This manga starts slow, but oh boy does it get better. I watched Tokyo revengers, which looses it's steam near the end. Out is in my opinion a lot better than Tokyo revengers, and you can clearly see some similarities between the two. I would say that Tokyo revengers took some things from this manga, such as the captain of the main gang Tanzawa Atsushi, a girlish boy with blonde long hair that is a total op psycho, he is so similar to Mikey. This is the best spring anime for me. Everything is beautiful, but story and sound is amazing. But.. there is one major flaw, that I wish they will fix in the future, when 2nd season hopefully comes out, and that is the Art. True Pain. That's what I felt watching this anime, it's beautiful and sad. It has a slow start but don't let that fool you, story just opens up after like 3rd or 4th episode.
