the plot is very similar but H3 has more comedy.

These two give off the same vibe. The heroines are so funny, weird, simpleminded, strong, tomboyish, and of course lovable. They are different from normal girls in shoujo mangas. And the main guys start off as girl-haters but are really sweet to their girlfriends. I also like how (mini spoiler!) in both stories, they get together early on and overcome obstacles as a couple. As for the differences, I'd say Happy Hustle High is more lighthearted and the girl in koukou debut more innocent and naive.

this manga reminds me of happy hustle high because they both have the same feeling to it.

The main characters are both similar. They both have a violent streak in them and want to become more girly girl. The comedy in these mangas are similar aswell.

Both stories revolve around a reluctant romance that blossoms slowly over time. The heroines are almost identical; both have a food fetish, are clumsy and cute. There are some parallels between the male leads as well, both are attractive. If you like one, I think you'd enjoy the other.

both girls are strong and are willing to take control as part of the student council to change what needs to be changed.

Doubt and Happy Hustle High are both about first love, and both main characters undergo a transformation of sorts. In Doubt, Ai goes from nerd to popularity queen. In H3, Hanabi goes from tomboy to...less of a tomboy. Both series are also short yet incredibly comical at times.
