of course the groups playing the opening and ending songs.
Finally, we are at the end and my energy level is also. So, I guess after everything that I've said, I give it a solid 8, since you can write the best plot, best characters, but if you don't make a proper choice for the story, it will not come together as well as you might have hoped and people will end up seeing the rough edges. It had the potential for being one of the best and you can definitely see it. I hope that this helped atleast a little bit and have fun watching! Peace I'm out! ^^

Alright, alright, alright! It is time for a spoiler free review!!! If it's your first time seeing something like this, then welcome and if you're the person who read atleast one of my other reviews, then you're even more welcome! :D This season has been really good and in this review, I will try to give some of my thoughts about it, story, characters, artstyle, the whole shazam! (of course without spoilers) And let's begin!
Let's start with the story. Well, in the previous season's review, I mentioned a thing that happens legitimately at the start of 2nd season and how much I didn't like the
...
decision that the writer took, towards which I haven't forgotten. But if you're interested, you can read that review and you'll know. As for everything else in this season, it felt great. The pacing, the characters, the plot, everything was done really well. It's also the first time that I see the story being so good, that it almost makes the artstyle problems not matter at all, since you're constantly engaged in it and don't notice anything else. :D The first season was already good, but this one would beat it if not for that shitty move that I mentioned at the start. This season has so much going on, with character development, relations between them, plotwise also, you've got a grand mission, but the small ones are also super interesting, with a lot of things going on. It almost makes me question why didn't other studios take it and most importantly how is it so underrated, with a rating of 6.87 (at the moment of writing), it's absurd. But yeah, it's not very often that writers actually utilize everything they create, for example the worlds, time periods are being used perfectly, which makes it even more unique. I understand if someone looks at it with the first glance, thinking that it's just another isekai, but that's just the surface. Underneath this one has a completely different approach, making it actually feel like something you haven't seen anywhere else. The more you see, the more wider the world feels. Tremendously good job!
Now a little bit about the characters. There is definitely a chraracter development going on, but there could be more. Because some of the characters tend to act like kids, not caring about the world around them, which sometimes can get frustrating, because the weakest one of them all is who's doing most, if not, all of the work, while they just complain all the time. I understand, they are kids, and that's how kids act, but come on, when people die around you and you know they are real people, I think even a child would care more. Towards which I really liked the new addition to the group, because now the main character doesn't need to deal with it all by himself. But even though there are these problems, it's kinda good to see them suffer (the guys who complain) from time to time and it also creates a good dynamic storywise, making the main character feel more like realistic hero.
Artstyle has improved a tiny bit, no major ups or downs, but it's kinda sad for me to see an anime with such a good story have a little bit disappointing artstyle, since there are some pretty mediocre story anime out there with better animation than here. But I know they are trying their best, so I will keep holding my thumbs, in hope, that they make the next season even better. Also the opening song is a banger, good choice!
Overall, I think it's been a while, since I actually tried to do a relative detailed review. But how can you not, when you see that it's so much better than the ratings say it is. So in the end it's hard to choose, I don't want to give it a 9, but I also cannot give it a 10, so my final decision is a 9.5/10, people may hate me for it, since it's more than I gave for Horimiya (there were good reasons), but this is a HANDS DOWN hidden gem and it deserves it.

Well, Hi there! If you are reading this you found one of my spoiler free reviews! It's where I try to give you more or less an idea of what to expect, so that it would be easier for you, the watcher, to decide whether or not it's worth your while! So without any further ado, LET'S BEGIN!
First, I will give some context about my position in this, before I decided to watch the movie and even doing this review. I usually try to take the neutral ground in reviews (otherwise it wouldn't be much of a review, now would it) and in this case
...
it was the same. After the second season I felt like I was in a meh position, because of some of the flaws it had and I actually even took a brake from SAO, because I felt like it's going to be the same deal as with the second season where half was meh and the other half was actually really good (if you want more context, you can check my review on it) and after watching it I also talked to my friend who was like "Oh, the movie was terrible, you can definitely skip it". So, I had a dilemma, "Should I continue?", "What if it turns out to be also the same story here?", "What if it gets worse?" and then the last thought after a lot of debating "But what if it actually turns out to be good?..." And with that glimmer of hope I went "FECK IT, I'LL SEE FOR MY SELF" and watched it today and got reminded to never fully listen to others.
This movie was what I wanted to see for the second season, the pacing, design, story telling, music, you name it, was done the way that it should've been for a long time. If you have read my the reviews from the first two seasons, then you already know some of the problems that they had and well in this movie I finally saw them as resolved. The flow is finally even throughout the whole story and no more weird setting or story transition in the middle of everything, none of that. The story is good and really enjoyable and it works really well with the first and second season. But there are two small things that I have to say. One, is about some of the details in the premise, the plot is good, but in practice, I think the idea about the new vr system that is mentioned in the description about the movie, is not fully thought through, it's close, but not done. Physics matter a little bit even in an anime or a manga, otherwise people's emersion gets taken away just a teeny tiny bit, because everything is happening in the real world. Second, is the part almost at the end with the MC, all I'm saying is this, there could've been just a little more, especially if you take in consideration the effort that was put in just before that, otherwise it feels a little bit lackluster.
Next I guess will be a little bit about the characters. I can't thank them enough for finally giving everyone some proper screen time and not making them just as a decoration in the background. Everyone gets a decent amount of it and all of the fans can finally jump in joy, knowing that they will see them properly this time and not just have a glimpse of them. Characters look as awesome as always and maybe even better this time, since the jump in quality can definitely be seen everywhere.
And yeah, this time the team have definitely outdone themselves. Since the environment looks phenominal and with the characters it's close to perfect, like at some point it reminded me of the ridiculous amount of detail and work that was in the Fate/Series. The fights look really good and with the amazing soundtrack, it feels just right.
In the end, I give it a solid 9,5/10, I seriously would like to put max for this, but there were those two small flaws, so if you want you can always round it to a 10. XD This is definitely something that I would recommend to someone who has watched SAO before, and especially to those who felt that the second season could've been better, since this will get them back to hyping in no time. But if you're new to the whole Sword Art Online thing, well, you might like the movie, but I would suggest that you watch the first two seasons, since you will know more about the world and characters and will be more attached to them too.
Now, I will continue my journey in SAO, so I will see you next time! PEACE, I'M OUT! ^^

Hi, if you are wondering to what this, well it's one of my rare, spoiler free, reviews for those who can't decide if they should watch the anime series or more like for those who need a small insight, to help them choose. Like I said before, it's spoiler free and as promised here's the review for 2nd season of Sword Art Online. And without any further ado, let's begin!
I will start with the story. Well, I don't know how it was for the others, but for me the first half of the story didn't really excite me. Don't get me wrong it's not like
...
it was super bad, but it felt like the main character (and not to mention the others from first season) didn't get the light that they deserved. Of course it kinda makes sense, since you see a new character show up and from a story telling point, most of the attention will probably be focused on that person instead of the others, but atleast there's a good reason. Since the first half is about rehab and for more than just the new character, the main one also. The reason why we only see it now is because the first season was about saving people, so there was no time. Now I will continue on the second half of the story, to which I can only say, that it's sad, very sad, but goddamn good. To me the second half makes everything a lot better, since we finally see one of the main characters of the first season finally get some screen time, because otherwise it would be kinda unfair (if you have watched the 1st season you'll know). So, if you have the same problem as me in the first half of the story, then don't worry since it will get better.
Now a little bit about the characters and other things. I mentioned the fact about characters not getting enough screen time and well there's a good reason, there are a lot of them and each of these characters are really well made, each of them has their own unique characteristics, this makes them very memorable and relatable. Not many anime can actually pull this off with this amount of characters, but somehow they did it and now we have another character to join them. Combined with the really good art and sound design from A-1 Pictures, there's not much to say, only that it's a really well done job and it's not a surprise, since it's them.
Overall, I give it a 7/10, since it had a rough start, but later, it did redeem itself and in the end was worth the watch. Also I wanna add a quick note that the reason why I didn't mention anything from the manga is because I review the anime and nothing else. Plus, I always try to review and rate everything in the most neutral way possible, fan or no fan, since just because I or somebody else doesn't like something, doesn't mean it's bad. So, as always, I encourage the watcher, you, to decide by yourself, since you're the one who can tell if you will like it or not and hey, if you can't decide even after this large amount of text (I'm sorry, I do try to make it short XD), try maybe an episode or two to see for yourself what it is about.
So, enough of my yabbing, have fun, peace I'm out! ^^

Hi, if you're reading this, then you have found one of my "small" (I do try to keep it as short as possible, but it never ends small) and rare reviews about an anime or a anime series, to let people know what to expect, since there are a bunch of elitists and haters and so on, who could make it hard to figure out if it's worth watching or not. It's spoiler free, so no need to worry about it. And so,
LET'S BEGIN!
Now, I've been thinking about writing a review for this for a quite some time, though I never did it until
...
now, since there is a lot of content to go through. It's also one of the reasons, why I'm going to do a review on each season separately, so if you're interested, keep an eye on the comments section for each of the seasons. I'm rewatching everything mainly because it has been some time since I watched sword art online and now there are new seasons that I haven't even watched yet and I'm a little bit interested to what's instore for me.
So, let's dive in, a little bit into the story's structure, characters and things like that. I will start with an issue or more like a feeling that I had about the few last episodes, they felt more like an ova or even a movie that should've come out, since it's a part of the story, but the setting changed a little bit and it's only the last episodes. It's nothing major, but something felt off, I think they wanted it to be separate, but the amount of episodes wasn't large enough, so they put everything together. But it's remarkable to how well the story is written, even now, rewatching it for the third or fourth time, it still manages to make me interested and to give me an emotional feeling towards pretty much everything. The world is really made, maybe it's just me, but living in the modern day, it kinda makes you think about the premise of it and the more you watch it, you become more attached to the characters and setting that it has. Yes, it's anime and yeah, the emotions are a little bit cranked up higher then they normally would be, but in the end it's kinda realistic and to a point that it's a little bit scary.
As for the characters, you might be expecting this, but they are pretty well made. Everyone has a unique design, and there are a few small details that some might not notice, so I will say only this keep an eye on the characters outfits at the start (first episode I think), you might notice that the outfits are similar or even identical for some of the characters and considering the place and setting, it makes sense. Of course it might seem not as a big deal, but it's cool to see it. As for dialogue, it's good. There will be things different from the manga and that is normal and I will also address the hate comments a little bit later, to give more context on everything. The interactions are not always perfect, there will always be some cliche thing in every anime, but I would say it's close to perfect.
Another thing I want to talk about is the art design and sound in it, since no one ever does that, which makes it kinda sad, since man, for example, the music is really good and I'm not just talking about the openings or ending themes, the music in whole series is really good and quite enjoyable. And with the art style, that was so the ridiculously well made by A1 Pictures, there's no wonder to why it became such a major hit, when it came out. It's truly a job well done, since we need to remember that back then, having high detail tools, like 4k or even 8k drawing tablets, weren't even available back then.
Finally, I want to address the haters and elitists, that kinda make it a bad experience for newcomers to this series. One of the main things that makes them boil is knowing that a small part of the characters monologue wasn't also in the anime, this is true, but I haven't seen a single anime to this day, that has been made exactly the same way that it was in the manga. And I think others will agree. Also, just because something wasn't in the anime, doesn't make it bad, if you look only at the anime itself, it is totally fine, good even. I have even seen instances where they simply hate the main character's voice actor in another anime, just because they didn't like Sword art online.
So if you read any hate comments, please ignore them and try to see it for yourself, since by the end of the day, you're the one who's watching.
In the end I give it a solid 9.5/10, there were some small things, but I can't deny the fact that it's really good and if someone likes isekai anime, it definitely should be on their "plan to watch" list.
I hope that any of my yabbing was useful and have watching,
PEACE, I'm out! ^^

Hi, it is time for another "small" review, but don't worry, since there aren't any spoilers here. This review is something that I do from time to time, where I write more or less, about every aspect of the anime and add my thoughts on it aswell. So, after this, you should have atleast somekind of an idea, if to watch it or not. And without further ado, LET'S BEGIN!
I guess I will start with the basics. Does it hold up even now? I think this is a good question to ask about this anime, since it was aired in 2011 for the first time.
...
You might say that it wasn't too long ago, but it has been almost ten years and in the anime industry a lot of things can change. But no worries because it still holds up pretty well. Yes, you can feel the gritty feeling that a lot of anime titles had back in the day, but otherwise I think it held up pretty well.
Though I cannot say it's perfect. I don't really know how to exlain it, but even though the anime was pretty action packed and there was a lot stuff happening most of the time, it still felt like it was lacking something. It felt like it needed some more umpf to it. Like, some of the episodes felt plain. Of course, story wise, the information you're getting is not bad, it's just that it feels like nothing is going on sometimes and this was my biggest issue with it. Another problem that I might have, is with the main character, since a lot times, his decisions just don't feel realistic at all. I know it is possible that it's part of the story and it's meant to be like that (because some characters do mention his attitude), but still.
Now for the good stuff. The story was so well written that you don't know what to expect and not only that, it is kinda written in a complicated way too. Which you can notice only after finishing the series, including the one episode that came out a year after. But, it makes sense and without it, I guess the anime wouldn't be so good or popular. The artstyle was also really good, the only problem I have (personal preference I guess) is the color palette, that they use. I just don't like it. It feels like 50 shades of gray, but only in a literal sense XD, but, fun fact, in the episode that was release a year after, it was changed. ANYWAY, the audio was well done, I like the first OP song the most, it was really good and I think it showed a really nice preview of what to expect from this anime. So, for the most part, job well done!
Finally, I give this anime an 8/10 because it's not perfect, there are some unpolished corners left to fix. It's good, but don't expect too much from it, since there is stuff that you will want to go through as fast as possible (possibly from boredom), but if you get to the end, it will be worth it and remember to also watch the extra episode, that came after (trust me it will be worth it).
I hope this will give you some insight on it and have fun watching it. PEACE, I'M OUT!

Hi, if you are reading this, you have found one of my spoiler free reviews, where I try to give my thoughts on a particular anime, so that you would know if it's worth watching or not. I'll try to keep it "as short as possible" and let's begin!
A few days ago I thought that I should finally go through all of the fate/series, since I had watched all of Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay night (all three routes until Heaven's feel 2nd movie) and some of the separate Fate titles too. And what better title to start with, if not with this, that has 3 seasons and
...
movies + ova's, but is it worth it? Yes, yes it was and here's why.
When I started watching this series I wasn't exactly hyped about the magical girls in a Fate world. Of course I knew, that somehow it would be connected to the main idea, but never like this. (in a good way) You could probably watch this without even checking the original titles, but you would miss a lot of the small things and details that were in anime. My recommendation is that you watch atleast Fate/Zero before this and if possible also Fate/Stay Night, there is a reason for it and I will explain it a little bit later.
So, as for the story, from what I have seen so far, which is till the latest (at this moment) ova movie "PRISMA☆PHANTASM", is that it's really well written. It progresses at a nice pace, where it makes you think that it's just another magical girl anime and just slowly goes total Fate mode. It's so good that I barely can hold myself from not telling a bunch of spoilers connected to it, but don't worry I won't tell you, because it would be a waste to spoil it. It makes sense that the writer made a separate story for this MC (main character) because in the title Fate/Stay night, where MC showed up for the first time, she didn't exactly have a lot of screen time, even though she was kinda an important character plot wise and I'm happy that she got her own title. As for the other characters, I don't really see any real problem there, yeah, sometimes you get the usual anime tropes where emotions are a little bit weird or amplified, but that's in every anime, so I cannot exactly call that a flaw, plus the characters are young, so it makes sense if they sometimes act like a child, because they are. Another thing that I could mention is that this story is a bit easier to watch then some of the other titles and I think that anyone will agree with me on that.
Design wise, no problem here at all, the art style is a bit different from the other Fate titles, but in the 3 season (I think) it gets a few small tweaks. It was probably because of fan recommendations or they just felt that they need to keep some of the original looks from Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay night. Though, even if they wouldn't have made a change, I think it still would be good anyway. And combined with the excellent audio design that is IN LITERALLY EVERY FATE TITLE, it makes it stand well next to the other Fate titles. Plus, fun fact that I noticed later, is that this might be a separate continuation of Fate/Zero, just like Fate/Stay night, which is why I said, that you could miss a few things, so, you might want to consider my previous offer, before starting this title.
Overall I give this anime a solid 9, because when you look at everything together, you can see how well it has been planned and written. Yeah, some of the ova's are not the greatest, but at the same time, it doesn't ruin the main story in any shape or form, besides you get some nice scenes from time to time too. *wink *wink ¬‿¬
I think you're already tired from me so, I hope this helps and have fun watching, PEACE! XD
