A phenomenal addition to the Jujutsu Kaisen universe fleshing out many major and supporting characters of the main series. The start of the film can be somewhat difficult to get through as the main protagonist repeatedly calls back to his past. This can however be overlooked by the great action and good story telling. It really begins to ramp up in the last quarter as everything comes to a satisfying conclusion. I'm not embarrassed to admit that it made me shed a few tears. But if you're a fan of the main series then there really isn't any reason you shouldn't check this out.

Space☆Dandy (Anime) add
Space Dandy has phenomenal animation and art with some decent sound effects but with its non continuity based nature it makes it incredibly difficult to care about what happens each episode. There is only one that comes to mind where I genuinely enjoyed watching it being Episode 5. This being the main protagonist Dandy capturing a young orphan alien girl under the pretense of delivering her to the alien registration center. As the episode progresses the two begin to become close leading to a very heartwarming and satisfying ending. Every single other episode failed miserably when it came to introducing an engaging story that made ...

Wit Studio does it again producing a beautiful piece of anime. The story however is a bit lacking and fails on keeping the viewer effectively engaged. Because of its short run time it attempts to compress a lot of information and make the viewer guess at what has happened. This could have been avoided with some more time spent on the introduction of the film. However the characters continue on to try and reclaim a zone that was taken by the Kabane not being a station for whatever reason that eludes me.

An emphasis is placed on how the infection works with it heavily being based ...

Koutetsujou no Kabaneri has an incredibly steam punk shogun style unlike anything I've witnessed in anime before. This style along with the premise of Zombies(Kabane) forcing the human race into stations so they can survive is an incredible premise. Their mode of transportation between stations is done through the use of armored trains which transport from one station to the next. The concept is flawed however in the very first episode this whole system comes crumbling down. You would think that if this has such a massive impact on the lives of everyone in the stations they would place more safety precautions to prevent this. ...

Kanata no Astra delves into the much debated psychological discussion of nature vs nurture. Using its diverse cast of interesting characters it creates many good points through the actions of each person. Space can be a cold, treacherous place and this show doesn't shy away from that but rather embraces it. Uses this engaging theme to tell a story through multiple perspectives, all culminating into one decisive conclusion. But as appealing as its narrative is the show isn't without faults.

While excelling in its character story telling making the viewer want more by the end of every episode, there are many downfalls. One of these glaring ...

Mixed Feelings
Sounan desu ka displays an incredible understanding of survival skills and techniques showcasing them in situations that make sense. There are times where something was done with some information as to why something should work but in practice would just ultimately fail. I mean throwing a phone battery at a shark to make it flee from the electric field it generates is utterly absurd. These occurrences however are far and few in between. I often found myself thinking that the way they handled dealing with certain problems was very smart. The characters would then quickly ruin this feeling with terrible personality.

The main survivalist Homare is ...
