Synopsis

"When we enter high school, be sure to make me your own."

Tetsuo's childhood friend Kaede Shiraishi made that promise to him as a young girl before she moved away. Kaede never left Tetsuo's mind, and his dreams finally came true when they both reunited in high school. However, Tetsuo's older brother ended up making Kaede his own.

Tetsuo couldn't stand hearing his brother interacting with his former crush in the next room day in and day out, so he decided to go to Tokyo, taking a "certain secret" along with him. But...

Set in the Shimokitazawa district in Tokyo, this youth drama will tug at your heartstrings as it depicts a young man who continues to mature through his many encounters.

Tetsuo Sugihara befriended the new transferee Kaede Shiraishi and promised to always stay together, she moved away on middle school but reunited in highschool, Tetsuo has an older brother named Shinya who is better at everything and super popular, one day Tetsuo decided to listen to noise from his brother's room, at finds out, his brother was with his crush and childhood friend Kaede! Crushed and devastated, Tetsuo moves to Tokyo to work as a host, that's where the story truly begins...

MC : Shown as p*ssy , afraid from unnecessary things , afraid from been compared with his brother , loved his childhood friend , couldn't confess to her until the end ( too late ) ,
he couldn't confront his brother for what he did
the mc through his days at tokyo got rejected and traumatized multiple time

kaedi :
kaedi only benefit is that she was able to cure mc problem
kaedi seem like a stupid girl ( maybe the author more stupid than her)
she isn't stable , either with her promise or for what she does , like she did lead the mc ...

I will try to not spoiler too much and keep everything in general.
In short the manga starts strong with a depressive atmosphere and shows some very interesting characters and developments. Sadly the MC is the worst and drags the story down big time. I enjoyed the beginning but the closer the story got to it's end the worse the series became and left me with a bad aftertaste.
