Family name: 川口Birthday: Mar 17 Website: Member Favorites: 42 More: Yuuki Kawaguchi made his debut as a manga artist with the oneshot "Skeleton Bolt" (スケルトンボルト) in June 2017 and was runner-up in the 1st JUMP New World Manga Award. He won the Supernova Award and the same work was later published in Jump GIGA 2018 Winter vol.1, released on November 24 of the same year. Later in 2019, he published another oneshot, "Devil in the Wasteland" (荒野の悪魔) in Jump GIGA 2019 Winter.
After the good repercussion and another batch of oneshots, he managed to publish his first series “Red Hood” in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, but it ended up being canceled in the same year as its debut, in November 2021. Kawaguchi is seen as an artist with a lot of potential among editors and continues to publish oneshots with a certain frequency. His favourite manga series include JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro and Hinomaruzumou. He was previously an assistant under Kouhei Horikoshi and Yuusei Matsui.
