A lot of people didn’t like this animation style but I personally did like it, It was creepy and human-like but also not that added to the stories confusion as the main character went on a journey of trying to find himself. The attention to detail was also very good, I love the camera close up to the features of the characters. I don’t even know where I beginning to start with this manga, This is the type of manga to make you feel so many different emotions as you find out the real meaning to things and what actually happened, How the man character goes on a journey of confusion, doubt, and fearfulness as he slowly finds out about his mothers narcissistic personality and protectiveness. This is manga is really disturbing but not in a ‘I can’t believe the author drew that’ type of way but how realistic the characters are.

I first tried reading this awhile ago, I couldn’t get through it because I thought it was just about some Prevy guy reliving his memories or whatever.. When I was clearing through my want to read list I found it again and decided to give it another try,. And I didn’t regret it. The art style had two beautiful styles contrasting against each other and the characters as different personalities, and goals came to light. I remember watching the anime first of this on YouTube, when I was younger and falling in love. The first thing I noticed when reading this was how amazing the art-style was— I don’t think it was very different compared to another stories I’ve read, But rather the author was just very talented.. and loved drawing Prevy characters and boobs lol. The art definitely drew me in as well as the main characters ways of thinking— Honestly he was really annoying, but relatable in a real sense. I actually watched the first episode of the anime, But got bored. I saw there was a manga and decided to give it a try and god.. It was so good. It’s basically about this old man, just wanting to do everything for his family- But they are very selfish.. One day he goes on a walk with his dog and gets hit by some white light. God.. Where do I start. This story is basically about a old man wanting to do ballet, Because he didn’t have the opportunity when he was younger. He goes to a small studio where he meets his future dance coach and a younger student, Unknowingly- They would become dancing best friends..
Honestly this story is so emotional— Not to the point of tears, But as the story starts to hit its climax. There are so many challenges for the old man, Not only his family but because of his old age. This definitely deserves a read. The ending always gets me..

This anime is very cute— Something to take your mind off things.. Very innocent and heartfelt. The main characters are such beautiful characters with their own personalities that shape the story. The songs are somewhat childish I would say, But at the same time they are like 17.. Plus the cute upbeat, easy lyric songs really add to them if that makes sense. I feel like the music choice and the way the make and deliver it just adds onto how perfect and beautiful their characters are.
All of the songs are in English oddly, but I like that factor too I guess.

This is a great anime, and manga and definitely deserves to have more fans. Though, all the main characters are japanese the author does add POC when the character goes to America and in different tennis matches with made me happy but I also couldn’t help but laugh at the main characters hair in every scene. I can’t really remember this story to full details but I remember always having to hide my phone and computer screen scared my parents would walk in on a misleading scene lmao.
