Manga: Innocent
One is a dark fairy tale, the other a beheading historic tale. Both share a keen interest on death, where justice is supposedly found and questioned, more subtlely in Ayeshah's Secret than in Innocent. The realistic art style is also quite similar.

Manga: Hobgoblin: Majo to Futari
Taking aside art style differences, both manga have similar eerie feeling to it. They are mysterious and possibly inspired by western fantasy literature. Ayeshah's Secret is a dark version of Cinderella, while Hobgoblin is a "witch and princess" story.

Manga: The Pale Horse
Both takes place to a European Historical Economics Society. And both also, has a really well-written story and an absolute amazing art-style. !trigger warning! - gore - incest - people being skinned alive - torture - suicide

Manga: Eden: It's an Endless World!
If you like one the other isn't far behind. Eden is sci fi, however the emotional ride is just as fun. Ayeshah's secret had better art and Eden is longer. Both tragic both complex justice.

Manga: Baraou no Souretsu
If you're looking for another story that has that dark element to it then I would recommend this manga. Both of the stories are dark and both of the mc's are carrying a secret they're hiding. On a side note, this is my first recommendation so I hope you like it.

Both are dark tales of alternative love stories that are charmingly gruesome. and both are made by the same author, Jing Zhang.

Both series have similar art style and dark mystic feeling when you read them.

Somewhat masked love stories where the focus lies greatly on death. Ayeshah's Secret is more mature while Goth is more graphic.
