The Sequel to Made in abyss, The second season gets going alot quicker and gets into the messed up shit faster which i prefer since the first few dragged of season 1.
Art - 8/10 - I have a few issues with the animation, for the most part its pretty good, but there is a clearly heavier reliance on CGI this season, which for the most part looks decent but CGI will drag anything down unless its amazing.
Characters - 9/10 - A huge fan of almost all characters in this show now, even the villains dont feel villainous for no reason, Still dont like Riko as

Story - 10/10 - Stays messed up, Stays true to the first season and stays entertaining, a more action based season is something that did help it, another slower paced season like season 1 would have dragged the 13.5 episodes on.
OST/Sound Design - 10/10 - Kevin Penkin Did the soundtrack, i dont really need to say much more. He is amazing at doing atmospheric sounds and Ost's, the ending is also a classic. The op is a bit lacking and doesn't fit the season.
Enjoyment - 9/10 - Enjoyed more than season 1, I Tend to notice a pattern where second seasons are typically better than the first maybe for me atleast.
Overall 9/10 Great Sequel season with an above average ending, Awaiting the next season in um.... Probably never since the show is almost caught up to the manga.

Hells Paradise (Jigokuraku) is a member of the "Dark Trio" Of Shounen anime, adapted from the manga of the same name started in 2018.
Hells paradise is my personal favourite of the "Dark Trio" Even after very much enjoying chainsaw man and not really enjoying Jiujutsu Kaisen. Jigokuraku has more emotion, Better action and the best cast of the trio.

Characters - 10/10 - Genuinely like every character on screen, no character has a messy story they are all explained but not in a way that other shows do it where it feels like its giving you nothing to think about yourself, as i said character models are phenomenal.
Story - 9/10 - Story can be a bit messy and drag at some points but overall held my interest a more unique story than that of Chainsaw man and JJK aswell, far different.
Ost/Sound design- 9/10 - Sounds are all good, Voice acting is great, and the music are fitting for the show.
Enjoyment - 9/10- Some less interesting parts, but Really really peaks at the ending, only around 1 or 2 episodes id consider a bit slower than the rest, Very strong start and fantastic ending make up for it.
Overall - 9/10 - Best of the "Dark Trio" Probably the best battle shounen i have seen so far, Patiently awaiting Season 2 so we can get a resolve to the story, kind of sad it will only be 2 seasons but is different to how every show is ever going, being able to conclude in 24 episodes (Id assume) will be different.

This review will be split in 2 for both arcs since um there is a clear difference in the quality : )
Arc 1 - Eincrad
Art - 9/10 Animation is pretty amazing, still holds up even though it was like 2012 character models and the boss models are fire

Enjoyment 9/10 This arc was a great time, i binged it in basically a day after my re zero high, so it must have been good.
Overall 9/10 Great first arc now onto alfheim....
Arc 2 - Alfheim
Art - 3/10 WHAT A DIP the animation is actually shit at some parts, its normally fine but somehow worse than arc 1.
Characters 1/10 Every character sucks, even asuna. How do you make asuna a bad character.
Story - 0/10 the story is soo lame oh shes captured i need to save her, knomeo and juliet type shit fuck the story.
Ost/sound - 8/10 ok most redeeming part, the voice acting is still pretty good and sound effects and score go hard too
Enjoyment, 2/10 What a drag no wonder it took me 3 months to get through those 12 episodes
Overall 3/10 such a downgrade holy shit

Bakemonogatari, The start of the "monogatari" Series is a pretty solid introduction, it is like nothing I have ever or well ever see again, with a unique art style and a pretty unique premise.
Art - 10/10 The animation isnt Flawless but the way they use characters blinking as time to flash text onto the screen immerses you into the characters, The colorations and drawing is very unique to the series, and the character designs are actually amazing.

young girl, Maybe I just see it weirdly but it does not go down well with me.
Story - 9/10 Story is unique, Introduces all the characters to us that will eventually go on to be part of the larger series, the Small "Arcs" based around each characters anomoly are interesting and mysterious, and give us insight in the characters allowing us to get a connection with them.
Ost/Sound - 8/10 not much Notable but never times where characters lines sound off, or the ost is mixed wrong, pretty standard level stuff.
Enjoyment - 8/10 I enjoyed Certain parts of this show more than others, it has some peaks and valleys but Overall its at worst a 7/10 and in its best moments a 10/10
Overall 8/10 A Very good introduction to the series, didn't expect it to be the best but expected it to be good and it was.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Is a show i started off feeling like it was good, but nothing else, than out of nowhere i found myself coming back to episode after episode and watching up to 5 episodes per sitting. I was Hooked. TTGL is one of the best paced series I've watched even as someone who typically likes slower stories the 26 episodes of TTGL all felt like they served a purpose,
The scale is one of the most impressive things, starting off as small mecha robots ending up as Mecha's the size of galaxy's throwing them at each other The scale gets larger each episode

until the Time Skip, The time skip feels a little forced, and could have been giving a bit more of an introduction because it feels like we just get thrown into it, but besides that small gripe my only other issue was the lack of Nia in the second half but like... if you have seen the show you know why she isn't in it "As much"
Art - 10/10 How is this from 2007? This could hold up today, the animation feels both nostalgic and modern with probably the most recognizable character models, every character every detail is unique, CG that is used looks better than modern CG so 10/10 wouldn't change how the show looks at all.
Characters - 9/10 Just small complains about the team after the time skip i feel the "Bad Guys" are just plain stupid, and some of their actions are questionable, Besides those characters every character is key feature, every character is memorable, from The gay zesty guy, to Kamina to Yoko you can pick out any character and write a full thesis on them.
Story - 10/10 Convoluted towards the end yes, but everything that wraps up with the anti spiral and the start to middle is all great, the story is engaging, the action is phenomenal and the ending wraps it up decent in my opinion.
OST/Sound - 8/10 Sound designs and OST's in older shows are less advanced, but Gurren Lagann has great sound design and great music to accompany the series, all the sounds are very pleasing to the ears, voice acting is on point too.
Enjoyment - 10/10 For enjoyment its like a 9.7 but im giving a 10/10 because a 9 doesn't prove how enjoyable this was, i had pretty mid to decent expectations for this, expected it to be maybe an 8 at best, but everything, from the Fanservice (which i am a fan of) To the humour all enhance the enjoyment of the show a ton,
Overall - 9/10 Really wanted to give this a 10/10 but looking back, i have more issues with this show than my other 10/10's and I cant see myself putting it as a 10 since it has some overarching issues. A 9/10 is nothing to snub at, i think it is on par with Heavenly Delusions.
So pg shows can be dark huh, guess its time for Neon Genesis Evangelion

WHAT HAPPENED, It started off soo strong, than the story got convoluted as fuck, nobody could tell you what is going on in this soo many just pointless plotholes and a story that is genuinely boring.
Art- 6/10 The animation/Art style is fine. Has nothing significant and doesnt have any spectacular moments. Character designs are decent at best.
Characters- 6/10 basically all the characters are forgettable. The most memorable character is Rouge, most of the other characters just seem like copy pastes.
Story- 3/10 If it just stayed as a less complicated simple story and didnt try to be something it wasnt it could have been a good

story. But it is impossible to follow.
Ost- 7/10 OST is pretty strong, Opening is pretty fire, nothing too special or negative about this catergory.
Enjoyment- 4/10 reallly really enjoyed the first 5 episodes, than it just went downhill and made 0 sense, after finishing the story i still dont know who the "Bad Guys" are
Overall 4/10 Just watch a better Mecha/Sci-fi (Gurren lagann exists)

The low score is crazy, The start is a bit slow but really gets going after a few episodes and was a very good show to watch as it was releasing during the winter season.
Art - 8/10 Nothing that stands out as AMAZING but never bad animation, all character models and landscapes look good, no complaints here just Standard white fox high quality animation.
Characters - 8/10 Also no complains here every character is typically likeable and have some really cool designs, really shows off white fox's character designs as they look pretty safe but pleasing to the eyes.

if you can ignore how confusing it is its never a bad watch following the story with our crew.
OST - 7/10 Nothing stand out here, just a typical fantasy score so nothing bad but a good ost overall.
ENjoyment - 9/10 Really enjoyed this after the first 3 episodes that were sort of slow, would have liked having the 37 episodes back to back but it makes more sense to run them all seperately in different cours to not overwork the employees (Mappa).
Overall - 8/10 Worth watching, dont expect anything amazing but expect a very good show, with enjoyable characters, enemies and story.

This has everything i wish the first season had, Although i still enjoyed the first season this movie just feels more interesting, the characters arent acting dumb anymore, their main goal is survival. They understand the hardness of their surroundings and need to get out alive. Bodrew is one of the craziest most messed up villains with an insane motif. The shit he does is just gross to think about but he never gets boring as a villain and can see his sincere side a bit in this.

Characters - 8/10 i liked every character more than i did in season 1, but there is still just something missing. Its not a bad score and could have been higher but its a low point for the series nothing bad just nothing stand out.
Story - 10/10 i did not think id be soo engaged in a movie that is almost as long as half of made in abyss season 1 but i was, i was hooked and didnt want to stop watching until i finished, The story just keeps getting darker and darker and im all here for it.
OST - 10/10 New rating i will start doing, Since it is important in a show, the OST is Killer for this, Kevin Parker did not need to go soo hard, but the ost makes the sad scenes even sadder and the hype scenes even hyper, one of the best scores in an anime not even a movie alone.
Enjoyment 9/10 Loved this, had a great time, we get introduced to some new characters, epic fight scenes, amazing landscapes and crazy fucked up weird looking monsters. the scene with reg is a bit weird tho. Lowers the rating a bit...
Overall 9/10 Do not miss this, its a must watch (If you saw season 1) its amazing recommended 100%

Soooo Solo leveling huh, the big hit of last season? The same season that Frieren aired. Solo leveling was the most overhyped show of the season. But when its hype is AS big as it was for this show you cant not feel let down. This isnt saying it was bad it just was a letdown and I expected far more.
Art - 6/10 Some of the models in this are genuinely terrible, i dont know how you can have all this modern animation technology and experience and make some designs that wouldn't stand in nanatsu no tanzai. The human models for the most part are

good, some of the creatures though are actually laughable.
Characters - 9/10 The majority of characters are really good, and get their own bits of backstory but the letdown is Sung jin woo, who has these constant inner monologues before every action, sort of like how fate zero is and it makes everything last longer than it should.
Story - 9/10 Its your typical fantasy starting from nothing getting to the top story, but done correct. Seeing the more corporal side of the people fighting the fantastical beasts that are brought into this world.
Enjoyment - 7/10 One of the main reasons i loved heavenly delusions is that they EXPECT you to not be stupid, they dont explain everything it isn't written down on a piece of paper and handed to you. This show does that. and it makes everything seem less. ov
Overall - 7/10 Its a good show, worth a watch but just dont get your hopes too high otherwise you will be greatly let down, or you can just watch a show that lives upto the hype (Chainsaw man!)

Konosuba Season 2 is better than season 1, I laughed out loud more times than i can remember during this season and seeing the growth in the characters is enjoyable to watch.
I really liked this season, every episode pretty much, every character is great too not really any issues with the characters ever in this show tho.
Art - 8/10 Nothing too stand out about the art/animation of the season but the final episode is a feast to the eyes with the lights, explosions and whatever else the fuck is going on there.

i think the chomusuke was the funniest to me. For some reason whenever it did anything silly i couldn't help my self but laugh and find it soo cute, but obviously the best "Human" Character is Megumin she's just soo cute and funny and not overly sexualized like the rest of the characters which i think works best for her character.
Story- 7/10 The story is pretty simple but its the journey you go on more than the story, any story with hot spring episodes isn't "Amazing" but Konosuba keeps me entertained throughout the story so its passable.
Enjoyment - 9/10 I had a great time watching this every night in preparation for Season 3, Some episodes are a bit slower than others but there was no dud episodes like last season we get to see the main characters grow more, and a bit more of the world.
Overall - 8/10 Great time worth a watch if you enjoyed the first season, and keep an eye out for Season 3!
