Although one is a shoujo and the other is a josei, both have very similar vibes and centre around a guy who everyone sees as kind, cool and popular but can't understand his own positive traits. SNK has much darker themes than MNS, but it's quite likely that if you liked one, you would enjoy the other.

Both manga revolves around how an individual could charm their surroundings. Machida charms people by his sincerity and kindness while sakamoto charms by his mysteriousness and absurd competency.

Both are extremely wholesome and you can't help but support the main cast. Really nice feel good series about the protagonist meeting others creating little influences and life lessons to each other's lives.

It is similar for the small number of chapters, and both are a slice of life mixed with romance

Both manga's protagonists are not very smart and are generally unskilled but have a strong desire to help others. Both manga also focus on the friends the protagonists make and the relationships between them all. Adachi and Machida (the protagonists of each manga) also start out fairly lonely before meeting their group of friends. (also, not really worth noting, but both protagonists wear glasses)

Both MC’s seem dull and expressionless but they’re actually kind souls that save people with their words.

Machida and Sakurai go out of their way to help lots of people and they're loved by everyone. Both mangas are very wholesome and make you smile. Though neither mangas have romance tags, there's a little bit mixed in.

If you like manga that warms your heart, you should definitely check out 3-gatsu no lion. The characters are very precious and the dynamics between main character and family is very interesting.

Machida-kun no Sekai and Natsume Yuujinchou have a lot in common in many aspect , manga such as this is plain but uniquely appealing if one said so , story wise its straight forward no need to overthink at anything but at the same time its develop a sense of morality like none other ,charming but lucid but pack with powerfull meaning

Yugami is kind of the opposite of Machida, but they're both charming in their own special way and both end up changing those around them for the better. One main similarity is that they're both refreshingly honest, but Machida has a bit more tact, haha.

Stories where the main character is easily likeable, yet too slow to notice the feelings of those around him. Both manga focus on the main characters relationships and slowly build connections with others around them.

The vibe of both of these stories feels similar. The characters are realistically written. Heartwarming to read. Both deal with the topic of caring for someone and what it means.

Another low-drama, heartstring-tugging shoujo romance where the male lead is arguably the main character, and is admired by the female lead for his exceptional kindness and concern for others, rather than because of his looks.

In stories where the main protagonists are examples of "Don't judge a book by its cover", Angel Densetsu is different than Machida-kun no Sekai in the degree to which the protagonist's looks betray their inner personalities - Angel Densetsu's Seiichirou is much more different than his personality. The characters are surrounded by people who are blessed by their existence, even when they themselves don't actually know how others see them through all their life. And both of them do experience romance with people who look beyond their, or other people's, perceptions.
